My Dear Wife

"Oh, right! I still haven't told you but you better rack your brains and come up with a strategy."

Huiyin looked at both of them with a proud expression.

"Why?"

Yueying stared at Huiyin, revealing a puzzled and curious face.

Her best friend then grinned and took out her phone as she held it in front of them. There was a picture of Huiyin and Tai Shun together.

Yueying's jaw dropped as she stared at the phone in surprise. She pinched her forehead and shook her head.

"I really can't believe you'd be together with him. You're really planning on destroying us completely! Did you hear the news going around that he ranked up from 8000th to 6000th? You lucky douchebagette. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a SPECIFIC someone whose skills are unknown to me."

She retorted while rolling her eyes to Liang Feng, not knowing that whom she's dealing with is the God of Battle, Moonlight.

"That might not be the case, my dear wife."

Liang Feng responded in cool yet warm tone while eating his food.

Yueying's eyes widened when she heard the last part and again, her heart skipped a beat.

"Handsome, you might be good at being a boyfriend material but in this university, no one can beat Master Tai Shun!"

Huiyin pouted as she pointed her chopsticks to Liang Feng.

He just chuckled and continued eating.

"Oh right, I forgot. I was supposed to meet with Master Tai Shun! I'll stop being a [1]lightbulb now."

She got up and waved them goodbye and dashed towards the exit.

Only Liang Feng and Yueying was left.

"What to do now? Now we're even in a dire situation."

Yueying sighed.

"You should trust your partner more. I'll work hard for your sake. And, haven't you heard of the saying 'Problems make the bond stronger'?"

Liang Feng patted her head and gave her a warm and reassuring smile.

Yueying's heart was in disarray when this happened. She could only look at him with a flustered face, not knowing what to say.

"Now let's go or we'll be late."

Liang Feng grabbed her hand and dragged her out of the cafeteria.

School campus

Yueying was silent as she was being dragged. She looked at their entwined hands and smiled.

'What happens, happens. If problems arise, we'll cross the bridge together. He said to trust him, afterall.'

After hearing the words uttered by Liang Feng a few minutes ago and the smile he gave her, Yueying gave her trust to him then. But she did not know if she liked him or not. It was natural, they'd just known each other for a couple of days.

"Hey, look at that. Isn't that Jiang Yueying? Who is the guy she's with? So handsome!"

"Aren't she and Tai Shun a couple?"

"Rumors stated that there was a new transfer student. Maybe that's him."

As they were walking, students looked at them with curiosity. Yueying didn't mind them and just continued. She was with Liang Feng. If he was this good to her, why should she reject the chance of being with him?

Classroom

"But seriously though, what's your global ranking? I have to know!"

Yingyue puffed up her cheeks and pouted.

"You'll know when the time comes."

Liang Feng and Yueying was having a conversation while Huiyin was listening to music when the door suddenly flew open and their professor came in.

"Everyone, I'd like to introduce to you another transfer student. Please, and I really am requesting, that you MUST take good care of him."

Everyone witnessed the professor's excitement and they couldn't help but be curious as to who this student is.

They saw a person come in. His hair was blonde, wearing a v-neck gray sweatshirt with red stripes and white jeans. His face was comparable to Liang Feng. The only difference is the aura they emitted. Liang Feng was kingly and mysterious while he was cheerful and approachable.

"Oh my gosh! It's Sunshine! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

"Is this a dream?! Tell me this is a dream!"

"Dude, this is just too great! Damn, we'll win the university battle for sure!"

Everyone cheered and shouted in excitement. Some even squealed.

Meanwhile, Yueying and Huiyin had their jaws dropped while Liang Feng was as calm as ever.

Hao Tian skimmed the classroom and stopped when he saw Liang Feng.

He grinned and waved at him then called him

"Liang Feng!"

Everyone was speechless when they heard Hao Tian. They shifted their attention to Liang Feng, including Yingyue and Huiyin, with stupefied looks on their faces.

"EHHHHHHHH?!"
