Chapter 5

The biggest of the three orks recovers from dropping from orbit. He then looks over and says,

Ork 1: Oy umie wat rock ahh we ohn?

Akemi: OhshitOhshitOhshit.

From instinct I make a shadow kunai and flick it at him at about 100 miles an hour. The kunai explodes out the back of its head like a nice spaghetti sauce. (mmm dark red tomato sauce or strawberry donut filling mmm.)

The other two start firing immediately and before the bullets come out of the barrel I drop to a knee. Then I conjure up a shield that's hardness is about as good as hardened steel.

The bullets ting off the shield and I push forward taking advantage of the surprise of seeing a human make a shield out of pure shadow. The shield then turns into a tower shield. As it sits upon my crouched shoulder I spin around the shield and it falls off my shoulder as I run up on the two. I kick the first in the sternum and using the friction of my foot on his chest to spin in mid air and hook kick him in the side of the head. I hear his jaw dislocate like blowing a bubble.

*pop*

The Ork just looks at me and laughs, taking his hanging jaw and putting it back into place.

Shit.. lethal weapons only, goodbye hands and feet incoming blades of chaos. Both blades reach out like death and cut the ork in front of me into three pieces, then I whip around and take the others head off promptly.

I see many other asteroids strike the street around me and see that this position is disadvantageous, and I'll be surrounded any second now.

I rush back inside to get Marcus when I look back and see Orks massacring the common folk either being cut down by axe or torn to prices by dakka round. I just tell myself I can't save everyone and head inside, but it hurts, I'm betting it always will.

Akemi: MARCUS BRING YOUR ASS HERE RIGHT NOW

Marcus: whaaaat?

Akemi: Oh now you can't hear the gun shots or screams of anguish from pedestrians?

Marcus: This is DC I kinda just ignored it in favor of it being a normal thing here.

Akemi: Dude you've been here for 5 years, I understand if that shit happened everyday, but not now plus we have much worse things to worry about. We have space Orks from Warhammer 40k dropping from fucking meteors from the stratosphere.

Marcus: Oooooooh shit we are so goddamned fucked I hope it's only Orks, god I hope it's only Orks(if only we were that lucky).

Akemi: I have a feeling something horrible is gonna happen.

[ Emergency Mission ]

[ Save The Flash before he gets killed by Orks ]

[ Time limit: two hours ]

[Failure: Flash is gone and you can never get him back ]

Marcus&Akemi: Shit.

Later at Central City Hospital time left: one hour and thirty minutes

To start out with there are Orks absolutely everywhere, just straight up wandering around the base of the hospital and surrounding areas looking for things to kill, but fortunately we can see that the entrance to the hospital is barricaded so they haven't breached the hospital yet. Seeing as we have a timer they will break in sooner or later.

We sneak around and between the Orks when we hear " Oy, mate I wonder why all deez humies, don't do fighting loike us, I wunda if dere's any real reason for all dese martial arts".

Trailing around to the back of the hospital we slip into the delivery lane and get in by Marcus superheating light to be like a blow torch. We are greeted with a garage with an ambulance or two that are parked.

We hurriedly made our way up the stairs because we didn't want to take the elevator. This feels like a scenic moment and sitting in an elevator just ain't it.

Anyway on the way there we find a large amount of Gretchin hobbling down the halls, presumably trying to find things to steal or kill, but we have to stand in their way if we want to get to Barry.

Unfortunately they see us before we see them and a bullet flies by, hitting me in my ear putting a nice circular hole in the appendage "Fuck that hurts!!"

Full of anger from the hole in my damn ear, I do a running slide into about four gretchins, With blades in hand I disembowel one, cut the head off another, but before I can react the third fires his pistol into my shoulder, knocking a good chunk out of it.

Marcus: Akemi... I'm not losing you again.

Marcus rushes into the now sea of gretchins that showed up in response to the pistol fire, he uses his spear like a lance to run through the one that shot Akemi, and three more behind it.

In rage, he uses the special ability of gae bolg( his spear ). He takes the back of the spear in the palm of his hand and holy energy starts surrounding the spear. Slow sparks coming off the blade or just strait out glowing a golden color, it powers up and his arm trembles with how much this thing now weighs, (it probably went from 12 pounds to around 60 I know, big ass spear, but when you pair it with this world it becomes reasonable.) Throwing the spear, Marcus elongates his body to be perpendicular to his spear, and in a mini explosion of power, it bursts out the front and back of a bunch of gretchins as it hits and goes through the back wall and the wall behind that.

Marcus rises up from his throwing position with a smirk, taking out about half the gretchins with that single move. Flipping his hair back and looking into Akemi's eyes, his arm goes up to make a thumbs up when a gunshot sounds out. From the front of Marcus' head, a bullet exits. He falls to the ground the life gone from his eyes.

Gobbo 1: kikikikikikikiki!

Akemi: FUCK NOOOO MARCUS!!!!!!

Sliding on my knees, I catch him before he hits the ground. I look right into the hole in his head, and is it just me, or do I see the grey matter restitching itself together? The brain matter in there is slowly stitching together, the bone and skin from the front and back of his head is actually growing back. It's the craziest shit in real life, nothing like how it is imagining it in the books. Yeah this isn't the books anymore, this is real life, right? Let's just kill the rest of these goblin wannabes and get this shit done.

Seeing no reason to make this any worse, I just wanna get this shit done, understandably I yell, "ohhoho you tiny fucks, line up to chopping block, it's time to get fucking served!!!".

I let my chained blades drop to the floor. I instead touch my hands to the floor saying "Get fucked!!" A long shadow elongates on the ground, and just before it gets to the gobbos, the shadows turn into spikes and impale a good percentage of them. The rest look like they're grabbing for their necks and trying to defend themselves, only for their faces to change color and for them to slowly grow limp.

The color in Marcus' eyes slowly comes back, then his skin gets its color back. He gasps for air and springs up next to me.... headbutting me into next spring.

Akemi: Hahaha someone is happy to see me, owww.

Marcus: Sorry man, it's your fault for being so close, fuckhead.

Akemi: Well I'm sorry that I worry.

[ Death ability activated]

[ One random power or skill coming right up ]

[ Description: Extreme amounts of pain tolerance, it in no way dulls any of your senses only effects pain. For example someone could perform a surgery on you while you're still awake and have no anesthetic and you wouldn't flinch ].

Marcus: Bro, almost worth it, by the way, I could see everything and feel everything while my brain was rebuilding, it's gotta be the same thing that keeps your head alive a few seconds after decapitation. This is obvious, but dying fucking hurts.

Marcus: Well I don't feel anything different. Well hey, Akemi I have an experiment c'mon hit me.

Akemi: Ok.... weirdo

I jump around on the balls of my feet. I put my hands up in a boxers stance, and then twist my whole torso and arm around. With all the force my 10 year old body can muster, I hit him with a vicious right hook, to the point where I knock him to the ground.

Marcus: I didn't feel that at all, hell yeah, wait does that mean I'm gonna knick myself while shaving, or just fuck up my body by bumping into shit?

Akemi: I don't think so, it might just be the intense side of pain. Anything that would make you wince, is my guess.

Alright back on track, let's go get Barry.

We rush to the abandoned nurses station and look through the records, to go and find one sir Barry Allen ..... and, found him, room 23.

Going down the halls, we eventually find Barry's room and rush inside. Grant Gustin was laying in that bed (the actor of cw's flash). He's personally one of my favorite flashes (or the only one I have knowledge of).

Then something really important occurred to me. How the hell are we, with our ten year old bodies, gonna carry a grown ass man to safety.
