Solus looked so appalled at his revelation that the laughter bubbled up again, such a strange sensation. It spilled forth and increased the more indignant he appeared.

"I'm glad you find my pastimes so entertaining," he said with a scowl.

"I don't." She laughed again. "Sorry. I'm not sure why I find it so amusing, especially since I only understand one of your two hobbies. I know cooking is to prepare food, but I am not sure what gardening entails. My definition is to care for growing vegetation, however, I've never seen any, so I am not sure what that means."
