The Kraken Summoned - 3

Looked around, noticing one of the bards snuck off. Figuring they didn't want to be part of the situation after all.

Jake: "If I can make it to the large group next to the shore. I could have their objects crack and hopefully explode. Crippling them."

Abigaile: "I could take away the priest's sight or hearing if you think that would be useful."

Abigaile looks down at her hands.

Abigaile: "I'm not that great at using my hands, guys. I'm shit with my daggers. I'm weak as hell. So I'll kind of stay back."

Sorakai: "What I might suggest is instead of going after leadership first. Take care of the little peons. Because they're going to be the most annoying. What do you guys say?"

Jake: "I agree. Then it would leave us with the leaders and priests."

Sorakai: "Wait, wait, wait. I have another idea. How about you guys take care of those two groups?"

Sorakai pointed at the shore.

Sorakai: "I will sneak into where the captain is and I blast him with my magic cannon. How does that sound?"

Abigaile: "I think that I'm good with this. You know what if I die. I just get to go see my Patreon quicker."

The group would begin to watch the two individuals standing on rocks. The trident individual thrust his sword forward hitting a strange gilled humanoid. Trying for a second time, completely missing. While everyone is distracted. The pirate captain takes the opportunity, stacks up a rock in the shape of an egg, quickly turns around, and heads back up the dock to their ship. Largo quickly pulls out his bow and tries shooting at a group of ruff individuals. Watching as his arrow flies right over them. Then hurries over and tries to hide behind a pier beam. Sorakai tries to quietly walk in the direction of the pirate captain, hoping to get the jump on them. Jake walks along the cut-down tree to get in the perfect angle to cast his spell. Sticking a note on his lute.

Jake: "Hear me play the sound of destruction!"

All of a sudden, a loud ringing noise goes off. The sand explodes into the air. Five of the six ruff individuals fall to the ground. Their bodies can be seen, shredded from their belongings exploding.

Jake: "There we go, comrades! Quickly, hurry!"

Jake turns its head to look back at Jack. Quickly sticks another note on his lute.

Jake: "You got this, my friend!"

Jack rushes past the Abigaile, jumps over the fallen tree, and around a fishing hut. Their mind begins to warp into a screaming blood frenzy. Abigaile looks around, noticing they got left behind, and rushes over next to Jake.

Abigaile: "Feet don't feel me now!"

A silvery mist begins to form around Abigaile, briefly surrounding them. The mist begins to move around the ground, stopping at a standing tree. Abigaile reaches to her side to grab her dagger. Then tries throwing it in the direction of the priest. Watched as it flew past them, landing in the water. The remaining ruffian rushes past Largo in the direction to get onto the pier. What looks to be the first mate begins to head in the direction hoping to catch up with the ruffian. Noticing they do not have a chance. Changes their mind and walks over to Jack. Their hook arm swipes short of hitting Jack. The priest waves his hands up in the air.

The Kraken Priest: (Aquan) "I call upon the raging storm to summon a lightning bolt. Strike these individuals in my path!"

The cloud's shape begins to change. Moving across the air. A bolt of lightning strikes down between Abigaile, Jack, and the first mate. Hitting them. Then takes this time to try and run away. Jack watches the priest attempting to run. Swings his greataxe across the priest's back. The priest quickly jumps into the water's edge, swimming toward the trident and gilled humanoid. The gilled humanoid looks behind them to see who is coming up behind them. Allowing the trident to slash down. With a clear blow, cleaves the gilled humanoid directly in half. The pirate captain continues to rush across the pier. With each step taking them closer & closer to their ship. Largo pulls back his bow and fires in the dark in the direction of the priest. Hearing a thud as it hits. Then quietly creeps along the sand and begins to lay down amounts of the dead bodies to hide. Sorakai decides to change up his approach and run as fast as they can to try to catch up to the pirate captain. Jake jumps over the cut-down tree and walks along the hut trying to get a better view of what is happening. Sticking a note on his lute cutting their finger.

Jake: "The pain I put myself through. I shall pass upon the pirate, the priest, and first mate!"

Jake turns his head to look back at Abigaile. Quickly sticks another note on his lute.

Jake: "You got this, my friend!"

Jack lets out a yell, as his ax comes slashing at the first mate. Missing completely with a sound wave followed by a flash of light.

Abigaile: "Priest halt!"

Abigaile would reach to her side to grab her final dagger. Then tries throwing it in the direction of the priest. Sticking them on the shoulder. With excitement.

Abigaile: "Alrighty!"

The first mate sees strange things going off around them. Tries to run past Jack and Jake. The barbarian takes this opportunity to spin around sticking the first mate across their back. Jake quickly places his weapon just in front of the first mate. Watching as they fall onto the blade. The sky begins to crackle and then a light flashes between Jack, Jake, and Abigaile's eyes. The priest takes this time to swim upon the trident. The trident takes a couple of swings out striking the priest. Causing some serious damage. The pirate captain continues to run, then jumps off the pier, and lands on the ship. Largo pulls back his bow, firing blindly in the dark. Hearing a thud as it hit something.
