"This is Xie Lin, our Agility Attack Soul Master. She's a Soul Elder with a martial soul of the Ghost Panther. Don't let her cold exterior fool you—she really is as distant as she looks… except maybe for you, Lin Ye."

Shi Yue gave Lin Ye a playful wink, which only deepened Lin Ye's confusion.

"Why would that be different with me?"

As Lin Ye pondered, Xie Lin suddenly stood up, walking over to him. She extended her hand with a faint smile on her otherwise expressionless face.

"So, you're the young Brother Lin Ye that our boss mentioned? Nice to meet you. I'm Xie Lin."

"See? Xie Lin may act cold, but that's only for those who don't make the cut," Shi Yue chuckled from the side. "She's pretty warm when it's someone who's cute and handsome. Just don't ask He Feng!"

Lin Ye chuckled as Shi Yue continued with the introductions.

"Next up, we have Luo An, our Control-type Soul Master. He's a Soul Elder with the martial soul of the Iron Vine. Luo An only joined a few years ago, fresh out of the Advanced Soul Master Academy. If you ever have any questions about control skills, he's your guy."

Shi Yue gestured toward a young man dressed in black with an unremarkable appearance, who smiled politely at Lin Ye in acknowledgment.

"Brother Lin Ye, you might want to chat with Luo An later, but avoid talking too much with He Feng. That guy's full of bad ideas and might lead you astray," Xie Lin commented, her red lips curving into a subtle smile.

"Oh." Lin Ye nodded, still piecing things together about each of the group members.

"Xie Lin! Don't slander me like that!" He Feng protested, brushing his fringe out of his face. "Just because you've caught me 'having fun' a few times doesn't mean anything. I'm a normal man with normal needs—my martial soul is a Swift Gale Wolf, after all. Give me a little understanding, would you?"

"Hmph! Even if you're not totally rotten, some of your antics aren't suitable for kids to witness. And I heard from the boss that Lin Ye is only six years old," Xie Lin said with a sidelong glance, crossing her arms, which emphasized her elegant figure.

"Er…"

He Feng suddenly looked a bit embarrassed.

"Alright, enough bickering! I still need to finish introducing everyone," Shi Yue cut in, putting an end to the squabble as he introduced the last member of the group.

"This here is Su Ying, our Support-type Soul Master. She's a Grand Soul Master with a martial soul of Cherry Blossom. Don't be fooled by her petite size—she's actually turning eighteen this year."

Shi Yue motioned to a young girl no taller than 1.5 meters, with a cute appearance, dressed in a purple dress and sporting twin pigtails.

"Eighteen already?"

Lin Ye was a bit surprised. Judging by her height, she looked much younger!
