Didn't I tell you not to get hurt?

As she did this, Aria caught sight of a blur of silver hair and out of pure instinct, she ducked and luckily avoided Professor Thomas's incoming fist.

She then aimed a very good kick at him, which he had to block and then increase the distance between them.

Aria barely had time to steady herself when she felt another one of Professor's attack coming, this time with his needles of blood.

Aria blocked them with her knives and Professor Thomas closed the distance between them, seeing that Aria's knives were busy and hoping to get in a good punch or two.

But he stopped just inches away from Aria, and very soon everyone else saw why. Little needles of blood were pointing themselves at Professor Thomas's shoulders and chest.

The students were dumbfounded. One of them said, "She took control of Professor's needles. This girl is a monster."

Joseph angry voice rung across the ground, "Watch properly before you call anyone a monster. Use your head a little, just like Aria does." It was clear that he was restraining himself from punching the stupid student.

His comment shut everyone up as they focused on the two in combat and saw that Professor Thomas's needles were still in a kind of mini-combat with Aria's knives.

They understood. Aria had turned some of her blood into needles discreetly, and no one had noticed!!!

Aria smiled, "I believe you told me to make my weapons as invisible as possible, Professor."

Professor Thomas seemed to be giving up as he relaxed a little. He opened his mouth and said, "And I believe I also told you to never let your guard down."

Saying this he kicked Aria's legs and they gave out, leaving Aria sitting on her hips on the ground.

Professor's needles then pointed at Aria's throat as he said, "Take another advice. Go for as fatal an area of your opponent as accessible to you."

Aria put up her hands and said, "I give up. But I'm going to have to decline that advice. I made a vow with myself not to kill anyone."

The needles removed themselves and Professor Thomas offered Aria a hand in a very gentlemanly manner, "What can I say, you're still a child."

Aria smiled as she took Professor's hand and stood up. Seeing that the fight was over, all the students came rushing forward, Joseph in the lead.

He stopped in front of Aria and shook her by the shoulders, "Didn't I tell you not te get hurt, huh? Does fighting with your own blood give you some sort of satisfaction?"

Aria smiled guiltily as Professor Thomas put a hand on Joseph's hand, saying, "Now now Joseph. Aria's had a very exhausting fight. Why don't you save your anger for after she's patched up."

Joseph calmed down and let go of Aria's shoulders. He grabbed her hand and said, "Let's go."

As the two began to walk, Professor Thomas said, "Very sorry to interrupt you, but could you both let me accompany you? I think I need a bit of patching up myself."

Aria and Joseph stopped as Professor Thomas apologized to the students and asked them to wait till he got his wounds dressed in the recovery ward.
