Aether's Story (2)

The sun was high in the sky, scorching the white tales of the square. 

The square of the academy city was blooming with people.

Children played around happily, and the adults were sweating from the hot weather. But they all were enjoying the rare peaceful moments.

Before the statue of the city commander stood a beautiful young woman. The young woman wore glasses and had long, straight hair. She wore an elegant white dress.

Her beauty caused the children to stare at her, feasting their eyes on her beautiful face and gentle smile. She also earned the lustful gazes of some older people, but none dared to approach her in fear of the young man standing next to her.

The young man was in his twenties and had a bulky build. He wore a white shirt and a black cape reaching to his kneecaps.

His expression was dark, scaring anyone who dared to look his way.

"Pfft..." The woman chuckled. "Aether, stop releasing your killing intent."
