My New Home, All World Goods & Return to the Empire

About a Week after meeting Fuyuhiko's dad along with meeting the old man Issei once more I was currently with Kneesocks as we were looking upon the Manor before us along with the realtor.

3.768 Billion Yen(Roughly 26 Million USD) was the cost of this Manor that fit within its own personal estate land area with its own outer walls guarding the perimeter along with automatic gate at the front entrance.

It was a modern styled Manor with hints of the old fashion style such as a koi fish pond and gazebo on the Estate grounds while also having a private pool and open area for people to relax outside for large parties.

Around 10 bedrooms, a Master Bedroom & Bathroom, Upstairs and Downstairs living rooms, A Large Dining Room, a Master Chef's level Kitchen, a Study and a open room that will be used as my Manga Studio as well as a basement that while empty I can modify with magic to expand the overall area itself.

It was very beautiful for its design and I was happy to get it.

"That's settled, we will take it." I say to the realtor before we shake on it and make it our own.

The rest of the day was focused on moving my things to my new home before it was finally done.

"This is a most suitable place for us to live at when we're here in your world Hifumi." Kneesocks said as she adjusted her glasses as we relaxed after all the moving was finished.

"You said it, and besides since it's my property I can making the overall place larger without anyone being the wiser with the help of my magic after all." It's very Convenient to say the least though I will miss my old apartment but it was about time I moved on.

'Though how am I going to tell my parents how I could afford this place is the question?' For now they don't know and have left me to my own devices after all.

But meeting that old man makes me feel that my Dad at least will contact me sometime in the near future about the past that I can't quite remember.

"But now with us all settled in here, how is the Progress on getting the property for the store?" I say as I looked at Kneesocks who was now back on her laptop as she went over the information on the property she found.

"I found a defunct shopping center in Shibuya that is up for grabs, original owner got sent to jail for tax evasion while not keeping the shopping center up to standard code resulting in a foreclosure of the property before being taken back by the government, but it seems they have no plans to do anything with it and are willing to sell it off for 10 Billion Yen after I did some negotiations with them to drop the price from an original 15." She says readjusting her glasses at the same time.

10 billion yen = 68.736 Million dollars while compared to 15 Billion Yen = 103.085 Million dollars so I saved almost 40 million dollars thanks to her which is great, though money won't really be an issue as this won't be the only store as others will begin to open across the world soon enough.

"Well unlike my other stores I can't just snap my fingers and make them on the spot, we will need to get Homunculuses to manually work on refurbishing the Shopping Center from scratch." I tell her before giving her authority to take Homuncluses from her world to the one here to begin work on it soon enough.

"I understand, it will probably take a month or two of work to get it all ready before the actual grand opening." She said as she did the math in her head.

While Scanty is more of the leader type Kneesocks is better when it comes to logistics and where people and things should go properly and out of the two she is the better one for Secretary material.

"Well that's all settled, is there anything I'm forgetting?" I mutter to myself as there wasn't really that much to do between now and the holidays and those aren't much in of themselves after all.

I mean there was the Halloween Festival at Hopes Peak and the one at my Middle School but both of those are kinda bland in my opinion, maybe I'll be more interested in it by for next years one where we actually make the choices as to what our class will do.

Really only my Birthday and Christmas will have anything going on at least where everyone can be there like Stocking, Scanty, Kneesocks, Mikan and Saki….

'Man that is going to be such a pain…. All I can hope for is that they all get along with eachother.' I think to myself, although Saki has yet to become one of my Girlfriends as she is currently busy writing her story with the help of Sei as she has been busy going around getting ideas so I haven't talked to her in awhile.

But I believe Mikan has a good relationship with her, or at least they don't dislike each other at all that is from what I can tell.

'But I definitely am forgetting something…..'

'I think your forgetting about a certain ice girl that you have left waiting for your return for over 12 years now.' Suddenly I hear Shinigami chime in on my thoughts.

'…. Oh yeah I forgot about Esdeath, I mean it's been a few months for me in this world plus nearly two years in Stockings home world that it just…. Slipped my mind….' I admitted to forget about her as well when I last dealt with her she was only 7-8 years old so she's like 19 or 20 years old by now.

Now I feel someone would say something like, You have Photographic Memory, how could you forget anything at all?

And my response to that would be along the lines of, I never forgot her but I didn't realize going to her world was what I was forgetting to do, I would have eventually remembered but Shinigami sped that up.

"Well I know what I'm doing next, I have to set up another store in a friends world that I haven't visited in awhile." I say getting up and stretching as I turned to look over at Kneesocks who was still typing away on her laptop.

"That's fine, I still have plenty of other things I need to set up in the meantime anyway." She said without looking at me as she kept typing up detailed plans she wants the Homunculi to do while remaking the Shopping center.

I just shake my head before going off and walking towards the nearest door and heading off to the world of Akame Ga Kill.

"….. He's back….." a voluptuous young woman with flowing blue hair said as she sensed a familiar presence appear within the range of her Overwhelmingly powerful Observation Haki.

"Fufufufu….. I won't let you leave this time Hi~Fu~Mi….." She said in a seductive sounding away but what Tiny Tarrasque saw was terrifying from the look she was giving as he curled up in a ball in the corner of her room.

If anyone could hear his thoughts it would be asking for his true master to return as this woman Absolutely terrifies him to his very core.

But his prayers would be answered soon enough but how much damage that would be caused when they reunite would be hard to say.

Without anyone realizing it the Capital was in great Danger when they both meet each other once more….
