Take Over Jaden

It's been almost 30 minutes since Edward and Axelle did not find the whereabouts of Jaden, who seemed to disappear.

(Notification Tones)

Axelle immediately checked the message notification that had just entered his cellphone.

He could see that Michael had given a message about where Daniel was.

"Woe," Axelle whispered suddenly when he saw the message he had just seen.

"What's wrong, Axelle? Why are you surprised like that? Is there any new information regarding Jaden?"

Axelle took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down first, before finally saying the worry he was feeling right now.

" Daniel is in Jenni's gallery. Do you think they met or—"

Axelle hung up on his sentence and stared at each other as if their thoughts were intertwined with each other.

"Jaden! / Jaden!" Edward and Axelle screamed at the same time.

Instantly the two immediately ran to the gallery where Jenni was.

Both of them panicked because so far as they could remember, Jenni wasn't really ready to face Daniel again.

They don't want Jenni, who is not ready to face Daniel, just to meet Daniel.

Both Edward's and Axelle's hearts were beating fast as they realized something they had almost forgotten.

Daniel is there!

Edward and Axelle had just entered the gallery. Axelle's two eyes immediately found Jaden, who was in Daniel's arms with a face full of joy.

"Edward, it looks like we were right. Jaden is now in his arms. You can see for yourself that the boy looks cheerful in his arms. How is it?" asked Axelle, who was already panicking this time, unable to think about what to do with Daniel, who wasn't in their plan.

"I'll tell you what, what if I go there first to take Jaden, and you come to divert Daniel? You were told to come here by your brother, right?" Edward whispered, who in the end chose to sacrifice himself as a shield this time.

Axelle thought for a moment and soon nodded his head in agreement with Edward's words.

There is no other way!

That's what Axelle thinks right now.

After that, Edward slightly tidied his clothes and approached where Jaden and Daniel were.

"Jaden, gosh, I was looking for you. I thought you disappeared," Edward whispered, who was now right beside Daniel.

Daniel and Jaden immediately turned to Edward in unison.

"Ah, uncle ... I'm sorry, I forgot to tell uncle," said Jaden with a very guilty look on his face.

"Wait… didn't you—"

Daniel hung his sentence as he looked at Edward, who he was sure he knew.

"Ah, Daniel, what are you doing here?" Edward asked, who immediately chimed in.

One thing Edward was afraid of was if Jaden mentioned his mother's name.

That was all he was afraid of right now!

"I'm looking at the paintings here. It turns out that the gallery here has beautiful pictures with the meaning of paintings that seem to give a story from the beginning of the first painting to the fifth painting," said Daniel, who sounded mature. Don't bring up the old story openly to Edward.

Edward nodded his head slowly, agreeing with Daniel's words.

"Jaden, let's eat first. I don't want your Mommy to comment on me if I haven't fed you," Edward said, trying to get away from Daniel.

"Oh, you haven't eaten yet? What if I'm the only one who treats? Besides, I also thank Jaden for accompanying me here, "Daniel said sincerely.

Edward, of course, felt uncomfortable with it. The longer he met and talked, the more possibilities could happen, right?

That was in Edward's mind. It was different with Jaden, who had jumped with joy.

Oh, come on, Jaden is pleased to be around Daniel as if the figure that previously wasn't in his life is now being replaced by Daniel.

Suddenly, Daniel's cell phone rang.

"Hello, Daniel."

"Ah, yes, what's wrong, Axelle?" Daniel asked Axelle, who was on the other end of the phone.

Jaden, who heard his uncle's name, who was none other than Jenni's friend, of course, felt familiar with the name mentioned.

While Daniel was busy with his phone, of course Edward used the opportunity to take Jaden from Daniel's arms.

"Bro looks like next time, you can contact me later," Edward said politely when Jaden was already in his arms.

"Okay, I'll call later," said Daniel, who couldn't help and cant refuse Edward's words.

"Let's go, Jaden," Edward said cheerfully, while Jaden seemed to be pursing his lips while giving Daniel a wave.

Really, he didn't want to part with Daniel.

Edward quickly stepped out. He didn't want to linger for long, feeling the tightness of the fast heartbeat around Daniel.

'Good grief! Why am I like someone who is running away because I made a mistake?' Edward whispered in his mind after successfully exiting the gallery.

"Uncle, why is uncle half running and looking back several times? Is someone chasing you?" Jaden asked Edward.

Edward quickly said that he indeed wasn't being chased by anyone. It was just that he was looking for Axelle's whereabouts.

Jaden nodded his head in approval of Edward's words.

"Did uncle part with uncle Axelle looking for me?" Jaden asked, who was very quick to conclude the situation.

"Yep, of course we split up to find you quickly. Next time you don't be like that, we panicked that we didn't find you near us," Edward said, straightening and giving advice to Jaden.

Jaden apologized again, as well as promised Edward that he would not repeat the same mistake.

"Okay, what do you want to eat now?"

Jaden looked thoughtful, but after he calmly Jaden said that Edward should choose lunch for him today.

'Fortunately, I was able to get out of the circle.'

"Bro," whispered Axelle, who had now come to Daniel, who was still in the gallery.

"Ah, you really came. I thought Michael was just talking," said Daniel, quite surprised by the presence of Axelle, who was actually in France to meet him.

" Michael ordered me to accompany you while here, so I can't refuse the message," said Axelle trying to be as relaxed as possible.

Daniel chuckled at Axelle.

"Next time you tell your brother not to make me like a child who still needs to be watched, I'm fine," Daniel said to Axelle.

Just a grin that Axelle gave Daniel.

'Almost everything fell apart.'
