Chapter 12: Task at Hand

Wang Shenyang was surprised when his family's patriarch suddenly called upon all of the members of the Shen generation.

"What could have happened based on what I know, There are only 13 Wang family members that are considered part of the Shen generation."

Wang Shenyang had no idea what was in store for him when he was called to Fallen Dragon Island, but he knew that it must be of great importance. He flew for nearly two hours across the sea before arriving at Fallen Dragon Island, where he was greeted by many other Shen generation family members.

His comment made the atmosphere in the room lighten up, and soon everyone was happily chatting away.

The youngest member of the Shen generation, Wang Shentai, quickly said to Wang Shenyang, "1st cousin, why do you think only we were called for?"

"Nothing really comes to mind." Wang Shentong chuckled and said, "Maybe your parents wanted to get an update on how everyone is doing."

Everyone laughed at this comment, and Wang Shenyang nodded in agreement.

"Are we all just going to stand around and socialize or come inside so I can get to work?" A loud voice came from inside the family's main compound.

"You heard the call! Everyone, come inside now so that we can finish our discussion and get to business." Wang Shentong smiled and motioned for everyone to follow him in.

As they entered the main hall, they saw the patriarch standing with a couple of elders.

"Greetings, Patriach, and to you, elders." Wang Shenyang and the others greeted the patriarch and elders in front of them.

"I've gathered you all here today to inform you that I have successfully reformed my dragon roots and completed partial dragonifaction."

"Thus, I have recovered my cultivation to the middle stage of foundation establishment," the patriarch said as he rose and smiled in satisfaction."
