Status, Power classification and world building.

Mana/Holy power: Nigh-limitless( Maximum output is High-Super class level thanks to the grail, dimensional gap and Heaven's system)

Telesma: Low Super-class( Equivalent to Top-Super class level in power cause of its quality but takes days to fully regenerate when completely depleted)

--Domain/Concept/Divine Authority: Abyss(Major), Deep(Major), Holy Light(Major), Curses(Major), Darkness(Minor), Water(Minor), Lightning(Minor).

--Power: Rune magic(Master), Water magic(Grandmaster), Lightning magic(Master), Light magic(Grandmaster due to being connected to the Sephiroth), Holy sacraments(Grandmaster due to being an angel), Barrier/Sealing magic(Grandmaster thanks to studying the seals on Trihexia and God's system), Dark magic(Grandmaster due to being connected to the Qliphoth)

Next is power system and ranking:

--Normal human

--Low class( Surpass top human athlete and steps into supernatural realm, can flip a car, smash a wall, etc...): Raynare, Freed, 2 winged angels.

--Middle class( Stronger than the first one but weaker than high class, suck ass description I know. Can destroy a room or 2, can lift a car) Issei in rating game probably, 4 winged angel, fallen angel, Rias, Akeno,etc...

--High class( Where shit gets real, but not really. Their range of destruction can go from a house or small buildings in one full charged attack to a goddamn mountain) Riser, 6 winged angels, fallen angels.

--Ultimate class( The real realm of power, varies from person to person, can destroy a city or multiple ones if going all out) Kuroka first appearance, 8 winged angels, fallen angels, some low lvl gods, a lot of Sirzechs peerage, etc..

--Satan class( This is where it gets confusing, power varies very much here, can destroy a country like Japan multiple times) Dragon Kings, Kokabiel[ Funnily enough, he is a consideted Satan-class, but when he got his power divided 3 times, Vali says he is now Middle tier lvl, that means he was 8 times stronger than a Middle class, its bullshit but what can you do, I'll just ignore it], Vali balance breaker, Sairaorg, dragon Kings, most gods are here, 10-12 winged angels and fallen angels, Grafyia , Serafall, Azazel, Yasaka, etc...

--Super class( The top dogs, they can destroy the surface of the earth if they went all put but not in one strike) Hades, Thor, Indra, Shiva, YHWEH, Heavenly dragons,etc...

--Apocalypss class: Beings who touched or acquired the power of concepts, this class here is special, as any being from even Satan class can in fact contact a Concept, though not all do. Case in point, Serafall Leviathen is a Satan-class devil in contact with the Ice Concept. The 4 great Serpahs are being who are in contact with their corresponding elemental Concept. Gods have a special thing called Divine Authority, using it they can call upon a part of a Concept power, that's why there are differences in Authority power, as a God with a major divinity in fire will most certainly have stronger fire and control than o e with a minor fire Authority.

Now when it comes to beings that reached Super-class, Gods or not, if they had a Concept they are very familiar with and deep connection, they are able to tap furthermore into the concepts power by gaining a 'True form' that makes them a partial incarnation of their Concept, keep in mind that a true form can contain multiple concepts, like a God's true form.

So to make a conclusion, this class contains all brings with attachments to a concept, even the stronger ones that are an incarnation of a pure concept, such as Ophis and Great Red, 2 beings that manifested not from an authority or a link with a concept, but are the actual manifestation of said concept, making them a league above the other ones who are only partial incarnations. This also gives them a form of conceptual immortality, as they are the pure incarnation of a concept, even when their current form is dead, as long as the concept they embody still exist, they can return again and again. This is where all DxD and ExE top powerhouses stop.

--Dimensional Class: Beings that transcended their reality and became able to touch upon the Laws of the world, usually still confined to their universe, but just are aware of that fact. No such being exists in DxD or ExE universe. Beings on this level are capable of playing with their whole multiverse, an example would be Magic Gods from ToAru or true TYPES in Nasuverse, although the 2 are not actually on the same league. But on this tier, you can also find Beyond omega level reality benders and the likes from Marvel or DC.

To make things clear:

Concept: Although it might sounds complicated, concept is generally a container to attributes about something.

It's the already defined characteristic of a certain thing in reality, for example fire concept has things like fire is hot, burn, etc... Keep in mind. that concept only says things that already exist about the object and manifest them, not create new things.

Authority: This is less complicated, it's just the right to order things. Those things however, varies from one concept to many in one group. For example, authority of ocean has concepts water, storms, life, etc...

Keep in mind that authority concepts are rather limited than pure concepts alone. They can only do the limits of authority.

Law: unlike concept, this is the so called how things behave. Why fire is hot and burn? The law is what defines those characters and give them form in reality. It's like writing a code.

Keep in mind, law is not an offensive thing, it's more of a modification, but using law, you can easily call upon concept that relate to it.

So to speak, when manipulating a Concept, 1+1=2, that isn't changeable by a Concept or Authority. But it is when manipulating laws that you can make 1+1=3

--Great Old One class: This class signifies a being has totally surpassed a world and has become a singularity in existence, which means they are actually outside of the Space-time continuum of any world. As the name suggests, some Lovecraftian gods are here, but there are beings here too.

--Divine Throne class: This class signifies the being is responsible or capable of supporting a part or the whole of reality, with all beings in it. ROOT from nasuverse and Azathoth from Lovecraftian mythos being an example.
