Janette cried out, "No! no that is just not fair."

Kimberley just let out a laugh she knew as soon as she put the locks on that she had no way of getting them back off and that just made it all the more fun for her.  She knew that she was going to be teasing her a lot today and having her locked into this outfit was going to make it all the better.  Especially if the mistress runs late again and then comes in right to dinner.  Then she will be stuck in it even longer having all the staff looking at her.

Janette was not liking or finding this situation very funny at all. Janette asked, "Isn't there a way that you can get the key to get this off of me?"

Kimberley looked down at her still lightly rubbing on her inner thigh and said, "No I am sorry I just don't have a key for these locks it is the one that the mistress has on her and she is the only one that can remove them."

Janette asked, "So what am I supposed to do?"
