Sinopse

Alyx used to be a shining star, an Alpha with a bright future and a bright smile... until he fell in love with Ferr, another young Alpha. When their love was found, Ferr did what he had to in order to save his own skin; he put all of the blame on Alyx, and the werewolf was thrown out of his pack. Alone now, Alyx is a feral wolf killing anybody who comes near him to slake his thirst for blood. That is, until he is captured by Cean- a handsome human with a cloak the color of blood. Can Cean tame the wild beast Alyx has become? Who are the people who have taken a sudden interest in the rogue wolf? And why, exactly, was Cean out in the forest in the middle of the night with a trap meant for werewolves?

Chapter 1Chapter 1 Alyx

Blood.

The beautiful, copper sweet scent of it was strong in the middle of the forest. It shouldn't have been strange; there were all kinds of wild predators taking down their prey in the midst of the thick trees. But none of those predators were quite like me. And none of that other prey was a beautiful young human photographer who had been stupid enough to wander into my side of the forest.

Her blood was even sweeter to me than any other predator, the scent filling my nose as I buried my muzzle deep in the torn stomach of a girl who had stopped screaming a long time ago.

Her chest still moved in fits and starts, but she'd passed out- either from the pain, or the blood loss, I didn't care. My mind was focused purely on chewing and clawing my way through her body to get to the tender parts. Blood coated my muzzle, pasting down the fur, splattered across my face and ears as I dug my paws deeper into her abdomen with my sharp teeth slicing through tender flesh while I tore her apart to have what I wanted.

She died at some point in the middle; by the time I'd ripped her chest open and broken her ribs apart, her heart was no longer beating. It didn't make it any less of a treat for me. It was the last of what I wanted out of the sweet young girl. So the broken, torn body on the ground ceased to interest me the second I finished her heart.

I laid down across the body's legs as I licked the blood off my paws. The sticky stuff was starting to dry to a nasty red-brown, and I knew it would stick my fur together if I didn't clean it. My face was much harder, but I managed as much as I could until it bored me.

Something snapped in the forest to my left. I jolted up to my paws, ears pricked and one paw raised up as I listened carefully. I hadn't thought the pretty blonde girl would be in the forest alone. Though I'd managed to lure her off before lunging and using that damned camera of hers to pull her down, no doubt her screaming would have attracted her partner. A partner I dearly hoped would be as young and ignorant as the girl had been.

Padding forward on silent feet, I crept my way through the underbrush, following the sharp sound of snapping twigs under heavy feet. It was pathetically easy for me to track, taking all the fun out of my hunt. And the human was upwind; my nose twitched as I raised my muzzle slightly, catching the scent of a… man.

I froze for a moment, ears cocked up as I caught an odd sound I couldn't place. I'd been away from humans for far too long to recognize anything other than that the sound was made by metal. Flicking the sound out of my thoughts, I continued to follow after the human, getting closer slowly so as not to alert him.

Finally, I could see my irritating prey. Tall, lean, short black hair neatly slicked away from a slightly sharp face. And a long cloak, one that fluttered around his booted feet as he walked. The same color as the blood I had just licked off my paws.

Suspicion would have made me pause if I hadn't already fallen into the hunt. I didn't have the reason to be suspicious; my hunger was forefront, clawing and snarling at the front of my mind, baying for my fur to be washed in more blood. I was no longer human enough to deny the call of that hunger. Not when my prey was right in front of me, whistling an unfamiliar tune as another grating metal sound jarred my sensitive ears.

It infuriated me enough to stop my silent stalking. My growl, low and loud, made the human pause- just at the right time for me to lunge forward, intent on my kill.

The human turned, cloak furling out in a flare of brilliant red, and a loud crack resounded through the trees, quickly followed by my yelp as my leap became a tumble to the ground. Flaring, blazing pain radiated up from my front right paw and the bullet that was lodged in it. If it had been just a bullet, I would have been able to get it out and attack again.

It wasn't just a bullet. I was filled with the burning pain of silver infecting my blood, making my breath come on heavy, pained pants as I scrabbled at the dirt trying to get back to my feet. If I could only get to my feet, I could get away. Get the bullet out and find a place to curl up until it healed.

My panting growing more ragged, I managed to force my way to my feet- only to fall when the gun cracked again. A loud, high whine came out of me as another bullet lodged in me, high on my left leg. The smell of my own burning flesh filled my nose as I whined and tried to inch backward. Any way to get away from the human who held the raised gun at me, his eyes as red as his cloak, wide and terrified as he stared at me.

My breathing rasped terribly, even though the bullets were nowhere near my lungs; the poison of the silver was creeping through me, killing healthy flesh as it went. Destroying me from the inside. My pants mixed with pitiful whimpers as I tried to drag myself away. Hoping for at least the dignity of dying alone if I had to die in agony. Whoever the human was, I didn't want him to see it.

The sharp, sudden burn of silver under my stomach made me yelp again, crying with pain as I jerked and further upset the other injuries. My struggles became even more useless before as I sprang a trap that had been waiting for me.

The metal grating sounds of before had a clear reason as bars pulled up around me. The acidic burn of silver increased; all of those bars, too close for me to get so much as my muzzle through, were made of a silver that shined subtly in the light drifting through the thick trees.

My growl was weak, pitiful, drawing off in another high whine as my body shuddered. Between the silver in my body and the silver that surrounded me… I was being dragged down, my vision fuzzing the human in front of me into a blurry red blob. I tried my best to snarl at him when he approached, my paws moving to gain the purchase to raise myself up and be threatening.

It was the worst thing I could have done. The black fuzz closed in fast as I collapsed back to the floor of my cage, chest heaving as I fought to get in air that wasn't tainted by silver. Useless. No matter how hard I fought, the poison of the silver was too strong, even for me. I could only give one last half-hearted whimper as I lost myself, and the world went dark around me.

Defy The Alpha(s)

Two centuries after the Great War, peace between humans and werewolves was finally achieved, or so everyone believes. Werewolves reign like gods, and humans remain blissfully unaware of their true place in the new world order. To maintain this fragile balance, each year, a handful of "lucky" humans are selected from various districts to attend Lunaris Academy, a prestigious institution that promises glory, status, and a chance to mingle with the elite. Those chosen are hailed as the lucky few, destined to marry powerful alphas and rise as luna. This year, Violet Purple is among the chosen, much to everyone's surprise. For an orphaned girl adopted by a disgraced prostitute, this is a golden ticket to a better life or so she's told. But Lunaris Academy isn’t the paradise it’s painted to be. Everything Violet and her fellow humans have been taught is a lie. Humans are far from equal; they're pawns in a much larger game. The academy is nothing but a gilded cage, and the students are lambs led to slaughter, playthings for the alphas to toy with in their ruthless games. To make matters worse, Violet catches the attention of the most dangerous players in this game, the Terror Four: the Alpha of the North, Alpha of the South, Alpha of the East, and Alpha of the West. Each one is more dangerous, more twisted, and more powerful than the last. But even among themselves, the alphas are divided, each with their own deadly ambitions. Yet, they all have their eyes on her. They expect Violet to play along, to fall in line like the others who worship at their feet, to break under their games. But Violet isn’t like the others. She refuses to bow. She’ll defy them all. *********** With a grin that made her uneasy, he handed the application to her. “Approve this one.” Principal Jameson’s curiosity got the better of her as she took the paper from him, her eyes scanning the text. Almost immediately, her breath caught in her throat, her eyes widening in disbelief. “What the...?” “It’s perfect, isn’t it?” Asher’s voice was almost gleeful. Fucking psychopath! Jameson could hardly believe what she was reading. “Mr. Nightshade, with all due respect, this applicant….this girl just admitted to—” She couldn’t even finish the sentence, still horrified at the explicit nature of the application. Taking a deep breath, she continued, “I’m sorry, but I cannot approve this.” “She’s issued me a challenge,” Archer said, a dark gleam in his eyes. “What?” “‘Wait till you see me in bed,’” he repeated the bold line from the application, his grin widening. “And I can’t wait to find out.” “Mr. Nightshade—” He stood up, cutting off her protest as he fixed her with an intense stare. “Approve the application. I won’t ask again.” Without waiting for her response, Asher strode out of the office, confident she would follow his orders. He always got what he wanted. Archer Nightshade walked down the hall, a spring in his step. For the first time in a long while, he felt alive, his blood pulsing with excitement. The other Cardinal Alphas had no idea what he was up to, but it would soon hit them. He’d just set the game in motion. And the target was Violet Purple. It was game on. Note : This is not your average werewolf story. Eveything you think you know about werewolves would be challenged in this book. And yes, it is reverse harem. Do give the book a try.

Discord: https://discord.gg/vrdTSkj8Va Author Notes: This is my third book, going to take what I learned from before to improve. This book will be focusing on plot, action, depths of character bonds and overall a darker tone/take on this cruel fantasy world I've cooked up for this book! If you give this book a try, I hope you enjoy! A very different experience and tone to Nanomancer Reborn.

The Fate Of The World Is In My Hands, But All I Want To Do Is Eat!

'Kill monsters, eat meat' 'I mean, Kill monsters, save lives. Got it.' 'Tut, I could've sworn that the first one sounded better.' She wasn't a girl looking for freedom or self-righteous liberation by a hero, or whatever shit a girl who suffered for almost all her life would crave. -the shit of a life she was living was horrible, but it was bearable, and so she got used to it. Rather, instead of freedom, what this little missy wanted was money. Lots and lots of them so she never has to worry about the next day. Money - bountiful enough that when she has to spend, she doesn't need to look back or calculate her assets to see how much she has left. Money - bountiful enough to get all the fried chicken she could ever dream of. Yeah, you heard it, fried chicken. For those who did not have money to spare leisurely, getting fried chicken was like a pipe dream to them and she had been one of those unfortunate souls. A comfortable roof above her head and no worries as to when she would get ordered around to steal. No worries about when she would get her next meal-- That was her liberation. And she got it. Just that, she got it most absurdly. Awakened! Those were the people ruling the world, alongside beastly and deadly monsters who threatened the safety of average human beings. And those awakened call the shots. Alice never dreamed she would one day be awakened, and compared to others with their game-like system displaying their attributes and strength; she had a full-grown man whom only she could hear, watching her back at every turn and telling her what to do. He was kinda a pain in the ass but she couldn't complain. It was this gift he had bestowed on her that made her the most powerful Awakened there was with stats that even S-class awakeneds couldn't compare to. She was the boss, now. Mwa-hahahahaha. But life didn't go as easy and leisurely as she planned. With great power comes great responsibility, right? Well, in her case with great power comes great hunger. She couldn't go a moment without getting hungry and her stomach had become a bottomless pit. And to get food, she needed money, and to get money, she had to hunt monsters. The monsters plagued humanity, causing catastrophes and taking lives mercilessly. Those monsters, as scary as they may be, were her target and she had to face them head-on. The bigger the monsters the more money she would gain. Yeah, that was the plan, but... This guy acting as her system seemed to have other plans, putting her at the forefront of 'justice' and having her clean the mess he somewhat created. 'Ugh, I can already sense a shadow of foreboding. Someone, please tell me I'm not acting the main character role. I just want to eat, okay?'

The Young master's fake bride and her lucky system

[Sweet, satisfying, pampering, lots of face slapping.] Zhang Caishen's era had come to an end and he could never rise again, or so they said. But why did he seem to be getting richer and more powerful even if he was now crippled and abandoned by his betrothed? Why was he suddenly so unnaturally lucky? The answer was simple; his new wife!! Lin Alix was not lucky when it came to her family. She was the older, less loved and less talented one in comparison to her younger sister who stole everything from her. But fate intervened and she got lucky when it came to a husband, not only was he wealthy but he loved to spoil her. Suggested by her infinite luck gaming system, Alix married her sister's unwanted crippled husband to be and stepped on the path of a winner in life. She swept up music awards, gained international recognition and got her revenge on her cruel family while becoming Beijing's most envious wife. "Are you crazy, you willingly married a crippled man?" her friends asked. "Yes, but have you seen how much he pampers me?" she asked in turn. "She will cheat on him, he is a cripple and he can't perform his husbandly duties." others gossiped. Alix looked at the so called crippled man who climbed into her bed night after night and laughed. Sorry, he was more than capable. "Honey, I am here to perform my husbandly duties." he would always say coquettishly when he flipped her over.
