Revenge completed

Groarr!

As if he heard Adrian's murmur, the young vampire across the rooms let out a roar mixed with pain and anger.

Bam!

He once again rushed at Adrian at high speed.

His claws again turned into blades.

Adrian this time didn't disappear but used the dagger to parry the blade claws.

Before, he had disappeared to take care of the three bodyguards who were now lying on the floor lifeless, they didn't even know how they died.

Bam! Bam! Bam!

Both the dagger and blade claws collided with each other and what followed was an insane number of clashes between them.

The clashes dazzled at high speed and movements were also blurred.

The girl who was watching their clash in a daze could only capture collisions of faded shadows.

It was too fast!

It was impossible to be captured by the naked eye.

The young vampire disengaged distancing from each other, and now, he had stopped his attacks.

He raised his claws and noticed they were dripping with blood and one of the fingernails had even fallen.

He was at disbelief at what he witnessed.

As he himself would know how sharpened and powerful his fingernails were.

However, they were now being cut off!

The potion he had drunk was known as the Blood awakening potion. When it was consumed, the user will gain an enormous boost to their power for a time, though the effectiveness differs depending on the blood lineage of the user. Those with low lineage will even experience deformation to their appearance.

Before he drank the potion, he had a mid level third order power level, but after taking the potion his power level was boosted to peak fourth order.

He was slightly faster than Adrian, with the power of his bloodline sealed, after the boost.

So how could he lose the crash with Adrian?

Adrian made for the gap in power difference through the weapon master ability he gained when his swordmaster class enhanced to war master.

[ Weapon master :- This ability grants the user knowledge and instant mastery over any weapon that is held by the user. It increases the power of any weapon by 10% ]

Earlier, when Adrian had kicked the guy he managed to do so easily because he was a bit distracted, but the same couldn't be said for the the second time. That is why he decided to use the dagger instead.

After they disengaged, Adrian could feel the dagger in his hand trembling.

Suddenly moved swiftly to the distracted vampire's side in a split second with a stab of the dagger to his right shoulder.

Punch! Pop!

Adrian withdrew the dagger lodged on the shoulder in split second producing a popping sound.

Aaargh!

The vampire let out a miserable howl.

He moved again and stabbed the left shoulder same as the right shoulder.

The dagger stabbed exactly at the joint between the scapula and the humerus for both shoulders dislocating the bones with a popping sound.

Adrian withdrew the dagger from the shoulder followed by an elbow with his right hand to the left cheek with enough force making the vampire's body shift to the right.

Without stopping, Adrian's body shift in an arc to the left with momentum, at the same time his left foot swept at the vampire's making him lose balance while the dagger shifted from the right hand to the left hand in swift motion.

Using the momentum of his body shifting, his left hand holding the dagger moved with accuracy and high speed stabbing right between the vampire's spine and pelvis.

Thud!

The vampire's body fell with a thud, at the same time Adrian withdrew the dagger with a twist.

The dagger dance in his fingers removing all the blood from its blade.

The young vampire's black pupils slowly reversed to its blood red colour, while fear and disbelief began to rise up in him.

It was not that he did not attempt to dodge, it was that Adrian was moving too fast.

He had wanted to escape. However, it was too late for him.

He let out a bestial scream when the hit landed on his back as he lost all sensation of his legs and fell to the floor heavily.

He was no longer able to pose as a threat.

Dark blood flowed out from all three openings, the vampire's struggle slowed down, while the deformation effects of the potion retracted and revealed his original appearance.

A black figure appeared before his eyes overshadowing him.

Adrian squatted down and turned his head to the girl. He slowly extended his left hand towards her, his hand holding the dagger horizontally flipped, the dagger laying on his palm.

His message was clear, he wanted the girl to take revenge with her own hands. The girl took a moment to understand his intentions. Gritting her teeth she struggled to stand, using the wall she was leaning on as support, she managed to overcome the pain from her wound and took a step forward slowly extending her arm and took the dagger.

She raised the dagger and walked past Adrian towards the vampire step by step full of killing intent.

With every step, the killing intent grew stronger.

The vampire was exhausted from the battle with Adrian plus added to the fact that he was losing blood, he couldn't even open his mouth.

His crimson eyes watched the girl approach him, his body trembling due to the killing intent she emitted. He could already feel the god of death beckoning on him.

Reaching her enemy, she looked down at her enemy laying infront of her very close, her blood was boiling with killing intent.

She finally could not hold it any longer. She brandished the dagger, locking gaze with the vampire who's eyes were trembling with fear, raising her hand and bringing it down with all the strength she could master, plunging right into the vampire's heart.

Aaargh! Cough! Cough!

He let out a low bestial cry cough out dark blood in the process. His body twitched a few times and became limp. His skin turned gray with small cracks like a stone statue and finally crumbled to dust leaving his ragged clothes.

The girl watched all that happen without blinking. She couldn't believe she had finally avenged her family.

Exhausted, her body gave in and she passed out. The dagger slipped falling with a clink.

Adrian caught her in his arms, watching the sleeping beauty with a calm expression on her face.

Letting out a sigh, he picked her and stored her dagger in the system's storage space. It was already morning, he decided to head to elder Rose place.
