37. Lot's of Jealousy in the air.

Almost like electricity, they all laugh and then the smiles are gone.

Leo checks his watch and clears his throat.

"It's almost time Akeelah. Go get dressed. I and Buff will go up as well and these three will be here so hurry up."

Akeelah nods and goes upstairs, leaving Buff, Leo and all the others.

Buff stands up and so does Leo.

"I hope the house is safe in all your hands." Buff says with his back to them as walks upstairs.

Buff has still not forgotten about Andrè Stilts and the punishment he promised him within himself. He's just playing it cool in front of Akeelah and Leo.

Andrè, Aaron and Gray all look away from one another. Gray is the first to get up and look around.

He looks around all the art in the living room and family portraits before coming to stop at one particular portrait of a smiling young girl.

Obviously Akeelah.

He smiles and stops there.
