Ru Jen joined his hands in respect. "Junior Shen has met Senior Quan!"

Yu Quan, as he was called, chuckled. "You don't have to be so formal. Just call me Uncle Quan."

Yu Yi laughed. "Don't you remember Uncle Quan? He's the one who got you the Heaven and Earth Treasure last month!" He gave Ru Jen a knowing look.

Understanding what his father was trying to tell him, Ru Jen shouted, "Thank you for the favor, Uncle Quan!"

Yu Quan smiled, but shook his head. "Don't thank me too soon. I was only following the order of the clan elder."

When Ru Jen heard the words "clan elder," he realized that Uncle Quan was here to try to convince him to join their camp.

"What brings you here today, Uncle Quan?" Ru Jen asked.

Just as Ru Jen thought the next words from Yu Quan's mouth confirmed his suspicion,

Uncle Quan set down his tea and looked at Ru Jen. "I've come to talk to you about your future. You have great potential, and I believe you could be a valuable asset to our clan." He gave Ru Jen a warm smile.

Despite his inner thoughts, Ru Jen couldn't help but look like an excited child. Meanwhile, Yu Yi observed the exchange with a watchful eye.

The atmosphere in the room became awkwardly quiet as both Yu Quan and Yu Yi went silent. Not wanting to prolong the silence, Yu Quan spoke up. "Brother Yi, there is no need to be cautious. I'm here to offer the best."

Yu Yi took a deep breath and replied, "Please continue."

Yu Quan smiled and said, "I'm here on behalf of the second elder, Yu Tao. This ring has many high-quality heaven and earth treasures for Nephew Shen."
