The wide hall began to grow louder. The players all over the gigantic auction room looked in the same direction. Prior to anyone's expectation, Edward began the bidding. Only two guild members, out of the entire group, were aware of Hope's Tycoon's intentions.
Aya looked at Edward with doubts but did not ask anything. She sat with both hands on her lap, her eyes glazed with curiosity. Taka raised his eyebrows and turned to question the man in the suit.
“Edward, what are you doing?!” Nicki, sitting in the back row, reached out and patted Edward’s shoulder in a startled expression. “Why are you taking that aircraft? A Copper-grade aircraft worth 6 billion, are you crazy?!” she shouted, seemingly incredulous.
