Hiragi City Arc Begins

Location:Yumiko's Brothel, Kon's Entertainment District, Hiragi City

The final strum of the shamisen echoed across the room. Claps from drunken men and geishas followed suit. The fox masked woman playing the shamisen stood up, bowed and exited the room. She walked down a narrow, dimly lit hallway. Sliding doors were being opened and revealed prostitutes with their drunken clients, giggling and singing. The masked woman continued down the hallway before taking a sharp left turn. She opened the sliding door before her, and entered a room. It was small with a single low table in the middle. The walls were covered in water colour designs. Dragons, flowers and story all painted throughout the room.

She allowed her long kimono to drag on the floor for a few more seconds before she sat on the cushion. She took off the mask and revealed herself to be an extremely beautiful lady. Her black hair was tied into a bun, decorated with gold and floral hair pieces. Here crimson eyes narrow and her lids covered in smoky shadow. Her lips were painted red and a beauty mark could be seen on her left cheek. Pale cheeks reddened with soft blush. Her voluminous figure hugged by her red and black kimono.

Opposite the tea table sat a lean built dark skinned woman. She wore a fitted black vest that hugged her bust. A pair of military combat trousers paired with black combat boots. Her pearly white eyes had three blue rims around her pupil. Her ginger hair dutch braided. Her slender hands were covered in fingerless, black leather gloves. "Gina, Gina, Gina. Live streaming cannibalism?" Yumiko asked, her tone soft and gently. "Boredom Yumiko. It'll make you do weird things too." Gina flippantly retorted. Yumiko proceeded to pour tea into the two cups.

"So you're...what do you call it?" Gina murmured. "An oiran." Yumiko finished, nonchalantly. "Yeah that. Anyways, I've come here with a task." Yumiko looked up and lifted a brow. "Apparently, my behaviour creates friendships, and I've gotten word that HAWKE and PHOENIX are teaming up with each other. The universe couldn't predict such an outcome. Alas, Gina can really do anything" A stupid happy look was plastered on her face. Yumiko tilted her head to the side and smiled.

"As you know, to get to me, you have to go through Hiragi City and you're here. Please kill them. I know you can, I would stay but I'm just too lazy at the moment. Plus, you've got an army of demons and the undead." Gina finished with jazz. "How much are you paying me?" Yumiko asked, taking a sip of tea. "14 million korans." "20." Yumiko bidded higher. "Deal." Gina happily finalized, not hesitating after the amounts were raised.

"A drop of blood and a demon's wish I suppose." Yumiko chanted. Gina tilted her head to the side and looked visibly confused. "It's an old chant my clan used to recite."

"Got it."
