Selena thought about what she would do and she decided that she was going to help him. However, she was going to be smart about this and was going to be ready for anything that would happen if she eventually finds out that she had made the wrong decision. 

Selena checked her sleeve discreetly and to check if her little knife that she had made for herself for self-protection was still intact -- and it was. Selena was not going to hesitate to make use of it if this man had deceived her only to get to Jade's residence.

"What is your name?" Selena asked through squinted eyes. What she had gone through in life had taught her never to trust anyone easily. She had learned the hard way and she had long since decided that she was never going to be gullible to anyone.

"Jon..." he replied quickly.

"Walk in front of me,' Selena said. "This way."
