"Wheel, it's happening isn't it?"
Alan raised his head to the skies, watching cosmic and demiurgic power embroil within the heavens.
Taking in a deep breath, he unfurled his wings and clenched his fists tightly, however the moment he was about to zoom out of Earth's atmosphere a voice resounded behind him, which made him falter for a moment.
"And what exactly are you planning on achieving by going there?.."
Turning around, he took a deep breath and faced her, Death of the endless, his master.
"I-I don't know.."
Alan stammered, before he sighed deeply. Even he didn't know why he was so obsessed with not wanting Samael to fall to the darker path even though he knew it was foreordained.
"Let me tell you what's going to happen when you get there. You're going to get in his way, and the host of Heaven will finally find out what you really are. Of course, you might be able to fight off one of two of the messenger angels, but against an archangel, you'll lose. Even I will lose.."
Death's words resounded deep within Alan's heart.
"I just don't want him to face it alone. How can I call myself a good friend of I allow him to continue with this madness just for a promise he made to me.. how can I be so selfish?"
He sat on a small rock with his head in his hands as he confessed.
"I saw how you saved the human from the angel's assault, despite the fact that he was the very reason your friend got banished to the chaoplasm. In all of my existence, I've never seen a being so foolish yet so pure like you, Alan.."
She placed a hand on his shoulder, while Alan sighed once more.
"I'm sure he knows it too, and that's why he wants to do this on his own. He doesn't want to expose you to the horrors of this multiverse. He wants you to remain as you are, even to the point where he'd pay the ultimate price."
She raised her head to the sky, as a sorrowful gleam flashed within her eyes.
"I sometimes really envy you, Alan. To have a bond so strong that he's even willing to give up his position as an arch Angel just to fulfill a promise to you."
She spoke, patted his shoulder and then stood up.
"Think carefully about what I said, Alan."
Death then disappeared in a swirl of inky black flames, as Alan sat, contemplating her words.

Meanwhile, the silver city, Heaven, the home of angels and holiness, was in shambles, destitute of the calm and righteous aura it normally held.
Corpses upon corpses of angelic beings and spirits were sprawled around with the blood from their bodies gathering together to form one massive golden pool of blood.
*BOOM!*
Within the void, four injured figures battled, with every clash, sending tremors so intense that the foundations of the multiverse shook. Every attack split reality in lower dimensions, as demiurgic power spilled across the void along with golden blood.
*BOOM!*
A figure was hurled through the expanse of darkness by a beam of holy light that caused more parts of his nearly destroyed armor to fall off.
"Brother! If you stop this now, I can plead to father for his forgiveness on your behalf! Do not do something you will regret!!"
A black haired six winged armored and injured figure wiped the golden blood from his nose and glared towards the golden winged figure in the distance.
"If you think Fayehr will forgive me for what I have done then you are as foolish as always!! It's too late for you to back down now! I warned you from the beginning didn't I!"
Looking towards the three other figures who had arrived beside Gabriel, Samael flashed a bloody grin, as the grip on his now chipped blade tightened.
"Even if father does indeed forgive you, I will not forgive you for shedding the blood of so many of our brethren, you monster!!"
Michael spat out the blood from his mouth and grabbed onto his flaming sword, while murderously glaring at Samael.
"Hehehe. I'm counting on that brother!"
Samael laughed out and began to stir a demonic flame within his body. The next moment, the void shook, as his body began to grow larger and larger shattering his armor. In about a few moments, the Samael they knew was gone and in his stead was the encompassing figure of a mighty dragon. It's pure red serpentine figure overshadowed multiple universes. On its head was a large flaming crown. It's claws and fangs sharp enough to rip through the fabric of reality.
"Behold, the power of Envy, of the Seven sins!!"
A hoarse voice resounded from the dragon, before it opened its mouth and spewed a beam of black flames that instantly swallowed a universe and erased it in an instant.
The four archangels who were still alive, amongst the seven, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel, watched this transformation in amazement.
"Charge!!!"
Michael's blazing wrath reflected through the blazing flames on his blade. He immediately took the lead, as his brothers followed behind.
Being the first to attack, Michael slashed out his blade, sending a wave of fiery demiurgic power that erased everything it came into contact with.
Meanwhile, Gabriel blowed the horn in his hand, sending out an immense wave of multiple dynamic frequencies of sound waves, that shook all of creation. Raphael of healing and justice, grabbed a staff and slammed it within the void, sending out a beam of holy light that clashed with Samael's devil flames, while Uriel, the flame bearer waved his sword, sending out a massive explosion of demiurgic power, akin to billions of exploding supernovas, that burned reality itself.
*BOOOOOOM!*
The massive dragon was hurled into the darkness, as it let out a painful wail.
"Brother, our attacks are futile! Samael with the power of the seven sins is too powerful!"
Raphael slammed his staff into the void and spoke in desperation, seeing as the dragon was unharmed by the combined attack.
I refuse to believ that we cannot take him down!!This is our chance! Go!!"
Micheal roared out and the archangels moved out, preparing world ending attacks once more.
Stretching out his hand, Michael summoned a massive amount of chaotic demiurgic power from within his body which coalesced into a massive sun above him.
"BOOOM!*
The massive sun blasted towards the dragon, and exploded, however, before it could wreak the intended havoc, an immense and gluttural force of absorption spread out from within the body of the dragon.
Immediately, all that power was swallowed by the huge dragon.
"Behold the power of the sin of Gluttony!!"
*BOOOM!*
The dragon then re summoned the same attack that it had absorbed and sent it crashing towards the saint.
Gabriel and Michael immediately disappeared from their position, but Uriel and Raphael weren't so lucky. They were instantly swallowed by the attack at a point blank range and decimated within the catastrophic waves of power.
"Brothers!!"
Michael roared out in sorrow, watching the bodies of his two brothers be utterly ravaged by the energies, along with nearly half of the multiverse.
"You monster!!!"
Gabriel raged and lashed out in anger, bringing his horn to his lips, and ready to use all of his power.
"This is the price to pay for your meddling, brother!"
"Halt!"
Samael spoke, as a demonic authority began oozing out of every fibre of his being. The next moment, reality itself came to a crawl with a mere order from him, and Gabriel who was preparing to attack, was frozen along with the multiverse.
"No!!!!"
Michael was the only one unharmed by the sudden surge of the demonic energy and as he rushed out to his brother's aid, Samael struck with the power of Wrath.
*BANG!*
Slashing out his huge draconic arm with all of his strength, ripping through a part of the void in the process.
After sending out that multiverse destroying attack, he immediately reverted to his original form and collapsed to his knees.
Laughing out, he summoned his blade and moved towards Michael who had collapsed to his knees, near the only thing that remained of his brother Gabriel, the horn.
