Sleeping Habits
Lately, she felt there was a change in her body and habits. She gets tired quickly and feels hungry more often. Every time she looks at the mattress, her eyes immediately feel heavy.
She believes this reaction because she rarely does physical exercise, like when she was still actively training in X Team basecamp. Since getting married, she rarely goes there, and she never exercises at home anymore. Mel thinks about making another training plan for herself. She couldn't let her body become weak like now.
After she changed her clothes to a comfortable sleep gown, she closed her eyes on the bed. In no time, she was already in her deep sleep.
After a few hours...
Mel woke up by the timer she set before going to sleep. She glanced at her watch. It was 6 PM now. She immediately rushed to the bathroom to clean up herself. After only a few minutes in the bathroom, she went to the walking closet and chose a light gray knee-length dress.
