Was it meant for me

Isabella's pov:

"So you are trying to say that apparently Xavier is the 'blue light' in your life about which that creepy old woman told you?" Sandi asked, putting the puzzle pieces togather.

"Yeah." I nodded. I didn't know what else to say.

She dragged me back to my room and I took the scrunched paper and the rock with me. I hid the paper without letting Sandi read it. I was already feeling guilty for poking my nose in his privacy.

For the last few hours we have been trying to justify that Xavier is the certain blue-eyed boy I needed in my life. Back then I was too naive to understand the old woman's riddle but it was making so much sense now.

Darkness of my life...his being my savior...his familiar blue eyes...the day we sealed ourselves with eachother without even knowing about it.
