Chapter 13

Zander was having a huge problem keeping track of everything that was going on in the pack. It was evident that someone was trying to harm them. That fire, those rogues that weren't normal, and, after the poisoned arrow that hit Faolán, there was no doubt. And at least one clue they had: a witch was behind it. The question was: why?

Faolán was still sick, but now he'd been stabilized. Hannibal had obtained a potion to weaken the effects of the poison, giving the Alpha time to fight to survive. However, with the lack of his mate's presence, everything became more difficult. Zander intended to talk to her in the morning, however, one more fire outbreak near the pack was seen and he needed to help take care of it.
