Zadkiel has talked with the three Titanesses for sometime now and he can say that he has done a good job at talking to them. The three Titanesses also seemed to enjoy talking with him and liked this side of him which is not the one they saw during the war.
He was kind, considerate, and for all intents and purposes was a good being. He never brought up his achievements and let them talk about themselves. The Titans of Mount Othrys were all too eager to boast about the things they had done and they could practically feel the pride and arrogance rolling off of them and they couldn't say anything against them.
But he didn't seem to have the same mentality. They had no reason to believe that he was weak, he is without a doubt a very strong being, too strong for even their King and their own mother. Yet they didn't feel a shred of arrogance or pride from him, something which they enjoyed immensely as they were also able to talk to him due to it.
The women clearly enjoyed his company as they didn't feel any kind of the tension they had previously and he allowed them to talk much more freely. After that was done they had returned to the palace and the Angels had a feast prepared for them and they dined and ate until they were satisfied.
After that, since their reason for visiting had concluded they were getting ready to head back to Heaven, though they did have to take care of the wedding between Zadkiel and the three Titanesses so they couldn't be at fault. The five Archangels were now at the gateway to Mouth Othrys as Hecate, Selene, Nike and the other Titans alongside Gaia were present as they watched the angels.
"We shall go back and make preparations for the wedding. Thank you for your hospitality." Raphael said to them with a small nod.
"It was our pleasure." Selene said with a small smile.
She truly enjoyed the talk with Zadkiel at that point so her mood was slightly better than before. Hecate and Nike were also quite relieved after talking with Zadkiel and had a bit of hope that maybe marrying him wouldn't be such a bad idea. There are scarcely any Titans in Mount Othrys like Oceanus who took good care of his wife and even though Kronos does treat his wife a bit more favourably, he won't indulge her if he doesn't feel like it which also promoted Rhea to be afraid of him to an extent.
"Then we shall be on our way. I wait for the time when that great day will come." Raphael said as he stood straight.
"It was nice talking to you there." Zadkiel whispered to Selene.
"Yes. It was a breath of fresh air. Thank you." Selene whispered back as he smiled and nodded to her.
'Well, at the very least the three of them seem to have a much more favourable opinion of me. I should make sure that the other members of the pantheon would be the same and perhaps I could stop any form of resentment against Heaven from reaching a higher level.' Zadkiel thought to himself as he looked at the Titans.
Then the five Archangels flew away from there as the Titans watched. After they had left their dimension they let out a breath of relief at the fact. Kronos, seeing that walked back to the palace while he was watched by Rhea who was worried about how his mood will be.
After that the Titans dispersed as Gaia told her children to take some time for themselves before they made preparations for the marriage which they did. The three Titanesses who were betrothed to the Archangel went as a group as they decided to talk amongst themselves about the things that had transpired moments ago.
Gaia sighed as she looked at the sky and then felt the earth through her connection as a goddess. Her pantheon is a special case amongst the others as they are connected to the plane of Earth in a way and so have some sort of connection to it due to being born on the Earth by Chaos. It was only after Ouranos created the dimension of Mount Othrys that they came and started to live there. Of course, the destruction of Earth would not matter as they can exist separately from it.
What truly baffled her was the might that Zadkiel possessed, sure she had felt divinity on the Angel but they shouldn't have been that strong. Compared to the Titans and Gods of other pantheons, they were different in the fact that they weren't born but created by their progenitor and so didn't have a standing connection to the world and universe. It also made it so that they didn't have the same advantage as her and her siblings at being connected to a part of the universe and having supreme power over it like Erebus, Nyx, Aether etc.
She had believed that without God the angels are not that strong but she was promptly proven wrong by Zadkiel who was far more powerful than she had initially thought him to be. And that made her realise that the same thing that she had thought as their disadvantage had actually been an advantage to the Angel.
'I guess I really underestimated God. Now I understand why he created Angels.' Gaia thought to herself as she looked at the sky.
On another note, who the fuck was this damn dinosaur thinking that destroying an entire flower field was a good idea. It was one of the few natural places on Earth which was quite beautiful. She watched the dinosaur, being a T-Rex as it destroyed a flower field just because it could.
"I should pay a visit to Earth to cool down for a bit." Gaia said to herself before she left Mount Othrys.
She appeared on Earth and at the field as she looked at the T-Rex with a critical eye at how it had destroyed the flower field. Said dinosaur was surprised at her appearance and felt the need to run so it had run but of course she had grabbed it's tail with her thumb and pointing finger and lifted it into the air and dangled it in front of her face as she looked at it.
"This is a first. I didn't think I would see you acting like this Gaia. What happened sis? Don't like the flowers at your home?" A woman's voice said from behind Gaia though the mother Primordial didn't seem to be surprised.
"I wouldn't say that if I were you. Though I suppose I should say that it's a surprise to see you, Nyx." Gaia said as she turned to face her sister.
(Nyx has the same appearance as in DxD.)
