Were The Vampires Fraud?

Asher and Rosie had a great time together. Hot cups of coffee in a warm, quiet coffee shop refreshed them both.

The group had a barbecue party later that night. They fully enjoyed the Victory together with Edward and his team.

In the morning, Jaxon went away somewhere without telling anyone.

"Breakfast's here". Ryan yelled to gather everyone on the breakfast table.

One by one, everyone gathered in Jaxon's majestic dining room.

"Ahh! This smell of waffles and crispy french toasts! I love it". Edward inhaled deeply.

Everyone sat on the table.

"Who prepared this fantastic breakfast?". Edda asked.

"I did". Asher entered the dining room, with a plate fried eggs placed on it. He still wore the apron.

"Wow!". William exclaimed. "You look quite handsome". he said.

"Oh C'mon!". Asher took off the apron and put it aside. He sat on the chair beside his brother.

"Where's Jaxon?". Edward enquired.

"He went to get your 33 Million Dollars". Josiah replied.

"And your return tickets as well. We hope you people come and set your Research Center's branch here. Transylvania still has lot of undiscovered wonders". Henry said.

"God-Willing". Edward smiled.

"Now let's start the breakfast. Or else it will lose its taste by getting cold". Michael lit the fire in the chimney.

"Yeah". William nodded.

Everyone prayed before starting the breakfast.

It was half past 12. Jaxon arrived. He had a black bag in his hand.

"Got REALLY late. I'm sorry". He apologized.

"It's okay". Edward showed sympathy.

"I got your tickets. Next flight to NYC leaves at 02:30 pm". Jaxon waved the tickets in front of their eyes and placed them on the table resting beside him.

"Thank you. We had a good time together. Even though I don't know exactly who you are, but I'll remember this trip forever". Edward smiled.

"We too, won't forget this exciting adventure". Josiah replied.

"Here's your money". Jaxon placed the bag which he was holding on the table. "Not even a single penny is less. You can count it for satisfaction".

"I trust you. No need for that". Edward said.

"Thanks". Jaxon was impressed by his compliment.

"What took you so long by the way?". Josiah asked Jaxon.

"I was trying to arrange a private jet for them but failed". Jaxon replied.

"Hey! You've already done enough for us. No need for more. We'll be unable to pay you back". Edward stopped him.

"I don't WANT you to pay me back". Jaxon raised his eyebrows. "I did it for myself as well".

"Hmm". Edward nodded.

"So, let's enjoy the last moments of you being here". Henry said to Edward. "Movie?". He switched on the TV.

"Sure".

Everyone settled down to watch a movie. They shared memorable time while watching the movie. "A horror movie became a comedy movie".

It was quite late at night now. The Delegation left. Jaxon, Josiah and Henry went away excusing themselves. The group minded their own business. William was upstairs, alone. Rest of the guys sat downstairs in the lounge at Asher's place.

"I'm BORED!". Michael sighed as he sat back on the couch.

Asher was eating peanuts while watching a TV show. He looked at Michael. "Aren't you enjoying this show?I actually love it".

"For your information Mr. Asher, It's in Romanian". Michael replied.

Asher raised his eyebrows as he found he was wrong. He looked at the TV and chuckled. "I'm sorry I just forgot". He stood up passing the bowl of peanuts to Rosie who was sitting next to her.

"I have something interesting". Ryan sat straight looking at his Mac.

"What?". Michael's eyes popped out as he heard INTERESTING.

"Let's talk to strangers". Ryan sat closer to Michael and placed the mac on the table in front of him.

"I had something more interesting". Asher was frustrated.

"Like what?". Michael looked up.

"A game of Parchisi". Asher said.

"What? No No No!". Ryan shook his head. "It's a bad idea. Talking to strangers is quite awesome".

"No it's not. You literally roast everyone on Omegle for no reason". Asher said. "The reason why you don't play Parchisi is because you don't win".

"Mmmm!". Michael smiled at Ryan with narrow eyed glance.

"Uh". Ryan rubbed his forehead. "Yeah! I don't know how to play Parchisi. That's truth".

"I'll prepare coffee. You need some?". Asher asked changing the topic.

"Nope". Ryan shook his head looking at the screen.

Asher turned off the TV and went into the kitchen.

Michael and Ryan got engrossed in the conversation. Rosie was feeling bored. She stood up and headed towards the kitchen. "Asher! I'll be upstairs with bro". Rosie said.

"Sure". Asher nodded. "I'll join you soon. We'll play Parchisi together".

"Nice idea! I'm waiting for the coffee". Rosie smiled. Asher gave a nod and chuckled.

William was standing in the balcony, smoking cigarette. The door opened, Rosie entered after a gentle knock. William turned back and swifty threw the cigarette away.

"I know you're smoking". Rosie told him.

"I-". William was interrupted by Rosie.

"Thinking about Ava?". She asked.

"How do you know?". William asked in amaze.

"You miss her. I know it". Rosie shrugged and brushed away the invisible dust from her brother's shoulder.

"I was thinking about all the time we spent together. Trip to Scotland, Switzerland, Mexico, Havana, and Dubai". William took his sister's hand and clutched her.

"Trip to Paris! You skipped it_ Intentionally I guess". Rosie laughed out loud.

"Why would I do that?". William enquired.

"Because we met a SQUIRREL over there which got into your shirt and tickled everywhere". Rosie replied.

"Hehe". William giggled. "What about you? The Australian Kangaroo which ran after you in the whole forest?".

"I remember_ Bad memory". Rosie chuckled. "We really had a great time together. Remember we went to the church on every Sunday together?".

"I do". William nodded. "I have high hopes with the Vampires. Ava cannot come back but there's still a chance for me to get Alexa back".

"Hmm". Rosie looked down.

William raised her face up by her chin and looked directly into his sister's eyes with a smile. "Rosie! Please take care of yourself. I cannot afford losing you after I've lost Mom & Dad, Ava and Alexa". He said. His eyes were now filled with tears. They slowly dripped down.

"Bro! I will". Rosie wiped the tears from her brother's cheeks. "Don't you cry".

"Don't you cry your sis has a weak heart". Asher entered the room with a tray in his hand on which three cups of coffee were placed..He had pressed the Parchisi Board under his arm.

"Asher!". William looked at him.

"What?". Asher closed the door by his foot. "Weren't you expecting me?". He asked.

"No! I_ did you heard our conversation?". William asked.

"I don't lie_ Yes I did, but a little bit". Asher giggled. "I'm sorry".

"It's okay." William smiled.

"Hmm". Asher nodded. "Rosie! Will you please pull this board from my arm?".

"Sure". Rosie obeyed.

Asher, William and Rosie had coffee together and a nice, interesting Parchisi game entertained them.

"I CAN'T BARE THIS ANYMORE". Josiah shouted in pain.

"Goodness!". Henry screamed.

"Just keep quiet for a while, idiots". Jaxon yelled from inside the room where they had kept Ethan.

"Jaxon, this is so painful". Josiah said.

"It's gonna end soon". Jaxon replied.

"Go and hunt for blood. It'll bring you satisfaction". Fletcher told them.

"We are unable to walk father!". Henry exclaimed.

"Then shut up". Fletcher said in anger. He was cleaning his blood covered hands with a tissue paper. "Your friend will come back to life until tomorrow morning". He said. "Tell him to meet me first".

"As you wish father". Josiah nodded. He was lying on the floor, sweating and taking long breathes.

"It would be better if you go and hunt for some blood". Fletcher seemed kind of concerned for Josiah and Henry's condition.

"Don't worry Father. I'll send Ray for this purpose. It's time to transform him into a Vampire too". Jaxon came out. He too was feeling the pain but was standing strong as compared to the others.

"Do you trust him?". Fletcher enquired.

"I do". Jaxon replied politely. "He is the one who helped me kill The Hawleys, He is the one who spilled the gasoline on the floors of the research center".

"Hmm". Fletcher nodded. "If you trust him, I have no objections Jax". He said.

"Thanks". Jaxon grinned.

"Jax!". Ethan shouted from inside.

"I'll go and see him". Jaxon turned to go.

"Wait". Fletcher stopped him. Jaxon looked at him curiously. "Promise me not to fall for the monsters' tricks again. I'm really angry at you people for your nonsense. A VAMPIRE never falls for anyone's dirty tricks. Keep that in mind". He said.

"Sure". Jaxon looked down.

"I'll curse ALL of you this time for your nonsense". Fletcher warned.

"We'll be careful". Josiah said in a shivering voice.

"No one in the Vampire world should know about his return except you people until you kill the monsters". Fletcher instructed.

"As you wish". Jaxon nodded.

"Hmm". Fletcher turned to go. He looked at Josiah and smiled. "Get him some blood or else he'll die". He said and went out of the cellar.

"Whoa!". Henry exclaimed in amaze. "I never saw him smiling before".

"He's excited for the return of his beloved son". Jaxon replied and took out his phone. "I'll call Asher to help Ray steal the blood bags".

"It's too late right now. I don't think you should call him". Henry raised himself using the wall as support.

"Point to be noted". Josiah agreed with him.

"Alright then. I'll go myself. You better keep a check on Ethan". Jaxon adjusted his clothes and went out.

"Wanna play hide & seek?". Josiah asked Henry.

02 DAYS LATER:

The group was having breakfast together. Everyone was eating quietly. Rosie was moving her fork around the plate in circles.

Ryan noticed her. He knew the reason as well so he sighed and dropped his fork. "THIS is beyond my understanding". he said moving everyone's attention.

"What?". Asher asked. "I swear I made the breakfast devotedly". He thought Ryan was talking about the breakfast.

"I'm talking about the Vampires". Ryan said.

"Oh yeah! They have vanished". Rosie agreed.

"And you're worried because of it". Ryan smirked.

"Ofcourse I am! I have been longing for my niece". Rosie shrugged. "I think they fooled us".

"And what do you mean by that?". Asher asked.

"They neither visited us nor had any contact". Rosie said.

"Maybe they're busy". Michael gave his opinion.

"I_ don't get good vibes". William dropped his fork.

"Hey! Don't panic! I don't agree with you. I totally don't". Asher tried to convince him. "Let's wait today. If they didn't contacted us till tomorrow morning, we'll go to the woods".

"Are you silly? Going to Hoia-Baciu is risky". Michael said.

"I don't care. I'll cut their throat if they tried to fool us". Asher replied.

"Let's see". Ryan picked his fork up. "Where does messing up with VAMPIRES take us to".

The whole day passed in waiting for the vampires. Michael and Rosie were in Ryan's room. "So I was telling you about a new horror game. It's like we are a girl who's crazy about gaming..". Michael talked to Rosie.

She was looking out of the window, rather worried. Michael was annoying her by his stupid talks. "Why would I care?". She interrupted him.

Michael stopped. "... It's a_ Rosie! What's got into you? Why are you so rude?". Michael went to her.

"I'm missing Alexa". Rosie looked into his eyes. "You are annoying me Michael. I came here to feel a bit peaceful but I think I was wrong". She was furious.

"I'm sorry". Michael looked down shamefully.

"There's no word from the Vampires. I'm so scared! What if they betrayed us?". Rosie suddenly bursted into tears. "Bro is quite worried as well. He was smoking last night!".

"Hey come on Rosie". Michael cupped her face. "Everything's gonna be alright. I don't think the Vampires will betray us. I REALLY don't. Don't make yourself too much stressful. Take it easy". He reassured her.

Rosie sighed. She moved to the bed and sat down. "I'm sorry. I didn't knew what I said a few minutes ago".

"It's okay! I didn't minded". Michael sat next to her.

"You're the most cool person I have known". Rosie looked into his eyes.

"Are you sure? I mean, am I more cooler than Asher?". Michael giggled. "But no! Asher's not cool, he's hot".

"Hey! Where did HE came from?". Rosie punched him in his belly.

"You don't have to hide anything from me Rosie! I know you like him and he likes you. You'll make a perfect couple not gonna lie". Michael said.

"Shut up". Rosie was blushing already.

"I see you! I see you blushing". Michael pulled her right cheek.

They heard a knock on the door. The door knob turned and Asher peeked in slowly. "Hey there!". He said in a low voice. "Can I come in?".

"Why are you asking for permission in your own house silly little guy". Michael stood up.

"There was a BEST FRIEND FOREVER moment going on, right?". Asher entered.

"Yeah". Michael nodded. "We didn't got ANY time to talk with each other properly since the day we came here".

"Hmm". Asher sat on the chair resting beside the study table. "I came here to ask whether anyone of you is interested to go to the market with me".

"Me!". Rosie raised her hand. Michael looked at her with a funny face. Rosie noticed him. "I mean.. I'm bored. It'll be an outing".

"No need for explanations dear". Michael leaned at Rosie and whispered in her ear. "Enjoy". He said.

He stood up straight. "I'm not interested at all. You both should go". He turned to leave the room.

"I AM A FOOL". Rosie stood up after Michael went out.

"You are a princess_ Crown less princess". Asher stood up as well.

"What?". Rosie asked.

"Nothing". Asher chuckled and took her hand. "Let's go". He winked with a smile.

At 6:00 in the evening, Jaxon and Josiah came to Asher's place.

"William?". Josiah called William standing in the lounge. "Is anyone there?".

William came running downstairs, followed by Ryan and Michael.

"Thank Goodness you people came". William gave a hug to Josiah and Jaxon.

"We know you had to wait for us but we had to go to Father with Ethan". Jaxon sat on the couch.

Meanwhile, Rosie and Asher entered the house. Asher's nose was bleeding. Rosie had wrapped her arm around Asher's biceps. She struggled to move him.

"What the hell?". Ryan ran at his brother. "Are you ALRIGHT?".

"I am. Don't worry." Asher replied.

"Help me Ryan". Rosie asked for assistance to take Asher to the lounge.

The Vampires examined him. "So, you are OVERPROTECTIVE Asher". Jaxon dressed his wounds with a smile on his face.

Rosie cleaned the blood from Asher's nose and applied some ointment on it.

"I AM". Asher replied.

"What do you mean? What happened?". William asked.

"Apperently, Asher messed up with a guy who tried to touch Rosie. He kicked him and punched him but himself too, got a bit injured." Jaxon told William.

"Whoa! Asher! Seriously?". William was surprised. "You did it for_ Rosie?". He continued.

"If Ryan or Michael were at my place, they would have done the same thing". Asher said.

"Nope.. I'm not as brave as you". Michael shook his head.

"Yeah! It's only you who can do this". Ryan agreed with Michael.

"Hey! this is not fair!". Rosie exclaimed.

Jaxon and Josiah chuckled.

"Rosie has a very bad point of view regarding us. Don't you think Jax?". Josiah said.

"No doubt". Jaxon nodded.

"What?". Rosie said.

"You thought we were fraud, You thought we betrayed you, You made a wrong image regarding us in all of these guys' minds". Josiah blamed.

"I didn't!". Rosie was frightened.

"You did". Josiah said.

"I had insecurities. That's all". Rosie looked down.

Josiah bursted into laughter. "Haha... I was just kidding girl. You better change your pov regarding us".

"I'm sorry to think so negatively". Rosie was embarrassed.

"It's okay". Jaxon reassured her. "The reason for being late is that we had to kill The Hawleys, put Ethan's powers back into him which was quite painful and meet father along with him.. As soon as we were free, we came here because we knew that you people are thinking wrong about us".

"Why didn't you brought him with you? I mean, I was eager to see your friend". Asher said.

"He'll come to see you tomorrow morning". Josiah replied.

"We'll wait". Michael said.
