In an ancient town of catholic roots in the Pre-War America of 1935, strange events and phenomena often manifest in the worst of their forms. CLXXIX. Rich Men's Pleasures.

Rowie remained outside, watching over that no unsuspected figures came by and, or to make sure everything was well down there. Cookie and Lancelot climbed through the first pillar and then walked like stealthy cats through the vertical roof until they reached a pipe some feet away. They climbed it too and reached the third floor. 

Although they wanted to go and check out on Vanilla, they knew that the black-haired girl was probably doing well, and if they intervened they would only screw it up. They decided to something better instead: to search for the third key fragment themselves.

"Well, this is the smallest floor. There can't be many rooms around it," Lancelot said, leaning his back next to a body-sized window. "Now, how do we get inside?"

"I brought a key," Cookie responded, standing on the other side. She pulled out from her jacket a rusty beam.
