Finals, Watching

The next three fights would be Goku vs Chi-Chi, Krillin vs Piccolo, and Yamcha vs kami disguised as Hero. Chi-Chi seemed to take the fight almost ten times more serious then when she originally fought. She also wasn't angry, so her focus was much more on beating Goku proving her self.

It seems my words pushed her to the objective to win. She wouldn't but the change in objective meant I could make her...probably not love me, but certainly cheat on Goku with me. Thinking about it though, I could likely convince Goku to focus more on training. This would allow me to cock block Goku entirely...Neat!

"What's with that smile?"

Krillin walked up behind me, I liked Krillin. He was a bro, I shrugged. "Force of habit, I never had a normal smile. I always show to much teeth."

"I wouldn't say that, it was more very wide. Something like a comic book villain, like Captain Havoc."

"I don't know who that is."

"Oh right, you said you weren't human. Well Captain Havoc is a comic book character, he has the all the cliches of a villain."

"You read comic books?"

"Eh mostly on the toilet, anyway I assume you know who will win?"

"Its obviously Goku do you even need to ask?"

Krillin shrugged, "Might as well ask, Tien said you knew all our techniques. So maybe you knew something that would make the girl win."

Krillin turned back to the fight, Goku took a punch to the gut. Chi-chi though took a kick that sent her out of the ring.

"See told ya, the girl doesn't know how to use ki. So it was hard for her to win."

"Damn, she's pretty too. Any tips for win I fight Junior?"

"Don't get blasted, and use the solar flare to throat punch him."

"Brutal..."

Chi-chi got up looking around, she realized she was kicked out the ring. She spoke allowed admitting her failure to prove herself as his wife. Revealing the marriage proposal between her and Goku. Chi-chi then nearly broke when he said the truth about what he thought marriage was. Goku then went on about a promise is a promise. I nearly broke out in laughter when Chi-chi turned his proposal down.

In her own words..."I won't accept until I am a worthy Wife Material! Until then I will become stronger and learn how to be a proper wife!"

Chi-chi was a little too enthusiastic about being a wife. However it seems my few words had led her to wanting to become a worthy wife before there honeymoon. In the original story she only learned how to do chores and cooking after she got married. She now wanted to learn that before marriage and on top of that she wanted to get stronger!

"Damn, that smile is back. I can't tell if your happy or something else."

"Its happiness, what few chance can you see a proposal during a tournament?"

"I guess that's true, sucks she reject Goku. It was temporary, but still sucks."

After a brief intermission for the crowd to be calmed down, Krillin begun his own fight. I left to go find Chi-chi. It took only a second since she approached me. "You were right he really didn't know. I should've accepted, but I don't know...I feel terrible."

I was surprised at her openness, but it was fine with me. "So would you like me to train you? I can teach you how to do house work, and I could also train you so you become stronger."

"Would you?"

"Why not, however I can't teach cooking. However I know someone who can."

"Thank you! I want to become the best wife. No matter what!"

Still too enthusiastic about being a wife, I shrugged however. "Meet me after the tournament, I can teach you then. It will take only a couple of months."

"Yes, thank you again." She bowed an left, that didn't really feel right to me. It was whatever though, I could train her well in that month. Yes...Train her. I felt the smiled creep across my face again. I frowned, now I was self conscious about the smile. Damn it Krillin...

Looking to the stage, I got a big flash of light.

"AH SON OF BITCH! MY EYES!"

Krillin used Tien's Solar Flare and aimed at punch to Piccolo's throat. Piccolo a water based creature choked easily, backing away slightly. However Krillin didn't last much longer, ultimately he slammed into the floor shattering it. He forfeited due to barely staggering out of the crater.

At least he was okay, "How did you know Junior would be more susceptible to the neck?"

"Gah! Oh, hey Goku. He is a water based creature. Creatures like that can suffocate easily. Also a good throat punch is always effective."

"Hmm, hmmm. You knew it was Chi-Chi, how did you know about someone from my childhood?"

"I am a super Genius, I know everything. Like the ultimate secret is 42."

"That wasn't really an answer, I hope I didn't hurt her feelings though."

"You didn't, I assume you don't know what a wife does anyway?"

"Yeah, how did you know?"

I wasn't going to justify is question with a answer. I thought he actually using his brain when he asked how I knew about his childhood. However, I now felt he was either being extremely stupid or was messing with me. Either way I wouldn't answer.

"It will be our fight soon, I'll be back."

"You don't want to watch Yamcha's fight?"

I stared at Goku, he knew the outcome of the fight as much as I did. He smiled an turned back to see his friend prepare to lose. Goku was supportive if nothing else. The Tournament workers however needed to fix the stage first. I left before they even started to fix it.

I was hungry, and I wanted to start building biomass for my next clone.
