Confusion

It's something that's running in my heart

Can't even hesitate or smile because I don't know what's running in my heart?

Perplexed this cardio, giving pain like hell

I don't recognize the feeling, its breaking into pieces

I smile and laugh like insane sometimes

Eventually, the shed tears pop out and becomes crazy

Anyone even know why there are ups and downs in life?

Existence in this world seems like sitting on a jeep and travelling on a bumpy roadside

Different humans interfere this survival and make it suicidal

Care for each creature's emotion, that's also

Excessively sensitive you've never imagined of.

The options striking the mind

Hard to take decision which will make you blind

What is right and what is wrong

Keep on thinking the same thing day long

Options and puzzled mind remaining

Can't take the decision but the head's still paining

Thoughts just can't stop to coming,

This is irritating and makes you numb

Thinking about the disadvantage of decision

Don't convert yourself in a negative version

Be positive and stay calm

One day you will get the decision with a full form
