Mina: "What about the meal I served in your food bag?"

Adams: "Oh dear, My co-workers won't allow me to eat it in peace, since they tested your meal once, they come at me everyday for the meal. They enjoyed eating your meal."

Mina: "They don't have wives to prepare a meal for them?"

Adams: "Not only him both her. Everyone enjoyed eating your meal both married and unmarried and both genders."

Mina: "Awww. So my meals taste that great?"

Adams: "That is why I don't enjoy eating anywhere except your meal."

Mina: "I'm touched by all your high sense of humor, your sympathy in the heart, and I'm grateful of all of you."

Adams stiffly moved to the kitchen with Mina as she sublimenly sailed away to the chest of the kitchen cabinets to serve the meal. She offered him a spoon full of fried rice to his mouth and he hummed "hmmm. Yummy..." She serve a full plate of the fried rice and the two chicken breast and the thigh in a sever dish, he ravenously picked a chicken thigh and gobbled.... "Wow! Delicious!" He said and Anxiously want to sit down and ingest the meal as they relocate back to the sitting room. He sat on the floor leg folded on swari-waza posture and start gobbling the food at his foreground as she went to get him water and juice from the fridge.

He eat with his hand scraping the plate into his mouth and sucking his fingers. Mina laughed at his anxiousness and scold him to be easy on it. Played a trick on him in jest as she served the juice in the cup in her affably tone... "Hello hyperphagia. You eat like you've not eaten all your life."

Adams: "Where are my little soldiers?"

Mina: "Who are they?"

Adams: "There are only two little soldiers in this house?"

Mina: "Oh! They are sleeping. Now you remember them after filling up."

Adams: "The eyes sees nothing and the mind remember void when the body is in the state of ravenous, and only food can brings it back to normal and all it need to keep it safe."

Mina: "Hmmm! I see.... Now do you enjoy your meal?"

Adams: "Yummy and delicious... I enjoyed it and I need more. What about the nanny? Have you spoken to your mom about it? I was unable to Speak with Mom about it yet due to my schedule."

Mina: "Yeah, we've spoken and a lady is coming tomorrow for perusal and hoping she make the right person."

Adams: "Okay then, that is great."

Mina: "How was your day at work? Have you met the client and how does it went?"

Adams: "Great.. It went on the plan. I want to arrange the contract documents and the signatory list to finalize the deal."

Mina: "Great. I wish y'all the very best."

Adams: "Thank you dear. In my lovely moustache, in my first man on Earth, good-humor, in greatness and sober, in my bravest moment and cowardness, my strengths and weaknesses, on my legs stands and broken knees, in my heroic man, in my lungs breathing and breathless sigh, I wouldn't humme but show my regular handsomeness within. In my flashing eyes I pulled up and parked at the shopping mall to get some of these stuffs for you, and I some girls came to me and requested for my number. Could you imagine these days women are trying to be asking men out for a date? This generation has gotten it all wild." Eyes wide as he spoke

Mina listen to him with all attention and jealously asked "did you gave them the number?"

Adams: "No! Why would I do such?" Eyebrows folded

Mina: "Some ladies have lost it. All they oft for is to bunched up their garbages looking for where to drop it under their number one guard priority, because they got no more clue about where to fall to so they go for married men. They don't know how I took care of you to look this good and handsome."

Adams laughed and said "Why are you taking it serious? Calm down it is nothing serious. I love you and no one dare take a chance in the heart you possessed."

Mina: "You men are the only nightmare and the same joy piled up in one body that hound us women. Ugh! I believe in love and you made me to, but dare not laugh at me when I am jealous. You seriously don't know how annoying it seemed." She irritably said.

Adams: "I don't even know why I brought the gist about these ladies up. I got nothing to do with such type of women, and I hope you trust me."

Mina: "Ugh! Trust men and got buried alive. But I trust you though."

Adams: "Okay it's enough, let change the topic. I will run up to you always as white as sheet in truth, but believe it or not; just know that you are covered in safety by this man of yours."

Mina: "Undress yourself for shower let me check the kids." And she left for the next room.

Adams: "I will seat down awhile to have my rest before bathing. I'm exhausted right now." With a yawning and body stretching as he relocate from the floor to the couch. He took the remote control and change the channel and he heard Mina saying from a room away "When you are ready please call me let me bath you."

Adams jokingly: "Oh yeah! I'm ready right now. I never felt so ready like now."

Mina: "I'm only kidding you, why should I bath a grown man like you?"

Adams: "How were you doing that before now?"

Mina sarcastically: "Well is not going to happen today, you have to recruit those girls you met in the Mall to be bathing you from now on."

Adams irritably: "I've never felt so sick in my life. What is this?"

Mina bursted into laughter and said "I thought you were laughing when I sounded jealous. You sounded like I was insecured and you don't know how irritable it was."

Adams departedly: "Please pass me the confectionery in the shopping bag, I need some chocolate right now."

Mina defiantly: "You want to deviate from the conversation. You can not cut me to a bit we better continue with the continue with the conversation. Answer me!" As she returned to the sitting room with the confectionery box.

Adams: "Your phone is ringing go and get it."

Mina teasingly: "Yes, I can hear the ringing, but answer me before I will pick the call."

Adams running gag into the room where the phone is and picked the call... "Hello..."

"Hello, good evening sir." The person replied in a male voice

Adams raspingly: "Who?!"

The person: "my name is Aliyu, I'm Mina's cousin from Kano and my Mom want to greet you guys. We heard that you people have begotten a new baby." In his ruff English.

Adams patiently: "Oh, Yeah. How are you doing? Please Let me speak with your mom."

Aliyu: "Okay sir. Take Mom, it's her husband."

Adams in his best polite manner: "Hello ma, good evening ma."

"Adamu, how are you doing and my daughter?" The Aliyu Mom responded excitedly

Adams: "We are doing fine, thank you. How is everything going with you?"

Aliyu Mom: "Alhamdulillah. Congratulations, I heard that your wife delivered a baby boy. May Allah bless you and your family. May He be suffice you and your family. Weldon."

Adams: "Amin! Amin! Amin. Thank you, bless you too ma. Mina is here."

Aliyu Mom: "Okay. Thank you, it is nice hearing from you."

Adams to Mina: "Thank you ma. Take, it's your aunt from Kano.." And passed the phone to Mina.

Mina: "Good evening Mama."

Aliyu mom: "Amina... How are you? Is been a while. How have you been doing?"

Mina: "I'm doing great ma. How's everyone?

Aliyu mom: "Everything going well, glory be to Allah.... Congratulations oooo... I heard you've given birth to baby boy and I decided to call to felicitate with you. Hope everything is going well?"

Mina: "Alhamdulillah. Glory be to God. Thank you ma, may Allah reward you abundantly."

Aliyu mom: "Thank you. Take care of yourselves."

Mina: "Thank you ma. My regards to everyone."

Aliyu mom: "In Sha Allah. Bye..."

Mina: "Bye ma. Good night and have a peaceful night rest."

Aliyu mom: "Same to you."

Mina dropped the call and Trisha wokes up hungrily.
