Threatening The Peak Master

As Ava watched Leo wake up, a wave of relief washed over her. But as he turned to gaze at her, she noticed that his eyes had dimmed even more than before. Her sense of relief quickly gave way to an unexplainable sadness, as though she had just witnessed him losing even more of himself. Then she heard Peak Master Derek talk to Leo, and suddenly she saw Leo's whole aura change.

As Leo's aura changed, Ava's heart sank with fear. She watched in horror as he rose from the bed and strode across the room toward Peak Master Derek. It was as if he had transformed into a different person entirely. The sanity had vanished from his eyes, and his whole aura was now dark and sinister. The air in the room grew colder, and Ava shivered, realizing that this was nothing like her own cold aura when she released her ice Qi. Nor was it anything like the aura of a demon. No, this was more like the aura of a madman, consumed by a desire to destroy the world.

Ava stood frozen in place. She wanted to stop Leo, whatever he was about to do, but fear had rooted her to the spot. She turned her thoughts to action, but her body refused to obey. She could only watch in horror as Leo strode toward Peak Master Derek, whose face bore the mark of his smile.

Ava watched in horror as Leo leaned in close to Peak Master Derek's ear. Suddenly, she heard an eerie chuckle that made her blood run cold. Leo's voice was laced with small chuckles and a dark, sinister tone.

"I know guys like you," he said, "a fucker with a nice smile." His voice paused for a moment, followed by a long chuckle. "I know what lies beneath that smile. I've always enjoyed tearing that fucking smile apart," he continued.

As Leo spoke, his voice grew more menacing and crazed. The tone of his laughter became increasingly deranged, causing Ava to feel a creeping sense of terror.

"I'll enjoy tearing yours apart too," he snarled. "And when I'm finished, you'll regret ever showing me that smile."

Ava watched as Leo leaned back and faced Peak Master Derek with a big smile that didn't reach his eyes. She saw Peak Master Derek's smile vanish, and he started to circulate Qi, realizing he might kill Leo. Panic set in at the thought of losing Leo, and Ava broke free from her frozen state. She used her ice barrier technique to create a barrier between Leo and Peak Master Derek. Just in time, she managed to stop Peak Master Derek's wooden blade from stabbing Leo in the chest. Instead, the wooden blade met her ice barrier, which barely held.

Ava quickly tore the signal talisman that her master had given her, hoping that her master would come soon and stop this madness.

Allyson was in the midst of her cultivation in the Ice Peak Mystic Realm when she felt a sudden vibration from the talisman she had given to her disciple, Ava. Her mind raced, "Has something happened to Ava in the Mystic Forest where she was training?" She immediately stopped her cultivation and exited the Mystic Realm. Rushing towards the Ice Peak Mountain, she soon realized that the signal was not coming from the Mystic Forest, but from the sect's medicine hall.

The mere thought of someone daring enough to harm her disciple within the sect made her blood boil with anger. She headed straight to the medicine hall.

As she arrived, she was met with an eerie voice mixed with dry chuckles. "Now, you're really showing your true face, fucker," the voice said. She looked towards the source of the voice and saw a young boy standing between Derek and her disciple. The boy was facing the wooden blade that had been stabbed into the ice barrier, which appeared to be aimed at her disciple.

Allison noticed the pained expression on her disciple's face and became enraged. Without controlling her cultivation base, she released her power, knocking out both the boy and Derek's wooden blade. She then turned towards Derek and shouted, "Are you trying to harm my disciple? You've got some balls, Derek!"

As Ava saw her master's arrival, a wave of reassurance washed over her. However, her relief was short-lived as she soon heard her thunderous shout and felt the release of her cultivation base realm pressure. The force was so powerful that Leo was knocked out. Ava herself was struggling to withstand the immense pressure.

With a quivering voice, she pleaded, "Master, please stop."

Allyson was alarmed when she heard her disciple calling out to her. She quickly realized that she had lost control once again and stopped exerting her pressure. To her dismay, she saw that the boy, had been knocked out.

Derek, greeted her with his usual smile and tried to explain, "Allyson, this is a misunderstanding." But Allyson was not convinced. She confronted Derek, "What misunderstanding? I came here and saw you pointing a blade at my disciple."

Just then, her disciple spoke up, "Master, Peak Master Derek wasn't aiming at me. He was aiming to kill Leo." Allyson followed her disciple's gaze and saw the boy lying on the floor, still unconscious.

Allyson's confusion grew, and she knew she needed to hear the full story to understand the situation. She turned to her disciple, Ava, and commanded, "Tell me everything that happened from the beginning." As she looked at Derek, her killing intent spoke volumes, indicating that he'd better hope this was all a misunderstanding.

Ava explained how Leo had been sick and in a coma, plagued by nightmares. She recounted how they had brought him here and how the medicine elder had diagnosed him. She also mentioned that after Leo had woken up, he had been acting strangely and had threatened Peak Master Derek. She believed that he was still in a dream-like state and had not yet come to grips with reality.

Allyson addressed the still-frozen medicine elder with an authoritative tone, demanding, "Do you agree with my disciple's words? Was the boy's action the result of his still being asleep and unable to differentiate between his dreams and reality?" She saw the elder nodding in acceptance.

Turning her attention to Derek, she asked with a humiliating tone, "So, Derek, now you're killing sick young boys and disciples of our sect?" Derek denied the allegation with a face that said, 'Don't twist the truth; you know that's not what happened.' He claimed, "Allyson, I was simply trying to discipline the boy for disrespecting me." Allyson sneered, "By killing him?" She continued, "Are you going to drop this matter, or should we take it to the Elder Council?" Only to see Derek turn and say, "Allyson, there's no need to trouble the council with such a trivial matter. I'll take my leave."
