When Xyrus turned around, he saw a huge golden being, with a floating head with three faces.
"Who are you?" Xyrus could feel unimaginable strength emanating from the golden being.
"You can call me the Living Tribunal." The golden being or now known as the Living Tribunal, introduced himself.
"My name is-" Xyrus was about to introduce himself when he was interrupted by the Living Tribunal.
"I know you, Xyrus Whiz. The new Chosen One, my creator have told me about you."
"Then does that mean you know about my purpose here?"
"Yes. But that still doesn't excuse you from disturbing the balance of the universe. However, as you are the chosen one, the only punishment I could give to you is for you and your companions to leave this universe and never come back." The Living Tribunal's eyes glowed brightly as the pressure on Xyrus increased greatly.
"And before you go. Take this as my gift to you." The Living Tribunal then opened his hand in front of him and a glowing white marble was floating on top of his palm.
Seeing Xyrus's confused look, the Living Tribunal went on and explained.
"This is the Soul of the First Chosen One, as this multiverse is his birthplace, he has decided to entrust his soul to me." The moment he was done explaining, Xyrus's eyes lit up in excitement as he could finally opened a page from the Tome.
"Do you know where the other ones are?" Xyrus then asked as he hoped that he could acquire all the souls in the easy way.
"I have no knowledge of their locations, you are on your own on finding the others. Goodluck, Outsider." As soon as he said that, he disappeared as if he was never there, and not only that, even Arishem disappeared along with him.
Xyrus doesn't see any reason to stay anymore and left the place, and teleported back to earth, but not without keeping the soul of the first chosen one on his private space.
As soon as he was back, he was met with Whitebeard and Ikaris almost destroying the whole island, but he can see that Whitebeard was holding back, he must have wanted to enjoy his fight.
After that, he turned his eyes on Tony, chatting with Makkari and Druid.
He could also sense many presences on cave, however, he was confused as he can't sense Saitama in the island. He did remember dropping Saitama on earth. Oh, he did drop him on earth but with no exact location.
----
Meanwhile...
"Eh? Where am I?" Saitama scratched his head as he looked around and saw that he crashed inside someone's apartment.
"Why am I here? Did he sent me to a wrong place?" Saitama scratched his head and sighed. He was about to escape this place so the owner won't see him and force him to pay up, however, a white sticky substance sticked on his hand and his arm was pulled out.
"Who are you? What are you doing in my ap- someone's apartment?" When Saitama turned around, he saw a man in a red costume, staring back right at him.
"Uhm, will you believe me if I said that I fell from the space?" Saitama reasoned while pointing his finger at the broken ceiling.
"I hope I won't have to pay for that." He continued, as Spiderman was confusingly looking back and forth at the ceiling and then him.
"Space? Are you an alien." Spiderman has a fair share of encounter with aliens, especially since he just fought an alien last year.
His name is actually Peter Parker, and this apartment where Saitama fell is actually his. When he just got home after fighting another crime, he stumbled upon Saitama who was scratching his head and was about to leave. At first, he thought that Saitama was a robber and decided to leave because he found nothing noteworthy on his apartment, but even that is not a good reason to escape from your friendly neighborhood spiderman.
"No, I'm human. Look, can you remove this now? I swear I won't escape or something." Saitama said as he crossed his chest, exactly where his heart is.
Spiderman still eyed him cautiously, but since he could see that Saitama looks like your normal average guy, he decided to let him go. Though even if he did something to him, his powers could probably take him on.
After all, after his Aunt May died and the whole world has forgotten him, including his girlfriend and bestfriend.
Ever since then, he has lived alone in his apartment, going to school, and sometimes he's still going out there, dressed as Spiderman, saving the city from its crimes once again.
This time, he has been more cautious on his identity. Instead of dressing his suit in some random alleyway, he's now doing it in a dark tunnel or somewhere more stranded.
After Spiderman hesitantly removed the webs on his hand, he then told him to sit on the bed and interviewed him.
"Would you like some coffee?" However, Peter still has some kindness within him, so he asked.
"So, this is your apartment?" Saitama asked.
"N-, *sigh* yeah." Peter was about to refute his question, however, if he said that this wasn't his apartment, then why would he offer some coffee instead?
"Sorry about your ceiling. I think I'll pay for that." Saitama scratched his head in embarrassment.
"Y-yeah, I think you should." Peter also looked at the broken ceiling and can't help but remember that he was poor as heck right now, and his only source of money right now is through the small part-time jobs he's working on.
"By the way, can you tell me your name? You can call me Spiderman." Peter asked. He is still a bit cautious around the bald caped guy, so he didn't reveal his real name.
He has already promised to himself that he won't ever reveal his identity to anyone, even his friends, though he doesn't have one anymore.
"I'm Saitama, I'm a hero for fun." Saitama introduced himself, while Peter looked confused at him.
'Hero for fun?' Spiderman questioned in his mind, he haven't heard of Saitama or see him in the news, it's like he just appeared out of nowhere and started calling himself a hero.
'Wait, he said he fell from space, does that mean he is a hero from another planet?' Spiderman startedaking conclusions, and noticed that he was done brewing coffee, so he turned around to bring the coffee to Saitama.
However, he was met with a flash of blue light before Saitama was nowhere to be found.
"What? Did he escaped?" Spiderman asked himself in shock.
Meanwhile, back on the island where the emergence is about to happen, Saitama appeared in front of Xyrus in a flash of the same blue light that appeared on Peter's apartment earlier.
"Where were you? I noticed that you were somewhere in New York." Xyrus reprimanded him.
"Hmm? Oh, I crashed in an apartment and met with a spider guy who owns the apartment." Saitama defended himself.
"*Sigh*, that's partially my fault, I should have seen on where I was dropping you off." Xyrus sighed and apologized.
"Anyways, that aside, we're going to leave now, but we should stop this emergence first." Earlier, Tony explained to him about the emergence and how it would destroy earth once it happens.
So, as the Sorcerer Supreme, responsible for overlooking Earth, he has to save earth, even though it is not his universe.
He then placed his hand on the ground, and felt the life growing inside the Earth's crust.
'This would be easy. A simple permanent petrification should do the job.' Having said that, Xyrus started doing his job, and the hands and a head that came out under the sea, slowly turned into a stone, as if Medusa has descended on Earth.
The other eternals also saw this, even Ikaris, who was suspended on air, courtesy of Xyrus.
Once that's done, it was finally time to go home. So he gathered everyone.
"We'll be going now." Xyrus told them, as he can't wait anymore to see the contents of the tome.
Everyone then started saying goodbyes.
"Alright, let's go." Once they're done, he nodded and soon, blue light enveloped them, disappearing from everyone's vision.
