The Party

It was now 11:40 in the night. The Vampires put the clocks on which Ray brought. It hid them completely. Rosie wore it too.

"VH506B is the passcode". Jaxon reminded. "Remember, there's no room for mistakes".

"Aye Aye". Henry nodded.

"It's Blustering". Ethan said. "We'll take the car I guess".

"Hmm". Jaxon looked out of the window. "Can we borrow your car, Asher?". He asked.

"Sure". Asher gave a nod. He was still moody.

"What about other cities?Are the Vampires ready?". Ethan enquired.

"Perfectly ready.. Anthony, Marcus, Matthew and Martin will be leading the Vampires in Oradea, Sinaia, Arad,and Sibiu". Jaxon replied.

"Fine". Ethan nodded. "Now let's go".

"Yeah". Josiah said. "Guys, wish us good luck".

"May God Help You". William wished.

"May you succeed". Ryan smiled.

"Wishing you Good Luck and waiting for Alexa!". Michael said.

"We'll bring her back". Ethan reassured. He turned to his friends and advanced his hand towards them. He hung it in air and said; "May God strike me dead if I lose".

Josiah, Jaxon, Henry and Ray put their hands on Ethan's and repeated. "May God strike me dead if I lose".

"Let's do it guys.. let's end up what started 75 years ago". Ethan put his other hand on the top of theirs.

"Live Long Ethan Wells". Jaxon smiled. "The Vampires who will go with us at the party don't know that you're back. None of them know. They'll be surprised to see you there".

"I'm eager to see them and meet them". Ethan said.

"Just a few more minutes". Josiah raised his eyebrows.

"Come on let's leave". Henry moved towards the door.

"I'll go first". Ray left.

"Rosie? You ready?". Ethan asked Rosie with a grin.

"I am". Rosie nodded.

"Let's go then". He extended his hand and Rosie grabbed it. Ethan looked at William. "She'll be alright".

"I trust you". William smiled.

"Okay guys! We're getting late". Josiah said impatiently.

"Goodbye, William". Ethan said for the last time and they left.

Michael, Ryan and William sat on the couch as they left. Asher went to close the door.

"Let's hope they win". Ryan said.

"If God permits, they will". William replied.

"Taking Rosie with him wasn't a right decision". Asher stormed in furiously. "I don't trust that guy".

"You trust him.. you're just_ Jealoused". Ryan replied.

"What?". Asher was surprised. "I'm jealoused? Of Whom?".

"Ethan! Who else?". Ryan said.

"Are you nuts?". Asher was quite angry. "Why would I be jealoused of him?".

"Because_". Ryan was about to reply but he stopped.

"SPEAK UP!!". Asher shouted.

"Hey Guys! What are both of you doing?". William interrupted.

"Ryan is blaming me". Asher complained.

"I'm not blaming. I just said what I saw". Ryan stood up. "Your anger shows that you're jealoused of him".

Asher stepped towards him. "MIND YOUR LANGUAGE". He slapped on Ryan's face.

"Oh My God, Asher! Are you crazy?". William pushed Asher away from Ryan.

Ryan stared at his brother with his palm on his cheek. Michael went closer to him and stroked his back. "Asher! You're insane". Michael commented.

"YES I AM! HOW DARE HE TALK TO HIS ELDER BROTHER LIKE THAT?". Asher replied.

"He was just giving his opinion.. and he's quite justified, you act weird when Ethan's around". William said to him.

"You too? You too think that I'm jealoused of Ethan?". Asher was surprised to hear from William.

"I don't.. I was just_". William was interrupted by Asher.

"I understand, I'm wrong. I'll be careful next time". Asher said and went towards the staircase.

"Asher, stop! You're taking it wrong". William tried to stop him. "Asher?".

Asher didn't stopped and went upstairs.

Ryan leaned back on the couch and covered his face with his hands. He started sobbing. "He slapped me.. I can't believe it". He cried.

Michael and William surrounded him. "It's okay.. he's not in a good mood these days Ryan, give him some space. He'll be alright". They reassured him.

"I didn't said anything wrong William! He has yelled at me several times now". Ryan hugged William like a little child.

"It's okay, Ryan. He's your elder brother! He CAN yell at you.. don't mind him". William rubbed Ryan's back.

"I'll bring some water". Michael went into the kitchen to fetch some water.

Jaxon was driving towards the woodland. Josiah sat next to him. Ethan, Henry and Rosie sat behind.

"We'll guard you until we enter the lawn". Henry said to Ethan. "You and Rosie shall stay at the back. We'll walk in first".

"Thank you Henry". Ethan thanked with a nod.

"Ricardo Flemming is hosting the party.. he's good friends with the Hawleys. I'm eager to see his reaction when Ray tells him that they're dead". Jaxon said excitingly, shaking his body on the seat.

"Hey Hey!The Car is skidding, you idiot". Josiah grabbed Jaxon's arm so that he stops shaking his body.

"Let it be noted that the werewolves shouldn't get any chance". Henry said.

"What?". Ethan asked.

"I killed at least 1000 of them while I walked into the woodland to see you Ethan. They have also increased by number".

"They'll be my next target". Ethan said.

"Excited to rip them off". Josiah grinned.

"You people are so ruthless". Rosie commented.

Henry and Ethan turned their faces to Rosie. Josiah looked back to her.

"Ruthless? Us?". Josiah was surprised.

"Yeah". Rosie nodded.

"We're not ruthless Rosie.. I mean, not more then them. We never turn back from our words. If there were Werewolves or Monsters at our place and they had captured Mark as a Vampire, they would have killed him even though they had promised him to let him go first". Ethan explained. "So, what do you think? Who's more Ruthless?".

"Th_Them". Rosie replied.

"Yeah". Ethan smiled at her and then turned to look out of the window.

No one talked during rest of the ride.

Jaxon stopped the car near the forest.

"Alright". Rosie sighed as they got out of the car. "Coming to Hoia-Baciu at midnight! This is insane". She chuckled.

"Don't worry_ Ethan Wells is with you". Jaxon said to her.

"I know". Rosie smiled looking at Ethan.

"Let's go Let's go! We have to reach there on time". Josiah said hurriedly, as he locked the car.

"The shortest way to reach there is by crossing the forest". Jaxon told Ethan.

"Hmm". Ethan gave a nod. "Speed up guys".He said and looked at Rosie. "You'll ride my back".

"What?". Rosie was surprised.

"We will run at the speed of light, Rosie.. do whatever he says". Jaxon told Rosie.

"How am I gonna do it?". Rosie asked.

Without uttering anything from his mouth, Ethan turned his back to Rosie, wrapped her hands around his neck from the back and lifted her up grabbing the back of her knees.

"Wrap your legs around my waist". Ethan told.

Rosie did as directed.

"Oh God!". Josiah blushed.

"Stop looking! It's already too embarrassing". Rosie said.

Ethan ran at a high speed. Rosie closed her eyes, her arms tightening around Ethan's neck. All she heard was Ethan's breath and all she could see was darkness.

Ethan stopped. "We're here.. You can come down now, Rosie". He said.

Rosie opened her eyes, they were still in the forest but at the end, she saw some lights.

"We'll walk from here". Jaxon took a long breath.

"How was the ride?". Josiah asked Rosie with a chuckle.

"Josiah!". Ethan giggled.

"What?". Josiah shrugged. "Just asking a simple question!".

"It was great". Rosie replied.

"Wow! Hope you enjoyed". Josiah said.

"Hurry up". Jaxon looked at his wrist watch. "A few minutes are left".

"We'll let them do the fireworks". Ethan said.

"Sure". Jaxon nodded.

"Let's kill them". Josiah rubbed his palms together.

At the entrance, there was a crowd. Ray was standing on the front in the queue. He looked at Ethan and recognized him. He winked and turned to the gaurds to tell them the passcode.

Henry and Josiah walked at the front of Ethan and Rosie while Jaxon walked behind them.

Josiah told the passcode to the gaurds with a pure Romanian accent and they entered the lawn.

"Easier then I thought". Henry whispered.

Ray walked past them. "Ooh! Ricardo! Hey!". He shouted at a man standing at the center of the lawn, aged approximately 45. He had signaled the Vampires that he was going to Ricardo.

The Vampires looked at the lawn carefully and counted the entrances. One way led towards the forest. "That way is dangerous.. pay good attention to it.. make sure no one escapes from there. Signal the army to enter from that way". Ethan instructed.

"Okay". Jaxon nodded and went aside to make a phone call.

Ricardo welcomed Ray delightedly. "Look who's here!". He said.

"Hi there, Ricardo". Ray hugged him tightly.

"Wanted to see The Hawleys too". Ricardo said. "I didn't saw them for like_ a few months.. last time I talked to them, they were busy with some delegation from America".

"The delegation team came here on a plan. They burnt their whole life's earnings.. the police is looking for them. They'll be caught soon". Ray told lies.

"Are you sure they didn't went back to America?". Ricardo asked.

"Yes! They didn't went out of Romania yet". Ray nodded. "I'm after them".

"Hmm". Ricardo nodded.

"It's 12:00 am... Friday's here! The day when Ethan Wells' death was confirmed! The day of victory has arrived". Someone yelled as the clock chimed 12:00.

Everyone shouted in joy. The gates were closed now and someone lit the fireworks. After 10 minutes, when the fireworks went off, Ricardo addressed the party.

"Thank you for being here everyone.. I wanted The Hawleys to be here but they are going through grief these days. We celebrate the death of Ethan Wells every year. But today is something special. It's the Diamond Jubilee of our victory today. Well, we weren't able to kill Fletcher Jones but we killed him half when Ethan died..". He said.

A woman joined Ricardo. She had a girl with her as well.

"Alexa!". Rosie said in a slow voice.

"Katy". Ethan clenched his jaws as he saw the woman_ his sister .

Jaxon looked at Ethan. Ethan nodded at him and he moved towards Ricardo.

"Enjoy the victory fellas". Ricardo said with a smile.

"I_". Ray cleared his throat. "I wanted to add something more..".

"Yes? What is it?". Ricardo asked.

"I wanted to tell you people that_ the Hawleys, are_ DEAD". Ray said loudly.

"What?". Ricardo and the crowd was astonished to hear this.

"What are you saying?". Ricardo said.

"Truth". Ray replied.

"Who killed them? How will you prove this?". Someone asked from the crowd.

"Jaxon Heffley". Ray replied.

"Who?". Ricardo asked. "SAY IT AGAIN ".

"JAXON HEFFLEY_ YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE". Jaxon shouted as he took off his clock and revealed himself in front of everyone.

Everyone was shocked to see him.

"You?". Ricardo said.

"Me". Jaxon replied. "The Majestic creation of Fletcher Jones. And let me tell you something interesting Ricardo.. Ethan Wells is alive".

"What!". Ricardo was astounded.

"ETHAN WELLS". Ethan took off his clock. His teeth were now long and eyes were evil and red. He was now a completely different thing, He had transformed into a Vampire. So did Ray, Jaxon and Henry. Ricardo stood surprised and frightened.

"Ethan!". Katy said as she saw her brother.

"How_ Ray!". Ricardo figured out that Ray was the imposter. But before he can do anything, Jaxon jumped on Ricardo.

"ATTACK. Josiah shouted and took his clock off.

The Vampires broke in and the lawn turned into a battlefield now. Ethan killed all the Monsters that came near him.

"ETHAN WELLS IS BACK!". A Vampire shouted in excitement.

"Kill them all!". Ethan ordered.

"We are attacked by The Vampires!". A Monster screamed, roaming through the crowd.

"Katy! Run! Don't let anyone hurt Alexa". Ricardo instructed his wife as he fought with Jaxon.

Katy obeyed and ran along with Alexa.

"Ethan! She's running away with Alexa". Rosie grabbed Ethan from his shoulder while he was fighting a Monster. Ethan looked at Katy, she was running towards the gate which led to the forest.

"Hurry up! Come with me". Ethan grabbed Rosie's hand tightly and walked through the enemy lines, killing everyone which came near him.

"KATY". Ethan shouted as he and Rosie followed her in the forest.

Katy looked back. "Come on my princess! Run!". Katy said to Alexa and increased her speed.

Ethan ran faster and stopped in front of Katy. "You can't run anymore now, Bitch". He smirked.

Katy looked back, Rosie walked towards her. She didn't knew who it was because Rosie's face was hidden.

"What do you want?". She asked Ethan desperately.

"A fight.. A fight which would kill you". Ethan replied, clenching his fists. He was moving slowly towards Katy.

"How are you alive again?". Katy said. "Did Fletcher fooled us?".

"Kind of". Ethan gave a nod. "Is this your daughter, Katy?". He looked at Alexa.

"Yes". Katy nodded. "My own".

"As far as I remember, you didn't had children and it's been 75 years now! She looks like.. 10 years old". Ethan predicted.

"She's MY daughter". Katy said possessively.

"Don't lie on my face, Katy". Ethan giggled tauntingly.

"This isn't your concern.. You wanna fight? Come to me then". Katy pushed Alexa away. "Run my dear.. or else they'll kill you". She said to her.

Alexa started running into the forest.

"Rosie! Get her! I'll be there when I finish her". Ethan shouted at Rosie.

Rosie obeyed and ran behind Alexa.

"Alexa! Run!". Katy said again.

Ethan's eyes became red and his teeth grew out. He jumped at Katy who had now transformed into a Monster.

Rosie ran behind Alexa. She called her name and tried to stop her but Alexa was quite scared, she kept on running until she was tired enough. She fell on the ground.

"Oh My God! Alexa". Rosie fell on her knees and took Alexa's head in her lap. She took off the mask from her face. "Alexa? My Dear? Open your eyes it's me.. Rosie". She said in a low voice and caressed her cheeks. "Alexa?".

"Aunt Rosie?". Alexa slowly opened her eyes. "Is this you?".

"Yes! It's me!". Rosie nodded, smiling at Alexa.

"I missed you". Alexa said.

"Me too". Rosie kissed on her cheek.

"Mother Katy!". Alexa sat up. "That devil will kill her.. Come with me we'll save her". She moved a bit when Rosie grabbed her.

"Your Mother Katy is a Monster, Alexa". Rosie said.

"What?". Alexa was scared.

"Yes! She is not a good woman. She kills innocent people and kidnaps the children". Rosie told her.

"Kidnap? But she was good to me". Alexa looked down. "She sang me to sleep just like Mom and you did".

"She was good to YOU, but not to other people". Rosie replied. She stood up and brushed the invisible dust from her clothes . "Come on let's go.. Daddy's waiting for you at home". She took Alexa's finger and turned back to the way which led to Ethan. But to her surprise, there was a werewolf standing at a distance.

Rosie's eyes widened. She was scared. The werewolf walked slowly towards her. "Well Well.. you're the same girl I met some days ago.. The one who was fighting with her husband in the forest". He said.

Rosie recognized him. He was the same werewolf who met her and Asher in the forest when they were going to meet Ethan.

"Who? Me?". Rosie asked strategically. She had decided to pretend she wasn't the same girl.

"Oh Come on! You can't do this.. you remember me very well". The werewolf chuckled. "Where's your silly husband by the way? Did you people fought again and he left you here? Stuck in the forest?".

"What are you talking about?". Rosie said.

"You'll not understand because they were all lies.. you are friends with Jaxon and Josiah.. My suspicion was correct". The werewolf became serious.

Rosie swallowed, she hid Alexa behind her. "I thought you died".

"Oh no! And please! Don't hide her from me.. I have already met her at Ricardo's place. No doubt something wild is going on in Jaxon's mind these days". The werewolf said.

"OMG!". Rosie whispered. "Ethan! I need you". She talked to herself.

"Get ready to die you bitch". The werewolf ran at Rosie.

Ethan punched Katy for the last time. She was lying dead cold on the ground now.

"You deserved it Katy.. you killed my Mother, you're the reason for all the pain I went through, you played with my emotions". Ethan stood talking to her dead body. "You deserved to die...".

Ethan heard what Rosie said. He looked around, panicked. "I'm coming Rosie". He said loudly and ran.

"You can't hurt me". Rosie said to the werewolf.

"How come? I can tear you in pieces". The werewolf replied.

"You can't.. try it". Rosie challenged him and clenched the necklace she was wearing in her neck. The werewolf caught the sight of it. "What the_ What is that necklace doing here?". He was surprised.

"Caught in chaos?". Rosie smirked.

"That_ That necklace.. Oh My God!". The werewolf didn't knew what to do. "That belongs to Fletcher's wife".

"What? Scared already?Come and kill me". Rosie said to him.

"I_". The werewolf stopped. "I will see you some other time young lady".

"No No No Derek.. today's your death". Ethan stood behind him.

The Werewolf turned back. "Jesus Christ! Ethan Wells!". He was more surprised now.

"Surprised to see me?". Ethan smirked.

"How are you_". The werewolf was quite confused now.

"Alive? I never died". Ethan replied. "Come on Derek! Wouldn't you welcome your old enemy after so long?".

"Ethan you were dead!". Derek exclaimed.

"I wasn't". Ethan crossed his hands behind his back. "I was cursed and now, the curse is over and what to mention, I've already invaded your partners in the game of blood". He was talking about the Monsters. "Let's play a game.. you fight me, I fight you. And at the last, I kill you.. Happy Death Day Derek". Ethan jumped on the Werewolf and tore him in pieces. Rosie covered Alexa's eyes so that she couldn't see the blood game.

Ethan gasped and stood up straight, killing the Werewolf. He turned away for a minute because he was sobbing.

After he was back to normal, He went to Rosie and Alexa. "Are you okay?". Ethan asked, caressing Rosie's cheek.

"I am alright.. Thank you Ethan". Rosie said and hugged Ethan tightly.

"You're welcome Rosie". Ethan closed his eyes.

After a few seconds, Rosie pulled herself back. "Meet Alexa, Ethan". She smiled. "Alexa! This is Ethan".

"Hi". Alexa grinned at Ethan. Her chubby cheeks caught Ethan's attention. "Come here you cutie pie". Ethan sat on his knees and kissed on Alexa's cheeks again and again. He lifted her up.

"I'm 10! I can walk". Alexa said.

"Don't worry. Your Uncle Ethan is so strong.. he even lifted your Aunt Rosie up for 13 Kilometers". Ethan chuckled.

"Really?". Alexa was surprised.

"Yeah.. Let's go back to the Vampires.. the battle isn't over yet". Ethan said to Rosie and grabbed her hand.

"Let's go". Rosie nodded.
