Chapter 750: Regardless of Life or Death

"Ruth!"

William Cole's voice echoed, but no one answered.

Michele Keith stepped out, looking puzzled at him, "Brother Cole, what happened?"

"Where's Ruth?" William asked urgently.

"Sister Ruth said she had to go back to the Dawn Sect. there was some business she needed to attend to." As Michele Keith spoke, she noticed a bowl of fruit salad on the floor of the hall. She quietly picked up a broom and swept away the traces of fruit salad.

William stared blankly at the fruit salad, then turned and ran out of the Thirteen Hall, driving straight to the Dawn Sect.

By the time William arrived at the Dawn Sect's courtyard, it was already nine o'clock in the evening. He saw Ruth's red car in the parking lot at the entrance.

William headed straight for the main gate of the Dawn family's residence, but was stopped by several servants.

They all recognized William, and upon seeing him, smiled, "Lord Cole, may we help you?"

"I'm looking for Ruth. Has she returned?" William asked.
