Blissfully Unaware

...

After a long day and night with all the drama all I want is to get home take a quick shower and it's straight to bed.

Not wanting to think about work for once today or the mess I've created with Emma and Elizabeth I try desperately to fall asleep for at least a couple of hours before I have to start the day again.

Next thing I know I'm sitting up resting my head drowsily on the headboard of my bed lost in thoughts about what just happened or is still happening with Liz.

Suddenly a slight movement catches my eye looking up there she is the Devil in the flesh or should I say an Angel in all its glory, standing wearing basically nothing... well a thin nightgown that covers the bare minimum right in front of my doorway.

The first thing I notice is her...

Well maybe not the very first thing I notice but close enough.

I notice her big beautiful eyes now a few shades darker by the looks of it then her delicious lips with a sinful smile then my sight travel all the way down to her tip toes and back up stopping dead center on her gorgeous face then down again to her hips.

When suddenly she walks over to the feet of my bed sits down and slowly very slowly starts crawling over to me stopping just in front of me placing one hand on either side of me.

Then just as quickly she grab a hold of my shirt and completely rips it off not that I'm complaining about it now either.

Reaching out to hold her by her waist to try and pull her closer so that I can kiss her temptingly beautiful lips and...

All of a sudden all I hold is air I jolt awake shaky and a sweaty mess but she's not there.

Mekhi instantly complains about not having her near us. But its to late for us try and see her she's under Emma's watchful eye.

"We are royally fucked aren't we?" Mekhi retorts abruptly

What do you mean?

How?

I ask still feeling daysed and confused from the sudden jolt.

"We last saw her not to long ago and boy your already losing it! Unless you've completely lost it and I'm not yet aware of it!"

Taking a deep breath I walk over to the balcony trying to catch my breath with some fresh air.

It's because of the Vampires!

I say to my self, I'm just over thinking about it because they're here and she's here and even if Natassia insists they have survived on animal blood alone I still can't help but worry about her being so near them.

If anything goes wrong...

What if anything happened to her I'd rather not think about it. Not since apparently I haven't even slept an hour and a half and I'm up pacing around the room.

I better try and get some sleep tomorrow is going to be another long ass day. Plus I've still got to deal with Emma's questioning about Elizabeth and our date last night.

The very next morning as breakfast is being prepared very exausted michael makes his way into the kitchen area in hopes that maybe a nice cup of hot coffee would help with the fatigue from this already very draining day.

...

Sitting down with my cup of coffee all hopes for a nice and quiet breakfast with the girls is blown out the god forsaken window.

Some how I've managed to forget that emma would be on the war path this morning all because Elisabeth was brought back home past the time she had expected her back from the dinner date last night. 

"What the hell was that all about Valeno?"

With no time to respond to her questioning she stomps her way in to the dinning room and plants her self in the seat right next to mine.

For Fucking sake I'll play along since I really don't think it is a good time to try and explain to her what Elizabeth means to me at the moment.

Still not holding direct eye contact knowing all to well that would be more harmful to her self than helpful. she might be upset about last night but I've got to admit she does know where to draw the line before being  disrespectful or completely challenging towards her alfa.

'Are You Challenging Me Emma Valeno?'

I abruptly stand glaring at her menacingly, making her believe I'm now indignantly fuming at her disrespect towards her alfa. I noticed emma hesitating for a micro second before adding a simple...

"She's not a toy Michael she's special I just don't want you to hurt her! If you just wanna mess around please just let her be..."

Before she can finish her sentence I cut her off.

I know emma she's not a toy and she's a sweet girl I'd like to get to know her better.

"But what about finding your mate?"

I'll deal with that as needed you don't have to worry about it.

"The pack needs their Luna Michael what then it's not fair to liz or to you mate?..."

Ok now I'm lossing control of this situation, Emma could possibly mess with Elizabeth head trying to do good for the pack she might just fuck things up more than needed.

What if she scares Elizabeth away from us. Mekhi starts freaking out for a micro second, regaining my senses I explain once more.

Em we are just getting to know each other its not like I'm marking the girl during breakfast.

(Mekhi: "But we so could! Then she wouldn't leave us!" )

And as ive said just now I'll deal with the mate issue as it progresses is that Ok!

"Please don't hurt her Michael she's..."

What kind of monster do you take me for Emma? I'm your brother you've known me your hole life!

"I didn't mean it like that mich it's just that... You've never taken any girl seriously and this attitude of yours all of a sudden, well it scares me."

I'm left speechless by her frankness and suddenly out of nowhere we hear...

"What Scares you Emma is everything ok did something happen?"

Emma responds instantly "Its nothing really!" With a week excuse for a smile plastered on her face.

Helping Elizabeth to her seat I turn to look at both girls as I take my place as well.

Actually we need to talk about some things after breakfast is done.

But First off! I would like to continue seeing Elizabeth if that's ok with both of you?

"Are you asking liz... To be your Girlfriend Michael?"
