Chapter 41 Start Practicing

"In fact, I'm not quite sure, but I just felt a severe pain in my brain," Li Ang lied smoothly, without a hint of guilt.

He could be honest about many things, but not about this.

"Oh God, I'm sure it must have been caused by what happened last night. What can I do to make you feel better?"

Sheila looked at Li Ang with a worried expression, full of concern.

Before Li Ang could respond, Sheila walked to the bed, gently pulled Li Ang up, and let his head rest in her embrace.

Li Ang was about to say "I'm fine, I just need to rest for a while."

But now he found himself unable to speak at all.

Sheila caressed Li Ang's head with her soft hands and whispered:

"I learned this in psychology class. Maybe a hug like this will make you feel better."

It took a full two minutes before Li Ang managed to extricate himself from Sheila's arms.

Sheila, noticing Li Ang's slightly reddened cheeks, asked with concern:

"Do you feel better now? Was I hugging you too tightly?"
