X-Class Model!

Chapter 36: X-Class Model!

Li Haoping took one last look at the city before closing the door.

The car didn't look very big from the outside, but the inner space is quite large. It was the first time Li Haoping had come across such a thing, so he curiously asked about it from his girlfriend.

"It is the space expansion array. Only five X-class vehicles have these installed, and this is one of them," Ma Linglu replied as if it were nothing worth being surprised.

"X-class?"

A thunder strike rang in Li Haoping's head as he exclaimed in shock.

X-Class vehicles were the best vehicle class on the continent, and even Golden Core cultivators had to wait decades to get their hands on one. Everything about these vehicles was known to every car fan on the continent.

"X-class vehicles have a triangular-shaped bonnet, but this one has spherical?"

Li Haoping was a big car fan, so how could he not find the model with just one glance? The triangular bonnet distinguished the X-class model from other models across the continent.

"What you know about these vehicles is only the tip of the iceberg." The woman who seemed to be friends with Ma Linglu scoffed upon hearing Li Haoping.

"It is the most researched technology by the federation, so it has never revealed everything about it to the populace."

Li Haoping nodded since it was understandable.

Every X-class vehicle's defense was strong enough to stand several attacks from Golden Core cultivators, and its speed was even faster than the fastest Golden Core cultivator on the continent. It wasn't all; it also had attacking capability, and a fully charged attack could endanger the life of a weak Golden Core cultivator while Foundation Building level cultivators are ants in front of its attack. Even the cheapest X-class model was millions of middle spirit stones.

The nervousness Li Haoping had about moving into a new city immediately disappeared as he asked one question after another.

Shang Xilin saw her friend in a new way that day. Ma Linglu was known for her temper and small patience, but she gently answered every question of the boy, and her eyes always maintained that expression of love when she was looking at him.

Shang Xilin couldn't help but sigh since she could see a future struggle. The boy had no idea what kind of whirlpool he was going to enter due to Ma Linglu's serious feelings.

Li Haoping and Ma Linglu didn't notice the sudden change in Shang Xilin, and they kept talking during the entire journey.

The Central City was hundreds of millions of miles away from Yellow Peach City, and since Ma Linglu didn't want to take the portal, it would take them a few days to reach their destination.

Chen Haoxi and Fang Tian had worried expressions as they waited for the doctor to come out of the treatment room.

A few minutes later, a middle-aged man wearing a robe with a taichi symbol printed on the chest pocket. It was the Federation Hospital, which was cheaper for families with meager incomes. Even if Fang Tian wanted to take his son to the best hospital in the city, it wasn't possible due to their weak savings.

The Federation Hospital also had a great record. Since it was supported by the Federation, the doctors were not just anybody. They were those who had made names for themselves in their younger years.

"Don't worry, your son is fine. His body is just adapting to Qi and blood powder. He will be perfectly healthy in three days."

Chen Haoxi breathed a sigh of relief when she heard the doctor. At the same time, she was also surprised. Her husband had the same expression.

Qi and Blood powder wasn't an unknown substance to the two of them, but they knew about it extensively. From time to time, they would look at it for their son, but its cost was so high that they could only dream about it.

They wanted to ask more, but the doctor immediately left after informing the two of them. There was a constant inflow of customers in the hospital, so the doctors were very busy.

Not long after, the nurse brought Fang Yuan out since no one other than hospital staff was allowed inside the treatment room.

Since Fang Yuan's condition was fine, the doctors didn't prescribe any herbs or pills and just said to rest.

When the two of them returned to the house with sleeping Fang Yuan, they saw the two siblings who had their eyes swollen from crying. If Fang Yuan were awake and could see that, he would have surely felt sorry, but since he was sleeping, his feelings didn't get hurt.

"Do you guys want your brother to be healthy?" Fang Tian asked after putting down Fang Yuan on his bed.

The two siblings quickly nodded repeatedly, like a chicken pecking corn.

"The doctor has said that your elder brother is tired. So you two can not disturb him too much and let him rest for the next three days."

As the time for the shuttle arrived, Fang Yuan had a similar feeling. The next moment, his soul appeared before the portal.

Even though his body was red hot outside, his soul was perfectly fine for the shuttle. He then stepped into the portal, and the next moment, he appeared at the same place he had teleported out twenty days ago.

There wasn't much change around the area other than it becoming even more lifeless. Only after walking for three hours did he come across the first human, and that too was a soldier who was patrolling.

"Stop right there," The soldier immediately stated and was ready to attack with his spear aimed at the stranger.

Fang Yuan had no choice but to stop since the soldier had higher cultivation than him.

"What is your name?"

"Fang Yuan."

"Show your identity badge."

Fang Yuan immediately took out the blue badge and handed it to the soldier. The man's eyes shrank like a pin needle as he scrutinized the token to check its authenticity. Once he confirmed that it was authentic, his expression turned respectful.
