Teacher Su Su
With a curious glance, she reached out and touched it.
As soon as she made contact with the hairpin, Su Su felt a familiar presence wash over her. It was as if Jian Yu had returned to her, if only for a moment. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to feel the warmth of his presence, remembering the way he used to make her feel.
"Jian Yu..."
Cutting through a rift she followed where the hairpin pointed to. With her strength already at the highest level, she was able to control space and possibly time. Just like that, she instantly traveled lightyears away from planet to planet as she followed the only clue she had. Even she was surprised by how the hairpin was behaving.
"That is!?" She looked below her.
It was a young man. His eyes were filled with determination. Su Su gasped in disbelief as she recognized the young man standing there. It was Jian Yu, but younger and more vibrant than she had ever seen him before.
Just as she intended on approaching, she paused and looked in the sky. Someone else was arriving here?
A new rift opened and a graceful figure came out. The woman was ethereal, her movements fluid and graceful as she floated towards Su Su. She wore a flowing red gown that seemed to shimmer in the light, her long red hair cascading down her back like a waterfall. Even from a distance, Su Su could feel an aura of power and wisdom emanating from her.
"White celestial fox?" She muttered.
"Pheonix Saintess?" Su Su asks.
The Pheonix Saintess looks at her buddhist beads as it's Qi was pointing towards the young cultivator.
Su Su glared at her, "What are you trying to do to Jian Yu?!"
"Jian Yu? I should be asking what you're trying to do with Bai Yu?!"
They both sensed that the other weren't lying.
They both had a frightening idea, what if this person was who the other person claimed as? Therefore they both called a truce and decided to investigate before taking action.
The man before them was called Hao Yu. Hao Yu was 3,000 years old and at the immortal 1st stage.
They began to discreetly follow him around as he fought other cultivator and monsters. Sometimes they decided to help him in secret. Such as finding a rare herb or killing others who were after his life.
"It seems this Hao Yu isn't the reincarnation of Bai Yu...He was alive 3,000 years ago."
"Nor Jian Yu... This doesn't make sense. Why would out items be pointing here then?"
"...Forget it! I'll just ask him."
Su Su also wanted to ask him, so she let her do as she pleased.
However a wall forced them to stay out. No matter how much they tried they couldn't breach it.
"What!?"
"How can this be? What power has enough strength to stop the both of us?"
"....Dao."
"What?! Why would the Dao be stopping us!?"
"I'm not sure, I'm just speculating."
They look at Hao Yu.
Hao Yu didn't seem to notice their presence, he was focused on his cultivation, constantly working to improve himself. He seemed to be pushing himself to his limits, sweat dripping down his forehead as he performed a series of intricate hand seals.
As they watched, Hao Yu suddenly let out a primal roar, his aura exploding outwards in a dazzling display of power. The very air around them rippled with energy, and Su Su could feel her hair standing on end.
"What is he doing?" Su Su asked, her voice hushed with awe. The Pheonix Empress shrugged, "I'm not sure. But I can feel his energy resonating with something within me. It's as if we're connected somehow."
Su Su becomes angry.
"....So is this it? I refuse to just quit now that I see hope!" Su Su yells out.
The Pheonix Empress glares at her, "What are you going to do!?"
Before she does anything golden letters appear in front of them. "The time is not right."
It really was the Dao! The Dao is said to be the universe, or the law of the universe. Why would it be protecting Hao Yu?!
Realizing there was nothing that they can do besides wait and prepare for the day to come, they leave. They also had a feeling that they would be fighting amongst each other.

Hao Yu in present time. 80,000 years old. Shao academy.
"Teacher Hao Yu, are you free?"
"H-huh?"
He looks up from his desk, slightly startled by the sudden intrusion into Hao Yu's thoughts. A young woman stands before him, her bright eyes filled with curiosity and respect. She bows gracefully, her long, sleek hair falling over one shoulder as she addresses him.
"Pardon my intrusion, Teacher Hao Yu, haha~"
'Here she comes...'
"Teacher Su, today I have to teach a class."
"Lets go then~" She smiles gently.
With a crooked smile, "Yes..."

"Alright students, this is Su Su, she's a new teacher so take care of her."
"Nice to meet you all." She bowed and greeted the students.
They all look dumbfounded as they became entranced in her beauty.
Hao Yu chuckled inwardly, seeing the effect his new colleague had on the students. She seemed to be quite the beauty, but he knew that appearances could be deceiving. He decided to give her some space and let her settle in before introducing her properly to the class.
"Alright, class dismissed."
"Eh!?" The whole class exclaimed.
Lin Xiao, a student of his asks, "That's it?"
Hao Yu Lazily says, "What don't want it? Just when I thought that this could be a chance for all of you to learn more about Teacher Su." He shakes his head.
"I agree!"
Just like that Hao Yu got to be lazy for today. But then he realized a contradiction.
'Why don't I just quit? That way I can have all the free time to myself....But I don't want to become a waste....even for me that's a low standard...'
Remembering his motives he nods his head and leaves. Just for today, he would get a break.
Su Su sighs and pouts as Hao Yu leaves.
