Revenge and Escape into the shadow realm

After using the power of the ox, Alex used levitation to move some stuff around; when he used astral projection, Alex watched as his body fell forward and smashed his face on the ground. "Fuck, that's going to hurt," Alex thought as he moved his astral body and returned to his body. "Oh, it hurts," Alex says, feeling the scratches on his face. Alex used healing on them. After having a little fun, Alex makes his way out of Shendu's palace. To see the other demon sorcerers making their way here. Seeing Hsi Wu, Alex gets angry and thinks about what he'll do to him. So Alex stayed there and waited for them to arrive. When they came, Dai Gui was the first to speak.

"Where's Shendu?" he arrogantly asked me.

"You call me an insect with that thing here," Alex says, pointing at Tso Lan, the moon demon, and getting a pointed look from him as Tso Lan used his power over gravity to lift me up. (Image of Tso Lan here.)

"Wait, he is the one who cut my wing. Watch out for his dagger!" Hsi Wu warns his siblings.

"Shut up, you worm; only you would be afraid of him." Bai Tzu yells at and curses at her brother.

They soon start arguing with each other over who gets me. When Alex had enough of them, he pulled out his dagger and started chanting a chi spell, and using the levitation, he flew out of Tso Lan's control and shot two heat beams at Dai Gui and Tchang Zu, knocking them flying. He then flew at Tso Lan and swiped down at him, managing to cut off one of his arms close to his chest—leaving him screeching in pain.

"What is Shendu's power doing with you?" Po Kong yells out.

"That's right, you bastards, I killed and absorbed his power." Alex braggingly turns to Hsi Wu. "You killed my grandfather." Get ready for payback," Alex tells him, knowing what I'm going to do to him and using two powers at once, rushing at him, chanting a chi spell, getting behind him. Alex cuts off Hsi Wu's wings, making the sky demon the master of the sky, a helpless demon whose siblings will torture him for Alex, all because he'll be the weakest and powerless to stop them. "Never forget it was Liu's grandson, Alex, who crippled you." After untying the knot in his heart, Alex used combustion around him, sending up clouds of dust to cover his retreat, turning invisible, and following the others paths.

That's when things didn't go according to plan. When Alex arrived at the meeting point, all he saw were the broken bodies of all the humans. Kneeling down and seeing the people who trusted him to help them dead The same as Grandpa Liu,Alex cries with anger, knowing their deaths are his fault. Alex starts blasting a hole in the ground, making a mass grave. Cursing at the demons, Alex squares to trap them here forever, wasting away. Alex gets up and flies to Po Kong Cave.

Looking at the rift guarded by demons made from deformed humans and other atrocities made by sorcery and magic, Alex tries using more than two powers at once, but he can't lose control and fall to the ground. This makes Alex realize he needs more practice to use more than two powers at a time, so instead, he feels out the power of the shadow khan and summons dozens of them to start killing everything here. As he goes to the rift, a few creatures rush and slash at Alex, cutting his arms. stepping back and using Ninja Khan as a shield, taking a moment to heal, then making his way through all of them using speed and strength, killing most of them. While the rest of them are killed by the shadow khan, Alex goes over to the rift and starts preparing the spell to open it and seal it after he goes through.

"Stop!!" Alex heard someone yell, so he turned around and saw the demon sorcerers rushing to stop him. Turning back and having everything ready, Alex turns and yells at them. "Have fun rotting here forever, you bastards!" he tells them before entering the portal and leaving the nether realm.

Looking at the sealed rift, the demon sorcerers start arguing and blaming each other for this happening. All the while, Hsi Wu is back at Shendu's palace, planning to hide from his sibling, knowing how they'll treat him now. He's now depressed and getting ready to leave before they return, having to jump and run instead of flying, cursing Alex as he did so.

After getting out of the portal, Alex looks at the dark, cold shadow realm before him. Remembering everything here about it, he gets to work. (Read the Shadow Realm Auxiliary chapter.)

Setting out, Alex used his power on the Oni essence in himself and had it lead him to its other half. Looking around, Alex can spot some bigger demon snakes than the ones in the nether realm. After walking for a while, Alex feels the tug on the essence strengthen, so he turns invisible and cautiously makes his way closer to a flat area, where he sees different kinds of shadow khan patrolling an old-style Japanese war camp. Alex sees the same ninja-khan that he can summon along with samurai and what can be described as a mantis shadow khan. Watching for a few hours, he sees three Oni, and when he sees one summon more ninja khan, he tracks him. Alex also tracks the blue Oni that can summon the samurai khan. Seeing the other two oni obey him tells me he's strong and looks like the samurai Khan I wanted them to be.

Waiting for them to go to sleep, Alex snakes into their camp invisibly, and flying in close to his first target, he pulls out his dagger and cuts a hole in the tent. seeing the bare-bones interior and a simple futon on the ground with the oni sleeping on it. I open the absorption potion and use it before I sneak next to him and chant the Japanese chi spell "Nukeru He Men Ja'aku." With his strength, he grabs the oni's mouth, closes it, and stabs him in the heart. The oni tried to fight back, but his strength faded. I felt my control over the Ninja Khan solidify. Thinking he could sneak out unnoticed, the ground started shaking, and Alex heard a loud voice yell out, "Rairakku has been murdered; find who did it and kill them!" Alex quickly rushes out of the tent, only to realize he's surrounded by samurai and mantis khan, along with two very angry oni looking at me.

"How dare you kill Rairakku?" the blue oni tells me. " I'll use your flesh as an offering to Tarakudo."

Thinking quickly, Alex started summoning Ninja Khan to distract them and rushed the mantis-looking Oni, picking him up and throwing him as far as he could.

"What?" the blue oni said with shock before rushing Alex and swinging down his sword on him.

Alex pulled out his dagger and strengthened it (my self-made 2nd effect of the ox talisman), using it to block the strike but getting pushed back twenty feet.

"You have good skills for a human," he tells me. "What is the name of the one who is facing me, Ikazuki?"

"I'm Alex. Now get ready to die as well," I tell him as I shoot out my heat beams at him, sending him flying. After a moment, Alex pores out another portion of the absorption potion and runs after Ikazuki, using telekinesis. Alex holds him in place, and before he knows what happened, Alex runs him through with his dagger chanting. "Nukeru He Men Ja'aku" to clean his essence of demon chi. Alex gets the same feeling as before and feels the link he has with the samurai khan. As before, the ground starts shaking, but this time it is louder.

"Ikazuki!!" the voice yells, shaking the realm and releasing pressure on Alex, with the remaining shadow khan dispersed, leaving him alone as a rift opens in front of him, and a giant floating oni head emerges, glaring at Alex with bloodshot eyes. "You dare kill my generals and steal their power!" he yells out as Alex recognizes him as Tarakudo, the king here.

"Why not? You demons killed humans; why can't we kill you, oh great oni king Terakudo?" Alex mocks him with a bow to him."But are you really a king when you only have nine subjects?"

Enraged by my comments, Tarakudo attacks as Alex starts chanting both Chinese and Japanese chi spells and sending out a green energy blade from his dagger at him. Tarakudo shoots out a telekinetic shock wave at Alex. Both of their attacks hit each other, sending them flying. When Alex gets up, Tarakudo is still recovering, so Alex turns invisible and runs away, as he can't kill an oni in spirit form.

After getting away, Alex used healing and rejuvenation to get in top shape before finding a place to rest, and from now on, Alex needs to find a way out or be hunted by Tarakudo forever.
