Chapter seven: The school's nightmare

I held my books tightly, walking to my locker....
"Hi Bella", a super excited voice called, then Mia jumped in front of me.
"I've been looking for you", she pouted.
"Have i done anything wrong?", I asked...
"No! Um, can I walk with you please? Nobody wants to walk with me", she replied with an unhappy tone.
Why would nobody walk with her? She's cute.
"Yeah, sure..", i replied, she beamed, her emerald eyes, glistening, then her face fell as i saw a frightened look on her...
"What's wrong?", I asked her....she whimpered and stood behind me, hiding her face from God knows what.
"Oh i see, the weirdo got tangled up with the newbie", a over the top with makeup, body hug black, v-neck blouse, with cleavage showing and bum short dressed girl said, she flipped her golden blonde hair to the side as she approached me with two other porcelain dolls, following suit.
Like they even allow that kind of dressing in school? They look like sluts.
"It takes a weirdo to follow a weirdo", one of the two other girls said, she had brown hair and brown eyes.
"She's not a weirdo", Mia said meekly, from behind me...
"Shut it sweetheart!", the one with honey blonde hair and brown eyes with specks of green, snapped.
"I am not a weirdo, and neither is she", My voice was stern as i stared deep into the sky blue eyes of the blondie even if she wasn't the one that said it, she seemed to be their leader.
She let out a snort, then laughed at my remark.
"Oh, pardon me....speak for yourself, now tell me how that f*cking red hair and glowing green eyes are normal", she scoffed, pointing at Mia.
"Well, believe it sweetheart", I replied.
"What's your name?", she asked, smirking.
"Bella", i said curtly.
"Eww, sucks to be you", she scrunched her face in disgust.... Huh?!
"But then, my favorite T.V show is Bella and the bulldogs", she smiled, just as it came, the smile faded, leaving a smirk...."My dog's name's Bella...finish the puzzle".
The other girls bursted out laughing...what's funny?!
"See you around, bulldog", the blondie said, pushing me out of the way, she and the two giggly girls left...I fell to the ground, with my books scattering everywhere.
Ugh! These are the kind of girls Ashley would call 'BITCHES!!'
I went on my knees, trying to put my books together...
"Sorry, Bella", Mia said in a tiny voice as she also crouched to help me.
Just as i was about to pick the last book, i felt someone's boot crush my phalanges....
What the heck?
Looking up, i saw the scary girl from detention room, she seemed oblivious to what she had done as she just kept on pressing her phone and her other boot came upon my hand, she walked past.
Are you kidding me? Owww!
"Hey!", i snapped, standing up as i called out to her, Mia draped her hand over my mouth, muting me.
"Shh, she's trouble", she said, frightened.
Shoot me!
Come on! She just stepped on my hand like it was nothing....she knew i was down there, she did that on purpose.
I saw the way, other students made way for her to pass or ran away when they saw her coming.
Is she really that scary?!
And the 'bitches' just keep coming.
"She's Raven, the most terrifying person i know and the school's nightmare", Mia said in a low voice, almost whispering to me...."try not to get on her bad side". I rolled my eyes...
"And those girls earlier...", she started again...."Courtney, Chloe and Claudia, the C3 Divas, that's their group name, they're the queens of Hogworths High, Courtney's the blondie and leader, Chloe's the honey blonde and second in command, while Claudia is the brunette and third in command".
I scoffed, then let out a scornful laughter..."they call themselves C3 Divas?! Sucks to be them".

At the cafeteria.....
I held my tray of food, about to meet with Mia who was waving frantically from her seat. Someone walked briskly, brushing shoulders with me, almost knocking me down, but instead my tray bent and its content fell....
"Out of my way bulldog", the blondie said, looking back at me with a pout..
You.....!
The hall became quiet as everyone focused their attention on me...great!
I was about to pick up the remnant of my lunch, even if it's just the cup of smoothie....
Sitting right in front of me, was a pissed off looking girl, and the reason was because my plate of pasta, landed peacefully on her clothes and the smoothie spilled on her hair, dripping down to her body.
Those black and green tips looked familiar but i dare not think about who i just pissed off....
Who am I kidding....i agree i know...
RAVEN!! Uh-oh!
Her dull gray eyes, pierced right through mine as i felt my heart beat increase...it was as if i could see fire sparks in her eyes....
"I - I - i'm sorry", i managed to stutter as she stood up slowly, clenching her fist at her sides, she glared at me and before i knew it, my hair was yanked backwards, it happened so fast that my neck barely snapped.
"Ow, ow...i said i'm sorry, it was an accident...ow, you're hurting my neck!", I yelped...
The hall became noisy once more as the students were murmuring amongst themselves...no one was gonna help me? Ow! Bunch of chicken sh*ts!
Suddenly, she released the grip on my hair and i was relieved, but then, she snatched a plate of pasta from a student and turned all the contents on my hair...
Some students bursted out laughing and Courtney was one of them, she seemed to be enjoying the show, as i watched her from where i stood....she was the cause.... That B-I-T-C-H!
"You look like sh*t, bulldog", she yelled out and the laughter increased.
Raven threw the plastic plate beside me, then walked away, heading towards Courtney....the laughter subsided....
THWACK!
She landed a hot serving slap on Courtney's cheek....the latter squealed in pain.
"You find that funny, slut-face?", Raven asked, it was the first time i was hearing her voice, it was authoritative and intimidating.
"I-i- wasn't laughing at you, i was clearly mocking the pathetic freak", Courtney replied, massaging her cheek..
Even she, was afraid of Raven?! Gawwd! Who the hell is this Raven?
She deserved the slap though... Bitch!!
I swore!! Ashley, you're a bad influence.
I dashed out of the cafeteria, before Raven would return and pounce on me. I had to get the food out of my hair.

I stood, glued to my locker as i held my chemistry textbook to my bosom.
Chemistry class was coming right up.
My hair stuck annoyingly to my face as it was all wet coz i washed off the pasta, eyes were fixed on me, i wondered if they didn't have anything important to do....
Haven't they seen a girl with damp hair before?
Too engrossed in my thoughts, i didn't notice Mia walk up to me...
"I'm so sorry...", a childish voice said in a really sad tone as if she was the cause of the incident. I was startled out of my thoughts as i looked up at her sad emerald eyes.
"It's fine Mia, you don't have to be sad for me", i smiled.
"I have to....we're one now yunno, your problems are mine, if you're hurt, i'm also hurt", she muttered, with her head hanging low, timidly.
Aww that's so sweet. She's so cute
"What i mean is....you're my new best friend", she chirped as she whipped her head back up, to look me in the face, she smiled.
Wow, she's just so innocent, we just met few hours ago.
I returned the smile and she grabbed me into a hug.
"This feels so good", she squealed, then took out her phone and took a selfie of us.
"The newest besties", she said as she tip tapped on her phone..."hashtag Miella, or hashtag Bia", she was gonna post in on her blog.
High pitched screams were heard as i shot my head to the direction it was coming from....
"Its the A4!!", a girl screamed and their screams increased....
The demon king and the rest of his crew walked in, the girls in the locker room were giggling and cooing their names...
UGH!! GIRLS!!
Mia grabbed my arm, and i noticed her hand was shaking...
"Are you alright?", i asked...
"I - I - i'm totally f-f-fine", she stuttered, looking at the boys direction also, wait! was she blushing?!
Don't tell me she's.....
"He's so handsome", she squealed..
Okay...she's one of 'em...those girls, drooling over those 'feeling on top of the world' dudes!!
I stared at their direction again and stuck out my tongue in disgust...I mean all i could see was four brats, feeling at the top of everybody, snubbing and pushing any - no! every person out of their way as they walked. I wondered who Mia was drooling over...Demon king? Naughty guy? Lucas or Carlos?
"Carrrrllossss....we'll get married". She slurred and i got my answer...
What the hell?! CARLOS?!
He looked like a typical meanie and professional snub, cause his face was always glued to the screen of his phone...not that i know him, but the few hours i was with him, he never took his eyes off his phone, he didn't even notice i was in detention with him, even now, he was focused on his phone while walking, I pray he bump into a really hard wall. Sheesh! He was worse than demon king.
"You like carlos?", i asked her with a scoff.
"Yeah...he's just so handsome and his hair is really cool", she replied, placing her palms on both sides of her cheeks.
"Am I the only one who find them obnoxious and annoying?", I thought out loud.
"I love obnoxious people, they're hot", she replied, smiling and waving frantically at the boys....
"Hey...hey, put your hand down, you're being ridiculous", i grabbed her hand and stopped her from waving...
"Ooh...new girl, were you trying to gain my attention?" A voice asked and I looked up at the being as he approached me...it was naughty guy...JERRY.

"No!", i replied curtly.
"You were waving at me", he smiled, then sized me up with his eyes..."whoa! You really wanted my attention yunno, i forgot to tell you that seeing girls with wet hair, turns me on", he said...
Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
Everyone's attention was back on me...I barely missed the rage in some of the girls eyes.
"Um...I...I...I..", I stuttered, short of words...
"She's the twerp who ruined me at the cafeteria", another voice interrupted, Raven came in view... Mia retreated to my back.
"Oh...i heard what you did new girl, that was hot", Jerry winked at me....
Raven smacked the back of his head.
"Oww, easy on the hair, girl", he massaged his head and went back to his crew...."later, new girl".
After one last glare at me, Raven walked away, heading to the boys...
WAIT!! Did she just jump on the demon king's back?
"No piggy ride....no hair brush", she said, rumpling his hair..."you know, its hidden somewhere you can't find it", she giggled....she really giggled?!
"You're evil", the demon king (Aiden) said, helping her to his back properly... "One round of piggy ride and then you hand over the brush...you don't expect me to walk about with a messy hair...c'mon".
"Don't worry, you look hot with it", she pouted...
Okay....they're together, i get it, the demon king and the scary witch, lovers.
Nobody seemed to pay attention to their little 'lovers show', i was the only one watching them....awkward!
I diverted my attention back to my locker and sighed...I dunno, but i felt a pit growing in my stomach....
"Let's go to the chemistry lab", I told Mia.
