The Defeat Of The Demon God

As Goten sits on the ground, Trunks and Bulla jumps up into the air and cheer for Gotens victory.

"Goten did it! He won!" They yell.

The two then fly down towards Goten while everyone else smiles.

"That brat. He has actually surpassed us already." Vegeta says with a smirk.

Gohan chuckles

"Yeah. I guess we'll have to work harder so we won't get left behind." Gohan says.

Goten then looks up, seeing Trunks and Bulla flying towards him.

"Hey, guys." Goten says with a smile.

Both Trunks and Bulla hug Goten.

"Aw, hugs are nice." Goten says.

Bulla looks at Goten with a smile.

"You were amazing." She tells him.

Goten bashfuly smiles, while rubbing the back of his head. Soon Vegeta and the others fly down to join them.

"Gohan. Vegeta, hey." Goten says

Gohan puts his hand on Gotens shoulder.

"Good job, Goten. Our father would be proud." Gohan says.

Goten smile gets even bigger, then he sees Vegeta folding his arms at him.

"Don't get comfortable at the top. Even though you've reached a new level of strength, that doesn't mean you get to take it easy. There's always a new height to reach and someone that is stronger. Not to mention, now I'll be working to surpass you."

Goten smirks.

"That's fine by me. I'll keep moving forward. Until I become the strongest I can be." Goten replies, causing Vegeta to smile.

Goten then looks over at Elder Kai.

"Grandma Kai, hey-"

The Elder Kai then punches Goten in the head, cutting him off in the middle of his sentence.

"What was that for, geez." Goten says, clutching his.

"Why the hell did it take so long for you to fully tap into the power I gave you? Listen up, dumbass, you have divine power now, but that doesn't mean you get to sit back and let it work for you. Like any power, it must be honed and trained. You must concentrate if you wish to wield it properly. I won't have you loosing to anyone ever again." Elder Kai says.

Goten hears what she's saying, understanding what she means.

"I get it. I'll do better from now on." Goten says.

Elder Kai scoffs, then turns away from him.

"That being said. You did pull it together at the end there, so I guess you did a good job."

Goten smiles at the(somewhat) kind words she's saying. Supreme Kai and Kibito then bow to Goten.

"Thank you, Son Goten. We owe you a great debt for defeating Demigra." Supreme Kai says.

"There's no need for a debt or whatever. I wanted to protect others and plus I got to fight a strong opponent. If anything, I should be thanking you guys." Goten says, slowly getting back to his feet.

"Well, now that Demigra is taken care of, we should be going now. Who knows what else my successor has messed up." Elder Kai says.

Supreme Kai sighs, as he and Kibito wave bye to Goten and the others.

"Farewell to you all. Everyone of you fought well today." Supreme Kai says.

"Until we meet again, Son Goten." Elder Kai says.

The three divine beings then disappear in a blink of an eye. Goten smiles, fully standing up to his feet and looking at his friends. At that moment, the young Saiyan's stomach starts to growl loudly.

"Man I'm starving. Let's go grab a bite to eat." Goten says.

Everyone else smiles back at him as they fly off to his home. When the Z-fighters are fully out of sight, Hercule slowly peaks his head from the corner.

"You know... after all that... I think I need to reevaluate my life." He thinks to himself.

At that moment, multiple news vans, reporters, and cameramen appear around Hercule, surprising him.

"Mr. Satan! Multiple people have reported sightings of bright, flashing lights, and a giant dragon appearing in the sky from this area. Care to comment on what happened here today?" A reporter asks.

Mr. Satan thinks to himself for a moment, before getting a serious look on his face.

"What happened here today? A battle where a brave, strong young man battled an evil Demon God....AND AS YOU CAN SEE! YOURS TRULY CAME OUT ON TOP IN THAT BATTLE!" Hercule proclaims boldly.
