Eclipsed Luna (BL Omegaverse)

A heads up..I will not post warnings on chapters. I understand many people have triggers, but for me there are too many to try and warn readers about. I have no plans of blood and gore, but know there will be death and sexually mature content. This is also a Boy x Boy book with omegavers meaning men can get pregnant. If you have any issues of any one of these types of content please refraine from reading. Thank you all for your support! Being born as the second son of the Alpha normally would mean the life of being a leader for the warriors. Kash did not get such luck. He was not born an Alpha. He was born as an omega. His father had protected him for years. Keeping him away from everyone, even his own pack. Now that the annual ball is arriving along with his 18th birthday his father expects him to greet new wolves to find a mate. Kash does not want this life and fights it. But a certain Royal arrived a day early and has other plans for the omega. Will Kash learn to like who he is and become stronger for it, or will he reject everything. A story of growth and love. I will caution that this story will have strong language and sexual content. It is boy x boy and omegaverse. This story starts slow and will build. It is not just about his relationships but his way of living, the changes that come into his life and how he handles it all. I hope you enjoy the ride with my first webnovel! I do try to post chapters often but I am very busy with work. My goal will be a minimum of two chapters a week. **** I walked to the door only to be completely assaulted by the scent. Standing in the room was my mate. A fierce young male. He was adorable. His small stature would fit perfectly against mine. I could not stop staring at the man before me. His black hair framed his face with the piercing silver eyes. His pale alabaster skin looked so smooth and tempting even from the slight distance we held. He was perfect. “Are you done staring? If so, you can leave.” He had now crossed his arms and glared at me with mistrust. I could now understand that he was under 18, or he would have scented me as his mate as well. “Well?” All I could get out of my lips, thanks to my wolf trying to take over was one word. “Mate.” The eyes of my mate opened wide before he started to shake his head. “Oh, hells no! I am no ones mate. Never will be.” He started to back away as much as he could from me. I grinned stepping forward while my Beta took my back. He knew it would be dangerous to get between us right now. My wolf found our mate and wanted to claim him. “I am Alpha Atlas of the Royal Eclipse Pack. And yes, you are most definitely my mate. What is your name?” He shook his head. He then looked towards the direction of his father stood before looking back at me. “I do not have to talk to you. You are not my Alpha.” The glare he gave me was more pinch his cheeks adorable over aggressive. ****

Atlas promised to stop by at lunch after getting his pack on their way home. He once more asked if I wanted to meet his doctor. Agreeing to meet a new doctor was weird, but Zion told me Doc, as they called him, was a great guy once you get to know him. My choice to invite him to lunch was factored in that, within two days, I would be meeting many new members of the pack I was to be joining. It would help to know some faces now.

Thinking out loud, I got a tad excited. "I need to pack!" Never traveling before, meant I had no idea what to pack. I never even owned my own luggage. I went through my closet and drawers tossing on to my bed, some missed, what I might need. "Well, this is just great." Looking at my bed now covered with clothing that I had no idea I would need or not. I had no idea where his pack was located, or what weather it was inclined to have this time of year. Deciding to go directly to my father, since Jace was busy, I walked out of my room. Standing beside my door, were two wolves I never met before, that now stopped me in my tracks. Half way out my room I was unsure what to do. "Uh, can I help you two?"

They smiled. The first one, who like all wolves, was taller than me, was also taller than his counter part. He had light brown hair and brown eyes and spoke softly. "Sorry Luna! We are your day guards sent by Alpha Atlas. He informed us that if you did not want us close, then to just be your shadow. It is your choice."

The second one that had hair that was so black it had a blue shine to it, and amber eyes spoke next. "I am so glad to meet you Luna! My name is Karr. And my partner here who forgot introductions, is Colton."

I was unsure about the energy of the two. Never have any guards or pack members who really talked to me. "Nice to meet you Karr and Colton. Umm, can I ask you to call me by my name Kash please? I have not accepted anything to be called Luna." I blushed when they chuckled. "I also do not mind you close. I am very used to it honestly."

"Sure thing!" The energy of Karr had me smile. This was new and I could get used to this. "Lead the way Kash."

With a smile, I headed towards the kitchen where I last saw my father. He will be upset with all that Atlas told him and I was not sure how he would handle talking to me so soon. Especially since I planned to leave. Taking a deep breath, I entered the room.

"Kash! How are you doing?" My father was sitting at the breakfast nook looking out a window when I came in. "Jace is on his way for lunch. I am saddened you will not get to meet his mate until she returns."

Anger flashed in my eyes. "Oh yes. Two weeks time I hear."

"Yes. There will be a celebration for Jace and his mate, along with him taking over the pack." He coughed and took a sip of his coffee. "Of course, we will include you and your mate in this. I could not forget about your good luck as well."

"Father." I waited until I had his complete attention. "You once more made a decision that I should have been included in. You never asked me what I even thought of Atlas or the whole mate thing. What if I decided to reject him? What if he rejected me? How much would that affect this so-called celebration?"

"He never rejected you and has no plans of it." He continued to drink his coffee.

Furious over his assumptions once more I snapped back. "I never said I personally would accept him or your plans. It is my life father. It is my choice how I want to live my live. With my choice I have decided to leave this pack tomorrow. I came here asking for luggage since I have none of my own." Trembling with the anger I felt, I kept my eye contact.

This time he was shocked. "Where do you plan on going? I refuse for you to go. It is not safe!"

"You do not own me father. Where I plan to go also has nothing to do with you." Having enough of him I turn away. "Never mind about bags. I will find some on my own. If it was not for meeting someone at lunch as promised I would not be there." Forgetting about my guards, I took off out of the house. I needed to let my wolf run.

*Atlas View*

It had not been long since I left Kash and gave orders to his guards of what would be expected. Doc, Zion and I had already got the remaining pack members on their way with promises to follow shortly.

"Hey Doc?" Zion was looking at his glass, swishing the remainder of what he was drinking around. "Kash is not a very social omega. He seems to have little understanding of pheromones and what the scents mean. Does that have any lasting affects on one like him?"

Curious I looked towards Doc for his answer. "I would have to meet him in person to gauge exactly the issues he has. From what Alpha Atlas has stated, even during his heat he was very misguided on what would help him. Omegas need more care for their mental wellbeing. Kash does not even have the basic pack attachment. You know, the biggest issue I see with it all, is that omegas want to protect and care for members. Kash was never given this. I do worry that he could go into shock if to many of his instincts come to him before he is ready." Doc looked right at me now. "Kash is special to you. Take your time and guide him. Be ready for him to become angry and fight it. A happy omega is a healthy omega."

"Yeah, I worry about this as well. He started to pick up on scents, but an over load of this could cause headaches for sure. His father never seemed to have taught him how to be a wolf." Downing the last of my drink I looked back at Doc. "I am hoping you will help be a guide for him while he is with our pack the next two weeks. That way you can monitor him and his progress without it looking like actual medical appointments."

"I thought you would want to be around him Alpha. Being his mate and not being fully accepted must be hard on you as well?" Doc smiled when he spoke. Not a hint of surprise in his voice.

Chuckling at his question I answered. "I can not give him the feeling of freedom he wants with me hovering around. As much as I want to protect him, and earn his trust, I feel the best way to that is allowing him his space. I told him he had to stay on the grounds and join us for dinner but he has no other real rules binding him when he visits."

"Boss, you know he might just wander off the grounds. He seems to be the kind to become curious." Zion was smiling as he spoke. "I think his visit will be fun."

My mind was hit with a link as I was about to answer having me loose my smile. "Seems like he has had an argument with his father." Sighing I tried to decide what would be the best course of action. "Giving space is much harder than I think."

"How about we head to the house for lunch? We can wait for him there?" Zion jumped in before I tried to make a choice. "I noticed Kash did not seem to have luggage so we can bring him some to use for the trip?"

"Good plan." Doc was nodding in agreement.

"Why do I think that the two of you are trying to keep me from running after him?" I looked back and forth between the two. "You are right to do so. He is in wolf form. I am not sure I could hold my wolf side back from marking him if given the chance."

We took the couple of bags to Kash's room before going to the dining room we were told that lunch would be at. The state that Kash's room had shocked me. Then I laughed. "Zion, he had no idea what to pack."

"Boss, I can help him after lunch?" He started to pick items off the floor and made room for the luggage.

"We can ask if he needs a hand and who he would like to help if he does require it." Hoping to hear him arrive soon we left his room. "We need to speak to his father before lunch."

The dinning room was quiet except for Jace pacing back and fourth near the kitchen entrance. He stopped when he noticed us enter. "Alpha Atlas, Beta Zion and?" Instant Alpha mode.

Zion took over for me as I listened to Kash's guards tell me that Kash was on his way back. "Jace. This is Doc. He is our pack doctor. Alpha Atlas was worried about Kash and dragged him out here so he is visiting with us for the time being."

"Yeah. About that." Jace dropped his Alpha mode and went to brother mode. "My father never even told me. He had invitations made and sent before the end of the ball. This is something I would have fought against. Kash is not in the right mind for a mating pledge. It could break him."

Growling I interrupted Jace. "Kash is the only one who can decide what is too much for him. He is his own person. As for the promise I told him it will be a pack pledge. That way we can have the focus on you and your mate. Congratulations, by the way."

He smiled. "I cannot wait for Kash to meet her. Did Kash agree to the pack pledge?"

I nodded. "He did. He also agreed to visit my pack for the two week in between."

Jace surprised me by laughing. "Ah! That is where Kash is going?" He was laughing hard now. "My father has been trying to figure out his plans when Kash told him he was leaving. This, now this, I can agree with. Let him be free for a change. It will do him good."

"Yes, yes laugh it up brother." Kash and snuck in behind me. His scent had changed slightly. The strawberry scent was different, more wild smelling. I am not sure if you have ever noticed the difference but wild strawberries have a scent of their own, and this one suited Kash better than before. "I am hungry."

Kash ignored us and walked to the table sitting down in a huff. It was rather cute how he tried to pretend he did not look at me after he sat down. When I smiled, I was sure his ears went red. I wonder what he had been thinking about on his run. "Welcome back Kash. Have a good run?"

"No." He leaned back into his chair closing his eyes. "It is hard when your favourite spot is by a certain Royal's cabin. Wouldn't want to wreck his solitude, would I?"

"Kash! What has gotten into you?" Jace was embarrassed by his brother, but I was entertained once more.

"I dunno Jace? Maybe being trapped my whole life, then being tossed into the wild with no understanding would do this to you. AH, but I forgot! You were raised to be next in line. You got to train, and go to school. You had the chance to make friends and explore." He was now glaring at his brother.

"Kash? I would like to introduce myself. I am called Doc. Though my real name is Thorn. You can choose which to use. I have heard much about you from my Alpha." Doc held his hand out waiting to see what Kash would do.

Kash stayed in his chair and looked at Doc. "Oh I am sure you have." He then looked away. "He is a wealth of knowledge."

Doc laughed. "It will be a pleasure to show you around the pack grounds when we arrive. I know a few areas the Alpha does not go."

Kash turned back to him. He looked at me and looked away when I shrugged my shoulders. "How can I trust you?"

Doc just smiled. "You can't"
