CHAPTER 5:FIGHT AGAINT THE QUEEN

Hiro POV

The moment Momo announces the fight has started, my body launches forward as I thrust my spear toward Tsubaki who barely dodges it as she spins her body and kicks my chin making me take a few steps backwards as she assaults me with slashes that I block using by a spear.

She tried to swipe me off but I jump up and being down my spear but she evades that too by rolling to her right as she moves forward to stab my stomach.

I move the spear to my stomach as it blocks the knife as my right-hand blocks a kick coming from her as she uses that as leverage to kick my jaw upwards making me almost bite my lip as I rub my jaw.

"Damn Shinra-senpai. You sure did not hold back. " I told her.

"This is a spar that you must take seriously Akito-san. From this now on your life will be in danger with other races who did not like us devils will attack us. Besides I am doing this to determine how strong you are really." She tells me as I just sigh.

"Fine. I am going to take this fight seriously right now." I said as I disappear from her gaze her eyes widened as she deflected a spear slash from her back with a kick landed on her forehead.

She composes herself as she sees Akito who now is leaping toward her as she blocks a stab from him with her naginata but then it broke.

The spear is about to pierce her but then it stops.

"This fight is not fair. My spear is stronger than your current weapon." I commented seeing how easily her short blade broke.

"Hmm. Guess that spear is a real deal. Maki, give Tsubaki one of your katana." She told the green-haired girl who take out a katana from her shadow.

"Hmm. That ability. I am very sure it is not an Annihilation Maker. Wait. Maybe in this universe, she injected one of Zenin's clan techniques, Ten Shadows that Fushiguro uses often. Or maybe not?

I still need to pry the member's capability to know what are their strengths and weakness.

Jumping backwards, I see Tsubaki who is grasping the katana as she swings it a few times.

" Second Round Akito-san? Be prepared." Tsubaki dashes to me with a speed that is faster than before as I parry her slashes as we both now are trying to push each other with our weapon.

I push her but she slips her body down with her knee my face but my spear body hit her face as we then engage in another battle of slash and parry.

A side slash being parry with me deflect a punch that is going to hit my head.

She then made an upward slash as I take a step backwards with me thrust forward as she block it using both of her hands.

"You are not bad Shinra-senpai," I said to her as she just smiled hearing that.

"You too Akito-kun. Come on, let's continue our dance." Her figure instantly appear in front of me as I met her slash with my spear both our weapon blades kept clashing with each other.

We just stand in the middle keep carrying and a slash toward each other as on my face there are blood trails from my cheek due to her slash making a cut mark on it.

But her face is the same with some of her hairs getting cut as we keep enhancing it with inhuman speed.

Her arms grew tired due to that as she duck a slash and perform a slash on my stomach as I block it.

She takes that as a chance to back away as she takes time to take a breath with me is the same.

SONA POV

"Heh. I really cannot wait to have a spar with him." My Rook Maki said as I can feel her thirst for a battle against my newest Pawn which I have to admit is good using his spear.

Though it is expected from the successor of Diarmuid Ua Duibhne. His spearmanship is top-notch with him is rumoured to be able to kill many Ultimate Class Devils at once.

"He is maybe his reincarnation. I need to tell Onee-sama about this. The Celtic faction will be in uproar seeing one of their heroes and more importantly, their 2 weapons are at the hand of my pawn."

The naginata broke as I sees how my pawn stop his spear from hitting Tsubaki.

"Hmm. Normal weapons must canopy withstand that legendary hero weapon. An enhanced one meanwhile can do it." I look at Maki.

Among my peerages, he is the only one who has tons of weapons stored in her shadow.

"Maki. Give Tsubaki a Katana." I told her as the girl take out a katana from her shadow as she throws it toward Tsubaki who I know is proficient in weapons like that.

She then swings her katana with Hiro is the same as both my member's exchanges slash again.

The sound of both weapons blades clashing can be heard as they seem to be doing that for about a point in time.

"How long they have done that?" I ask.

"2 minutes. Now it is 3 minutes." Akame replied as he sees the black-haired girl is gazing at Hiro specifically.

"That new guy. His sense is high. He detects me when I close the door and seal behind him." Akame added.

"Yeah. I also can sense a dragon are coming from our pawn." Leone said making me look at her.

"Are you serious Leone?" I ask her as she nods her head.

"Sona. My sword said the same thing too. " Stella added making me know that I have hit a jackpot.

Rias snatch a potential dragon-themed scared gear from my hand when in fact I the first one almost recruit Genshirou Saji into my peerage.

But Rias who notice this begs me to let her take him to become a part of your peerage. I am reluctant to let her take him since at that time Leone said he has a dragon aura from him.

Dragons are commonly viewed as strong beings. Even one especially the one who is in their age mode will be able to kill many High-Class Devils at once.

Rias bug me as she begs me to give him toward me as I just give up him toward her.

My annoyance increased when I heard Saji has one piece of Vritra's Sacred Gear, Absorption Line

Dragon King is one class below the 2 Heavenly Dragons so I am pretty pissed for that spoiled girl to take it away from her.

Then in the next week, he has Hyoudou Issei who she brags has also taken her remaining 4 pieces of Pawn which make me know that perverted potential is high.

Though I still did not know what is his Sacred Gear.

Hmm. But from what I see this morning that pervert looks like a fool as I heard him ask about Yuuma his supposed girlfriend who is a fallen angel who has killed him and Hiro last night.

"Hmm. I still need to send a report about what happened last night to Onee-sama and Lucifer-sama. But I get the feeling that Rias's brother will shake it off upon seeing the statement of me saying Rias let a human die on her watch not bothering to at least heal him or clean up the place. Tch. She is trying to act like a normal human despite being a devil who has a terrifying clan ability." I shake out from my stupor when I see how Tsubaki back away from Hiro.

"Tsubaki's hand cannot handle the swing and slash from Hiro. From what I see his way of using a spear-like someone has used it for a very long time. Is he the reincarnation one?" Maki ask me as I nod my head.

"Yes. Though he welcomes like that when he uses one card where his power suddenly increases a lot. His speed is inhuman." I told her as I then clap my hand.

"Both of you. Stop holding back and take this seriously right now. This is an order from your King." I flared up my aura to tell them that I am not joking as Hiro and Tsubaki who ask me to open their mouth.

"Roger/Yes Kaichou." Both of them flares their mana with Hiro speed increases as Tsubaki does the same with their figures now disappearing with them clash their weapons in the middle as a shock wave blew when their weapons met.

"Hmm. His strength and speed can challenge Tsubaki who is an all-rounder. " I take note of that.

The next moment they appear on the right of the field with Tsubaki blocking a punch as she slithered her arm to palm thurst Hiro's stomach the boy manages to kick her away as both of them roll on the ground before exchanging hits.

But this time both of them manages to avoid though Hiro is better as I see Tsubaki has caught on her cheek and forehead with Hiro has one on his chin as their kick met.

Their weapons made a slash with Hiro's slash torn Tsubaki sleeves while hers tore apart his tie.

Both of them grin as I see how Tsubaki now is partying with her is trying to create a chance to counterattack.

She then blocks one slash as she moves forward and let her blade pass the spear with her try to slash Hiro's stomach but that fails as my Pawn once again block it with the spear body.

"Hmm. That Pawn sure is skilful to parry all those slashes from Tsubaki. If not for him defending those slash Tsubaki already win this spar." Stella said.

"Give up Shinra-san," Hiro told her as he rested his spear on his shoulder as I see he has a confident grin on his face.

"Because my victory is guaranteed." He added with I wanted to scold him for his arrogance.

"Do not be arrogant Akito-san. I can still go on." Tsubaki dishes forward as then Akito engage her fight with the spear blade catches Tsubaki arm and hand many time as they continued the fight.

"Hmm. Is it my or Tsubaki's movement are not fast and ferocious anymore?" Leone voiced out as then I paid more attention toward Tsubaki's movement as her speed is not the one she showed before.

"Her, swing strength also has decreased," Akame commented.

"And her slashes now has missed a lot," Maki added.

"Hmm. Is he using magic?" Stella wonders.

"If that so then I never sees him cast it," Reya said.

"They both are purely using their weapon and pirr strength with man reinforcing them Kaichou," Momo told me as I wonder how Hiro manages to use that magic to increase his physical stats.

"Wait a minute? Maybe it is due to that yellow spear?" Stella said as I then remember what that spear ability is.

"Momo. Declare Hiro as the winner." I told my Bishop who nod her head.

"The match end. Hiro Akito is the winner." She announces as Tsubaki then fell toward her knee but Akito grab her as she put her arm around his arm.

HIRO POV

"Sorry Senpai but this is due to this spear you are not feeling that well," I told her as she look at me.

I am flat that she did not smack me due to me getting close with her.

As we approached Sona and the other peerages Sona stare at me.

"Gáe Buidhe. A spear that inflicts a wound that cannot be healed. This latch is over the moment you blade scratch Tsubaki." Sona said to me as I just smile hearing that.

"Yup," I replied as I shows them the spear.

"It is said no magic cannot the wound I delivered to her," I added making Sona we hear that.

"But I can make them disappear," I told them.

"How?" Reya asks as she sees how Momo is trying to heal Tsubaki with her magic.

"By doing this." I snap the yellow spear in half making them gasp in shock as the spear turn into molten golden lights.

"Y-you. Did you know how valuable and powerful that spear is?" Maki ask me.

"At least give it to me if you did not want it." Leone said to me.

"It is not a common weapon you find in public Akito-san," Stella said as Akame gives me a disapproving stare.

"Calm down guys. I did that to heal Shinra-senpai Look at her."I told them as they all sees how Tsubaki's body is enveloped by the golden light as all her wounds disappears.

"How are you feeling Shinra-senpai?" Momo asks her.

"I am feeling alright. " Tsubaki then stand up as she stretches her arm.

"Next time when you spar we are going to use the wooden spear," Sona told me.

"Your spear, will it recovers back?" She asks me as then I made it appear back on my hand.

"See. I can make this weapon reappear again. Though I cannot make it a lot okay?" I tell them.

"You got us there. Anywhere you losers," Maki said toward Leone, Reya and Momo.

"You need to treat us Ramen." She added making the 3 girls groan as I just smile knowing my dinner has someone paid them.

It is not a bad day for me though it will be suck when I had to raise flyers tomorrow. Wait a minute since I have become a Student Council member I need to attend school earlier than before.

Oh, man. I always like to attend school at the last minute.
