Nightmares 1

I left Will's scary home finally, it was going to around a week since I stayed with him. Sometimes, we had insipid conversations, while other times it would be like a drama. But even with that, I never knew my childhood friend was so... Dark

"Finally I'm back..... Home sweet home!" The bed danced for joy when I layed on it....

The table beside was filled with files upon files and this made my heart ached.

With different stress I'm passing through with, I had to finish up with this case. Being a detective is no easy task at all

So rising up weakly, I sluggishly sat on the chair. Before I knew it, sleep struck me up and I was helpless to it's power. My eyes which was once droppy were now shut.....

I didn't know whether it was a dream or not but I was back to the fury burning abyss again. Weak within the soul and tired physically, I moved forward into the fire but this time fear fell on me quickly when I saw the figure standing not too far from me.

Overwhelmed with fear, I moved backwards as he approached me slowly but the runes, symbols and chains were still on him....

"Lee!" His voice sounded like trumpets and clashing thunders

"Lee!!" He called again much more louder

"Lee!!!" I couldn't take it anymore, blood fell freely without any stop as he moved closer but this time I couldn't move, stuck to the ground like a cold toffee

His hands reached for my cheeks but fear followed....

The sound of another heavy rain woke me up. I stood up with heavy pains circulating my legs, something wet poured from my ears

I touched it and it was liquid but thick liquid, I knew different liquid smells because sure I was a detective. This liquid had metallic smell.....

Blood

My head spinned but I still had my balance. Holding the chair, I felt something pulling me back to sleep, back to that dream

Or was it reality in another area?
