Chapter 5: A new world!!

A fresh start in the new world. Thánatos rolls off the bed and hit his head.

"This world is pure evil," he said. The alarm clock that he had set before bed rang about 10 minutes ago. "This world is crap," said Thánatos. He got up and went into the bathroom to have a shower but all the hot water was finish so he had to use the cold one. "This world is evil," said thánatos. After taking a shower he got dressed and went downstairs for breakfast. "What's for breakfast?" he asked. "Cereal and orange juice," said ZOI. "This world, is evil," he said. Elizabeth starts to laugh, "you've been saying that since you woke up, why do you think this world is evil?" Elizabeth asked. "Because nothing is going the way it should," Thánatos replied. He then sighed, "let's go to school. Elizabeth you and Emma are riding with me, Neró and ZOI will go together and remember if anyone ask we're cousins." "Right, we understand," said Elizabeth and Emma.

A couple hours later thánatos and the others arrived at school. "I wonder what type of school this is," said Emma. "Me too," Elizabeth replies. Thánatos sighed and roll his eyes. "I really don't care what type of school this is, I just want to find my brother and leave, this world sucks." ZOI starts to laugh, "when will you ever learn big brother, not everything goes as planned. Get used to it and-" "shut up" "why are you so rude to me?" ZOI asked Thánatos. "Are we just going to stay here and chit chat or go to class?" Neró asked looking at ZOI, "don't look at me look at my brother, he's the one who got us into this stupid school." Thánatos sighs then said, "let's go you guy's."

"Hello, my name is professor Kim and I'm your home room teacher. Please introduce yourselves to the class.

"I'm Elizabeth Graham"

"I'm Emma Hilbert"

I'm Neró lovely"

"I'm ZOI Godly"

"And I'm none of your business. Why should i tell you morons who I am?" ZOI sighs, "just tell them your name."

"Why?" Thánatos asked. "Cause I said so," ZOI shouts, "sometimes you're a pain in my ass." Thánatos replied with a hmph, "my name is thánatos Godly."

"OK take your seats."

"Ok class, today we're going to talk about magic release." "huh? magic release? what is she talking about?" Elizabeth said to herself. "Does anyone have any questions?" Emma puts her hand up, "what is it Emma?" lady Kim asked. "what is magic release and what kind of school is this?" Emma asked. The entire class begins to laugh at her. "Students stop the laughing," said lady Kim. "This is magic school and magic release is releasing the magic that one holds within them currently. We don't know what type of magic you guys have but later you'll be tested and confirmed. Do you understand now Emma?" lady Kim asked. "Yes I do," said emma.

"Lady Kim what kind of elements can one possess?" Elizabeth asked. "Well one can possess either fire, water, wind, earth or lighting," said lady Kim. "Some people can even use more than one elements." "Ok, I understand," Emma said. The bell rings, "ok students class is over for now, see you guys after lunch."

"I can't believe we're going to learn magic," Elizabeth said to Emma. "I can't wait," Emma replied. "hmph," said Thánatos, "let's just get something to eat, we have to check our elements later."

A few minutes after lunch Thánatos and the others went to the grand Hall. "Welcome everyone, I'm the chairman and founder of this school, Violet Vander. Today we're going to test you students to see if you have what it takes to study at magic school. If the orb doesn't light up you'll be expelled from this school. So first up for the magical power test is Frank Web." Frank put his hand on the orb,it lighs up and the fire symbol came up. "Next is Elizabeth Graham" Elizabeth puts her hand on the orb and it lighs up and the water and wind symbol came up. "Woah," said Emma.

"Next is Emma Hilbert," said lady Kim. Emma puts her hand on the orb it lights up and the fire and earth symbol came up. Emma starts to laugh. "Next up is Zoi Godly," said lady Kim. ZOI puts her hand on the orb and it cracked. The entire school was shocked. "She must be really powerful," said one of the teachers. "Next up is Thánatos Godly," Thánatos laughs and put his hand on the orb and the entire grand Hall blows up.

*The next day*

"You just had to blow up the school didn't you?" said Zoi. Thánatos smiles and said, "not my fault that orb was weak, anyways school will be closed until Thursday so we have two days to get use to this world." "ok then," said Zoi. "Neró come here." "How can I be of help, lady Zoi?" Neró asked. "Let's go shopping, Emma you can come too." "See you two later." "Bye."

"What should I do?" Elizabeth asked herself. "Thánatos, how old are you?" Elizabeth asked. "I don't know really but over a billion years old," he replied. Thánatos got up and walked over to Elizabeth and said "you're very beautiful," Elizabeth start to blush. "What are you talking about?" Elizabeth asked. Thánatos chuckles, "nevermind," he said. "Let's get dinner ready."

"He thinks I'm beautiful," Elizabeth said to herself. "I need to calm down, Thánatos is just a friend and nothing more, but for some reason my heart won't stop beating so fast." Elizabet holds her chest, "are you ok?" Thánatos asked her. "Yes, I'm ok," she replies. "I'm going out for awhile Elizabeth, I'll be back soon." He vanishes before her eyes.

"I'm such an idiot," Thánatos said to himself. "Why did I tell her that? And for some strange reason I can't stop thinking about her. Calm down Thánatos your the God of Death." A little girl walks up to Thánatos, "Sir can you please help me out? Some guys stole my purse, can you get it back for me?"

Thánatos looks at her and sighs, "sure, where are they?" he asked. "In that alley behind the store." Thánatos walks over to the alley he looks but didn't see anyone. He turns around and ask, "where are they?" The young girl smiled and said, "you're very stupid. Come out boys."

Fifteen men walks out with weapons in their hands. "Kill him and take all his valuables," the young girl said. Thánatos sighs and said, "this world is truly evil." All the men attacks Thánatos at once, Thánatos dodge them and steps back. "I really don't want to kill you guys," he said to them. The young girl starts to laugh, "kill us? We outnumber you. What can you alone do?" Thánatos chuckles, "των νεκρών μου φέρνουν την ψυχή της." ( minions of the dead bring me her soul). The ground crack open and the dead came out and start to fight. "What kind of magic is this? the girl asked. "Magic of the Gods," Thánatos replied. "Master, help us," they cried out. "It seems that your men need help," said Thánatos but it's too late.

He snapped his finger and they all died. "Who are you?" the young girl asked. "It doesn't matter who I am, because you're going to die here." With just one step, Thánatos appears infront of the girl. He holds her by her hair and stab her through the chest with his right hand. He pulls out his hand and she drop bleeding out on the ground. Thánatos walks off, "how unfortunate," he said sarcastically.

Later that day

"We're back," "what took you guys so long?" Elizabeth asked. "Didn't know what to buy," said ZOI. "By the way, where's my brother?" "He went out, said Elizabeth. Thánatos suddenly appears, "here I am." Zoi looks at him and said, "please tell me that's ketchup," Thánatos licks his finger and said "nope, it's blood." Zoi rolls her eyes, "who did you kill now?" "An enemy," said Thánatos. Elizabeth sighs, "let's go eat and you can tell us what happened."

"So a girl tried to kill you, so you killed her, that's understandable," said Emma. "What about you guys? Anything amazing happened? Thánatos asked. "Yes, I saw myself," said Emma. "Shopping with some guys." Elizabeth looks at Emma confusedly, "What do you mean?" She asked Emma. "What she meant is that both of you have another self in this world, a shadow self," said Neró. "Then what are we going to do?" Elizabeth asked. "There's only one thing to do. We have to kill them," said Thánatos. "Kill them? Why?" Elizabeth asked. "If not you, will disappear. Two of the same person can't exist at the same time in the same world." "I understand," said Emma. "Then all we need to do is find and kill our doubles." "What??!!! Are you crazy??! Elizabeth shouts. "No, I'm not crazy, liz it's either us or them and I rather to not die as yet." "Do you know what you're saying Emma?" Elizabeth asked. "Yes, I do. When we decided to follow these two we also decided to leave our old lives behind, plus if you want to save our earth we don't have a choice. We can't save anyone if we're dead." Thánatos Chuckles. "Well" said Emma. "You can't save your mom if you're dead Elizabeth," "but Thánatos-." "Don't worry, I can kill them for you." "No," said Emma. I want to kill my double myself, and I think Elizabeth should do the same. We can use this chance to gain experience." "She's right, although it might seem a bit cruel I agree with her," said Zoi. "Then it's decided, the hunt for both of your doubles begins," said Thánatos.
