Good News

Daniel, who had woken up from his sleep, slowly opened the curtains in the hotel to wake his two favorites.

"Morning baby, Morning Jen," Daniel whispered when he saw Jenni and Jaden blinking their eyes slowly.

"Let's have breakfast, daddy and the others are waiting downstairs to have breakfast together," Daniel said casually while kissing Jaden and Jenni's forehead naturally. '

Oh come on, Daniel forgets that his and Jenni's status isn't clear yet!

Jenni who was half conscious only blinked her eyes slowly.

'Thank God Jenni didn't notice!' screamed Daniel when he realized he was being too aggressive.

Jaden was like a child asking for attention and immediately opened his arms wide as if asking his father to carry him.

"Apparently my baby boy is spoiled too," laughed Daniel as he welcomed Jaden's hand.

Honestly, he was happy to find his son who without hesitation showed his attitude like that because then he felt that was able have memories of the last few years with him could be slowly replaced.

He wanted to have the most important moment in Jaden's life.

"Baby, why are you being so spoiled?" Jenni whispered, realizing that her son seemed to have just drifted off to sleep in Daniel's arms.

Daniel laughed again.

"It's okay Jen, I like him, it looks like he's still sleepy."

Jenni twirled her eyes lazily.

"Don't spoil him too much, Niel, he's a boy," said Jenni who was a little annoyed with Daniel who had a different opinion from her.

Not wanting to argue any longer, Daniel, who was still holding Jaden, immediately took the three-year-old boy to the bathroom.

'It seems my son knows how to win his Daddy's heart.' Jenni's monologue in mind.

"Daddy, will Daddy come back leaving me and Mommy?" Jaden asked suddenly as he stared intently at his father.

His eyes looked serious at his question this time as if he was saying that he didn't want to part again. He felt the bond between Jaden and Daniel was very big and meaningful to him.

"Why do you ask like that baby?"

Jaden shrugged his shoulders lightly. He seemed confused about where to start with Daniel.

"Would you like to come with Daddy?" asked Daniel, which was beyond his expectations.

Jaden blinked his eyes. He didn't understand the meaning of the sentence that Daniel had just asked him.

Daniel is not separating himself and Jenni is he?

It was things like that that haunted him.

"Daddy will be honest with you, and you better digest it well," said Daniel, who was no less serious than the three-year-old boy in front of him.

Jaden enthusiastically nodded his head. He felt that his father was currently having a special discussion with him.

"I came here to work, and the time I can spend here is a maximum of two weeks from my arrival here, so it seems I only have a week to spare with you here, but before Daddy returns to Daddy's home country, Daddy will ask your Mommy to come back with me, and of course, you're in it."

For a moment Jaden seemed to be thinking hard and digesting the words that Daniel had just conveyed.

"You mean Daddy you're taking us back to Daddy's?"

"Bingo! You're a genius," Daniel said proudly to his son who immediately caught the gist of their conversation.

Jaden was silent again and tried to think about the place where he had lived so far.

"If Jaden agrees with Daddy's proposal, can we play here sometimes and stay at the apartment Jaden and Mommy used to live in?" Jaden asked, a little melancholy for his age.

Daniel frowned. He had just realized that his son had such a sensitive side.

It wasn't long before Daniel told Jaden that no one would stop him if he wanted to return to play or travel to France which is where his son was born because after all, that country has its meaning for his son and Jenni.

"Is that so?" Jaden asked, starting to get excited again.

A nod of Daniel's head gave Jaden.

The corners of Jaden's lips seemed perfectly drawn. He liked what Daniel had just said.

"Let's go take a shower, Daddy," said Jaden who sounded so enthusiastic.

Jenni still lazily seated herself properly while taking a deep breath.

Slowly she sighed.

'Looks like I have to keep my promise to Daniel who said that I would give him a chance, and start over again like a blank sheet that hasn't been written anything yet.' Jenni's monologue convinced her.

Jenni started to get up from the bed in the room and walked towards the bathroom where Daniel took Jaden there.

Jenni could hear laughter and jokes from outside the bathroom door faintly.

'Jaden does need a father figure.'

Without realizing it, the clear liquid that she didn't want to be fell down her cheeks. She was happy to hear the happy laughter of her son and Daniel, and again she also felt guilty separating the two.

'Sorry ... I'm sorry it took some time to think and convinced myself to turn over a new leaf.'

Hearing a sound that she knew very well came from the ringing tone of her phone, of course, made her reflexively look for the source of the sound.

"Hello Ferly, what's wrong? Why are you calling me so early? Was there a problem in the gallery while I was leaving the gallery with you?" Jenni asked at length.

Surprisingly, Ferly gave an answer beyond her expectations.

"Really? You're not entertaining me or anything, are you?" Jenni asked again enthusiastically.

"There's no way I could lie to you, Miss," said Ferly on the other end of the phone, passionately.

"Okay, I'll come this afternoon, tell her it's an honor if she wants to come to my little gallery," Jenni said to Ferly.

Ferly of course agreed with his boss's words.

Shortly after that Jenni turned off her phone.

"Jen?" softly Daniel who found Jenni busy smiling and several times seemed to be hugging herself.

Jenni who was too excited without realizing it immediately ran to hug Daniel. She really couldn't control her happiness when she got a call from Ferly.

'Ugh, looks like Jenni just got some good news.'

'Ah, Mommy and Daddy look good together, if it's like this won't Daddy's plan go well?'
