"Lastly, the Battle Department. In other words, the Reaper Soul Legion will be solely headed by Yotan at the moment."
Yotan nodded at Mingzhi's words. She was fine if there were other commanders as well as she could not oversee the entirety if the Reaper Soul Legion ever grew. Then again, they were making great strides with their cultivation, so she was becoming more and more confident.
