Falling for the devils

"What!? But why would we-"

"Are you freaking out??"

"N-no I'm not, hah why even would I-"

"Hm.."

Jay sat up on the bed and looked closer into my eyes but I just couldn't look at him in the eyes, So I kept looking away.

"Are you falling for the devils?"

"NO! pfft, no way. Not happening."

"Hmh, I'm glad. Promise me you won't fall for them, ever."

"Never. I promise."

"But uh.. are you sure that there is no other way?"

"No, this is our one last chance. But if you have another plan, then we can replace this one."

"Uh..I mean, I... I don't know.."

"Unlike the other time, I'll tell you a summary of the plan. You gotta be closer to them and make them fall in love with you."

"But how-"

"Don't worry, you'll figure it out. I mean, you're pretty, adorable and a lovely person. They will definitely fall for you, you can do it."

"...."

"Anyways, after that, we are gonna attack. I am gathering my own army. It will sure take some time."

"How are you gonna attack?"

"We are gonna attack at the most unexpected moment, very secretly.. we will kill everyone one by one, except you. You have to make the twins fall into our trap and get out of there."

"Okay.. I'll do as you say."

"Remember to always write to me about your progress."

"Ok, why do I feel like I'm taking orders from my boss."

We both laughed at my statement.

'knock! knock!'

"Oh."

"I'll go now. Be safe, brother."

"Wait, be careful." Jay said with eyes filled full of concern.

I winked and said, "Don't worry about me."

He smiled as I left the room and met with Ezra and Elijah outside.

They were looking at me and I was looking at them, none of us spoke a word. Elijah suddenly broke the silence.

"Let's have brunch?"

The three of us walked towards the dining table and that night where we were all having dinner, kept repeating inside my mind. How everyone pretended to be friendly and acted like family.. I hated it.

I was frowning and was lost in my thoughts when Ezra pulled a chair for me and Elijah offered me a hand. I took his hand and sat down while Ezra was holding the chair. I felt like some kind of princess.

'Oh no, not another fake happy meal time.' I thought to myslef and my frown wasn't still gone. Ezra and Elijah also sat down at the table. They started talking as they put food on my plate from the main plates on the table.

"So, why are you frowning?" Ezra asked.

"Still thinking 'bout your brother?" Elijah also asked.

"N-no..I.. It's just that.." I couldn't find a good excuse so I said what popped up in my mind at that moment. "How is your wound? Are you okay now?"

"Oh, is that what has been bothering you?" Elijah asked with a smirk on his face. Unlike other smirks of his, this one was different. His eyes started to shine like marbles as he asked that question.

On the other hand, Ezra, didn't look very happy.

"Ahem, I am wounded too. And yeah a little shot can never kill this bulls-"

"Can never kill a man like meh." Ezra cut her off while still having the same smirk as before.

Without even noticing, I was smiling! I quickly stopped smiling when I realised and started eating my food like I've never seen food before.

"Whoa, easy there! I've never seen a girl eat like a pig." Elijah said while waving his hands on the air. Ezra giggled a bit.

"I couldn't eat for a whole day, you MORON!"

"You look cute when you talk while having food in your mouth." Ezra started flirting as always but this flirt only made me mad and embarrassed.

I grabbed a chicken leg that was on the plate and threw it at Ezra. It hit her right on her nose and I burst out laughing. I wanted to stop but I couldn't because her reaction was too hilarious!

I laughed so hard and didn't even notice when a chicken leg came flying right at me and got stuck in my mouth, putting an end to my laughter.

Now Elijah started laughing out so loud while holding his stomach. He was laughing at both Ezra and me. I was mad and so was Ezra.

We both grinned as we looked at each other and started throwing chicken legs at Elijah. I picked a whole baked chicken and threw it at Elijah making it fly!

It hit Elijah on the head and he almost fell from his chair! He then started throwing chicken legs at us and we did the same. I sometimes threw them at Ezra and she did the same.

We were having such a good time and even forgot to eat. The floor, the table and some guards who were around, were destroyed and covered in chicken legs and sauce.

We only stopped after there were no chicken left. The three of us laughed so hard and ran away when we heard the boss, Issac, was coming.

Ezra went to her room and Elijah went to his. I tried to get inside Ezra's room but she had already locked it so I got inside Elijah's room instead, to hide since my room was a bit far away.

"Oh darn, you are covered in chicken sauce!"

I told Elijah to which he replied, "and so are you." I looked down at myslef and then we both laughed a bit.

His room was dark and a bit smaller than my room. It was still very luxurious. We were standing near the door, facing each other. Sun had already started setting.

His room was completely transperent and we could see outside clearly. Sun was already setting and we saw blue-ish lightening and heard thunder noises.

"Looks like it's about to rain.." Elijah said and went inside the bathroom. "Hey, don't you wanna wash up a bit?" He said while peeking through the door.

"A bit? A lot actually." I said and went inside the bathroom. As the door closed behind us trapping both of us inside, I realised what a stupid thing I had done.

"Uh.. actually, I- I will go after you..."

"Oh no, don't worry, I have a tub and also a shower in my bathroom. You can use the tub. I'll use the shower."

It was a big bathroom and just like he said, there was a big tub right next to the shower! It was only like 5 or 6 feet apart. I nervously went near the tub and started filling it.

I turned to look at Elijah. He was undressing and I quickly turned back because I didn't want to appear as a pervert.

I was fighting the urge to look back till the tub filled and when it finally filled, I removed my clothes and got inside the tub.

I could see Elijah right opposite to me since the tub was shaped that way. He had his back turned on me and I saw water slowly hit his muscles and drop to the floor.

I was feeling very nervous. 'Wha- what the hell... what is wrong with me uhhhh' I was getting annoyed at myself.

I quickly washed up and got out of the tub, then wrapped a towel around my body. I turned to leave but just then I heard the shower stop and Elijah turned to take a towel.

I ended up hitting his chest with my head. I looked up and we were damn close. I literally forgot to breathe, we were both frozen but I tried to step back when I almost tripped.

Thanks to Elijah, he caught me by my shoulders. I looked up once again, to meet his marble-like red eyes.

They were shining so brightly that even though it was dark as it had started raining, I could see his face clearly.

Elijah started to speak while still holding me, "you know.. I've never laughed that much after my mom died."

"Me too." I said with a genuine smile on my face.

He then started leaning in closer. He was about to kiss me. Even though we had done more than that, it felt like the first time.

I felt like a little blush had appeared on my cheeks as I moved my head up to permit the kiss. We were so close and I felt his breath on my lips which made my blush bigger.

We almost kissed when suddenly, reality hit me and I looked down uttering, "I- I am cold. I should leave now.."

Before he could say anything I rushed from there to Ezra's room. I kept knocking on the door till she finally opened it and got inside.

She chuckled when she saw me wrapped up in a towel. "Do you want my clothes? I can give you some, but I think it's gonna be a bit bigger.."

She smiled teasingly. "Gimme your smallest clothes." I said and Ezra did exactly the same but her clothes were still very big for me cause she was a giant!

I got out of the dressing room wearing her clothes, to find her changing beside her bed. It was also another big transparent-windowed, dark room and since the rain was over, a beautiful rainbow had appeared on the sky.

The view was spectacular. The rainbow's light shined on Ezra's body uncovering her perfect figure. She was very beautiful and looked burning hot with the strap bikini she was wearing.

I was so caught up in the moment that I had walked up to her and touched her back. I felt so embarrassing when I realized what I had just done!

Ezra turned to me and I was about to apologise but when I saw that she was stunned and was looking at me with eyes filled with admiration and happiness, my knees went weak and I couldn't utter a single word.

We were both facing each other, looking deep down and drowning in each other's eyes. She didn't utter a single word either. We were both just awestruck and kept looking at each other, admiring each other's beauty.

The silence made everything more intense. I heard a tick tock sound. At first I thought it was a clock but I was wrong. It was the sound of my heart beat, rising up.

'Gosh, what's up with me today?'
