Stepping Into the World of the Rich.

Daniel left the capsule after logging out of the game. He felt quite worn out from his long gaming session. One good thing about the High-Tier capsule was that it provided sufficient nutrients to the host, keeping their body healthy.

He stretched his body and went straight to the bathroom to wash his sleepy face. Stepping into the bathroom, he made his way over to the sink. He reached out and twisted the faucet handle, causing water to begin flowing from the spout. As the sink basin started to fill, he cupped his hands under the stream to splash some water on his face.

After washing his face clean, he picked up a fluffy white towel and used it to pat his skin dry, the soft fabric soaking the water from his skin.

After leaving the bathroom, he walked to the kitchen downstairs, feeling his hungry stomach. He filled the kettle with water, set it to boil, and retrieved a cup of noodles from the cupboard. He poured the steaming water into the cup.

Once the cup noodles were ready, he settled into a chair at the dining table and enjoyed his cup noodles. He glanced around, the silence of the empty rooms making him feel saddened. Ever since he lost his parents, he had always missed them. He didn't have anyone to share his pain with. No one was there to embrace him in hard times and say "Don't worry, it will be alright."

Daniel was now used to it, but no one can be completely okay when living a lonely, isolated life. If there were someone he could call a family, he would probably never leave them, but to his misfortune, there was no one for him.

"Ah, I am still feeling tired… I should go to rest." He headed back to the bedroom upstairs after finishing his cup noodles.

He plopped himself down on the bed, soon falling into a deep slumber.

In the morning, Daniel stirred awake, feeling the warmth from the sun rays falling on his skin through the window. As always, he first stepped inside the bathroom and freshened up.

After he was done freshening up, he went to the kitchen, toasted some bread, and fried some eggs. Once he finished cooking up his breakfast, he served it on a plate and prepared a cup of tea before sitting on a chair and eating his delicious food. He wasn't a cook, but his cooking skills were not bad. When he was in college, some of his classmates even praised him for his cooking skills.

He washed the dishes and went to the living room, plopping down on the sofa and sitting comfortably. He took the phone out of his pocket and opened it.

There were many notifications, but only one of them was marked important in Daniel's eyes. He tapped on the notification with a star logo.

After reading the entire article, Daniel closed the forums and went to the auctioning site of Divine Path. He quickly logged-in into his account and put up his new items for auction. He was still anonymous on the site, making it easier for him to auction items without a problem.

When he put up the items for auction, there was still 1 hour and 12 minutes left for the auction to start. He put his phone down and sat and took a nap on the sofa, waiting for the auction results. He wasn't in the mood to play Divine Path right now.

After resting for an hour, he got up from the sofa, took out his phone, and squinted his eyes at the bright screen, hastily searching for the auction results. He tapped on the results page and entered his password to get access.

He was anxious about the results of the auction. He was a money hungry wolf. He acted as if his whole life depended on the auction results. "Please god… I don't want anything below 400,000 dollars!" Shamelessly enough, he didn't even try to hide the greedy look on his face.

If God was listening to his prayers, he would surely throw Daniel into the trash bin outside of his house. His greed knows no bounds.

After a momentary wait, the results were displayed on screen. Daniel felt like crying after seeing the results. He had never expected such a thing to happen.

"Oh god…!!" He gazed at the results again to confirm it. It turned out that his eyes weren't playing games on him and the astounding auction results were real.

His hard work had paid off, he was rich now, he grinded all day inside the game, without taking any rest and now, he was reaping the benefits. He quickly checked his bank account and it displayed a staggering 6 digit figure.

Tears of joy fell down from his eyes as he looked at the money. Till now, he was spending sparingly, but now he didn't have to worry about money.

He could buy a supercar now, shop for good clothes to wear, go to places on vacations, hold parties- (ahem no friends… 1 powerstone for Daniel ;) )

He could now be considered rich. He jumped up from the sofa and ran upstairs with hurried steps. He sat in front of the computer and booted it up.

Clicking on the search box with the cursor, he used the keyboard to search a website.

He clicked on continue and started looking at the amazing items being displayed on a slideshow. He clicked on the phones section and looked for the best phone available.

He pressed on the add to cart option and quickly entered the delivery details. He felt satisfied, being able to buy something expensive without thinking twice.

He closed his eyes, trying to calm his racing heart down. He quickly regained his composure and bought a few other items from the website before shutting the computer down.

He had now stepped into the world of the rich.

"Alright, now it's time to get back to gaming…!" Daniel got up from the chair and cracked his knuckles.
