After Kia started making progress with territory I left her be and went around to all the cities and towns I have been to. It's the best way to get sin other than royal family corpses and artifacts, the three capitals obviously give the most sin. five to ten minutes is around the average for the towns and twenty minutes is enough for a big estate. but the capitals take every bit of an hour to absorb all the sin and I even have to move around to reach all of the capital of the bloody empire. it's not necessarily bigger as in larger buildings. it's more so spread wide and most people live out of the cities and towns and such. quite a lot of farmers in the bloody empire, business is booming here though.

Lots of people enjoying the different varieties of alcohol, drawn in with devil fruit one-time sale. then when they see the alcohol and try some it spreads like fire through word of mouth among their people. each shop in bloody empire sells out almost an hour after opening and even some people sent by Raizen came to buy a huge shipment.

At least they said they were from Raizen and also payed a huge sum to make sure they could succeed in purchasing the whole stock. a few times of that and now I am debating just sending a shipment straight to his palace to cut out the middleman. never know if he is skimming off the top, likely not the case though with the dear people have for their emperor.

Speaking of Raizen he should be entering into ' training ' where he will push for kingdomization. he will succeed but his traitor son who is leading blood fall will make a deal with the dark elemental king to poison him with pure dark elements which will slowly start killing Raizen. in return, princess Teris will help the dark elemental king gather a ton of sacrifices in the fallen angel empire to make new dark elementals. I have people on the lookout around blue lava estate for that to start, I will interrupt them and offer to help the king with the map I am fixing that leads to his origin fragment.

The goal is to befriend all the elemental kings, which will get me the source powers for Zola. worst case scenario Zola becomes antagonistic with me I can just ask them for something else anyway. Arriving back home to grab some sleep before going back to the fallen angel capital to steal the sword I see Athena sleeping in my bed. I slip in behind her and wrap her up, she squirms feeling my cold hands on her hot body, I lay my head on my pillow and slip off to sleep.

I wake up when Athena tries to suffocate me by pinching my nose, she giggles when I grab her hips and pull her close.

"Jerk." I shake her fingers off my nose.

"It's time to wake up sleepy head." I blow the hair out of my eyes and steal a quick kiss before rolling out of the bed.

"Your right, Isabella is probably awake already. I need to ask her when they will have the door open to that vault. I plan on stealing the Lucifer artifact today, maybe hit their actual vault full of crystal coins as well." I dress quickly and slip out of the room as Athena looks dumbfounded at the sudden enthusiasm. sliding down the handrail I make my way to the kitchen smelling some food already cooking.

"Morning Nova." Freya is cooking as I enter the kitchen, peeking around her I spot the plate of eggs that are done. I grab some bread and throw it in the toaster I made and sit on the counter next to it as I wait.

"Hey Freya, thanks for making breakfast." she nods, the bread pops out and I set cheese on it while it's hot to melt. stealing some eggs I finish a quick sandwich, one day I will finish bringing all the food I know to this world. A slightly dry egg cheese sandwich isn't the worst though, the food I had, to begin with, was so bad my dog would have turned their nose up.

"No problem Nova, you busy today?" I grab some juice from the fridge and pour it as I answer.

"Yea, at least till after lunch for sure, why do you need something?" she nods as I put the rest of the juice back into the fridge.

"I wanted to see if you could teach me some more about demonic energy."

"You could ask Kia or Athena if you have any questions." she shifts in place awkwardly.

"Well... I wanted to figure it out without Kia. I don't know I guess I wanted to surprise her or something." she stops shifting as she glares at me for chuckling at her. "why is that funny?"

"It's not funny, it's cute. you want to impress your daughter with your progress on something you both mutually share instead of relying on her help." she purses her lips and looks away with a blush.

"I-I guess so, is that weird?" I shake my head, it's super cute how she tries to be a momma to her daughter. almost like she is trying to make up for all the time they were deprived, the best part is Kia eats it up and it's adorable. not what you would expect from the bombshell succubus but it is good for getting her riled up.

"Nope, it's fun to watch Kia get flustered when you baby her." Freya's lips curl up and looks relieved. "When I get back later let's go over some things and I can show you some new tips." Freya slides the food off the hot surface as she walks over and hugs me.

"Thanks, Nova, I will make it up to you." she holds onto me, getting a little handsy if I am honest but it's not exactly unpleasant. snapping out of it the Succubus lets go when we hear someone heading down the stairs.

"I will head out after I finish eating." noticing Kia walking in I make it seem like a normal conversation. Freya responds normally and we go silent, only it wouldn't be Kia if she didn't catch onto a weird atmosphere.

Kia is wearing her pajamas having not even bothered to change since today she is off and doesn't have to work. she looks back and forth between me and her mom, a sharp gleam flashes in her eyes as she smiles.

"Hey mom, watcha making." she leans over her shoulder and we hear her take a few sniffs with our enhanced hearing.

"J-Just breakfast, I made enough for everyone so no need to make some for yourself." Freya responds shakenly as her daughter prowls over to me.

"Morning Nova." she steals my juice and takes a sip as she also takes a quick sniff of myself. "you two seem a little off, did something happen?" she sits on the table beside me, and I regret pulling away now from the hug. it would have been better to get caught hugging than to have her think something else was happening.

"Yea, I was about to bend her over the table till you walked in." it's better to play it off by being over the top than to pull back and expose weakness to this bloodhound.

"*cough* Nova!" Freya chokes on thin air surprising us both, quickly making her way to the sink she leans under the faucet and drank like her life depends on it.

"Hmmm." Kia watches as she debates the truth of the matter. with a shrug, she is off the hunt and also finishes off my juice. "Oh well, it doesn't matter either way if you did or didn't. just don't make a mess in the kitchen, no one wants to have to eat in here if your getting it on." she starts to make her plate and I decide it's time to head out.

With a quick farewell, I teleport off to Isabella's mansion.

"So, when do you think is a good time to snag it? I also want to try to hit the treasury as well if I can, would be good to destabilize Obsidian if he lost the artifact and was broke. if he cant pay people then people will start to doubt him and then when Shea comes in Artifact in hand and fat pockets they will flock to her." I look at the map she has spread on the table and notice the two are on opposite sides of the building.

"I can wait for you in the treasury since I can just walk in with no reason than to just check on things, I am the actually finance manger. the vault with the artifact will open in a hour or so, your timing in showing up was perfect. I plan on leaving after this and focusing on training, you where right about this not being as optimal as just gaining strength. I wont gain anything but a headache staying here any longer since I know Obsidian will be replaced soon." she rolls the map back up and sets it on the shelf beside us and leans on the edge of the table next to me. "that isn't going to be a problem is it?" I shake my head, the faster everyone powers up the better over all the situation becomes for us. we may avoid a civil war all together by having other people tear down Obsidian for us to have Shea step in if we play it right.

"You got a place with me if you want to move in or I can fund you a place to stay anywhere you want, money is rolling in fast and I can spend it where its needed." she smiles.

"Oh? so you got money to throw away do you? that's good because I will need a few things soon since I will be losing my prized abode soon." I look around at her book shelfs, nothing really stands out as I read a few titles.

"Where is the good stuff?" I pull out a random book that details the life of some noble woman.

"I have a few books that you might like, nothing out here though." she starts walking off and I follow after her.

"Well, its not as bad as Alice's stash, she has enough smut to bury someone in it. its rotted her brain and she has a sharp tongue because of it." flipping through her more personal collection its basically a bunch of white knight story's of saving the damsel or in some cases the female saving the male. she blushes as I hold up one such story, she carefully pulls it from my hands and stores it in her ring.

"It was one of my favorites, my dad bought it for me." I roll my eyes at her act, the book was at most a few years old and hardly worn. most likely bought it for herself after getting tired of not being the one saved and thought the story flipping would be a interesting turn.

"What ever you say." I roll over on my back and look at the ceiling which is painted with a beautiful scenery. Isabella lays back on her own back and looks up at it.

"Its the view from my old bedroom from when I was growing up." I nod, its pretty ugly if I am honest but I guess it doesn't have to be beautiful to give beautiful memory's. I look over at Isabella and see she has her eyes closed.

She slowly shows more character each time we interact, I look forward to when she opens up completely. but to start with I need to get her to have some real friends, everyone she interacts with is either enemy's or targets. might be a bit awkward to start with when she moves in, if she does, but it will do her some good to interact with other devils since we are all on the same side.
