Chapter One

                           Author's POV ◕‿◕

        " Wake up Emily ", Emily's mum said , and pulled the duvet out from her head . Emily turned to the other direction , her eyes still closed .

        " Mum , let me sleep for a little while longer ", Emily cried , and her mum walked over to the curtains .

        " You have a test today ", Her mum said , and she jumped out from the bed , on hearing the word ' test ' .

        " Another test ", Emily asked , and suddenly her mood went sour , because she remembered how the last test went .

          The last time she had a test , the speed test to be precise , she couldn't reach halfway to the finish line , because her wolf became very weak , she became very tired and almost passed out .  Everyone mocked her , saying that her wolf was weak , and they weren't wrong , her wolf was truly weak .

       " Emily , what are you thinking about ", mum said , snapping Emily back to reality , and a teardrop rolled down her cheeks .

       " What's wrong Emily ? Are you alright ", her mother asked her , sounding really concerned .

       " Nothing mum , I'm fine , I've just got a back pain , and I teared up involuntarily ", Emily lied , and it seemed like her mum didn't notice .

        " Oh , I'm so sorry hun , you're already late , say what , I'll give you a massage when you get back from school today , how about that ", mum suggested , and Emily couldn't resist the offer , although the thought of school still pricked her . She couldn't bear shame of walking into the school , after all that had happened , they'd probably make fun of her .

       " Okay mum , thank you ",  Emily said , and she felt really guilty for having to lie to her mum , but she didn't want her to worry about her .

      Since her dad left , her mum had been there for her . Her mum didn't only run the house , but she also made sure that Emily was comfortable . Emily didn't want to add to her worries , so she felt keeping all that had happened to her yesterday away from her mum would be a better option .

       " Now go get ready , and come down for breakfast ", Emily's mum said , and Emily nodded , then Mrs Betty turned and left .

                          Emily's POV  (✿^‿^)

             I walked out of the bathroom , I had already gotten dressed into a white oversize t shirt , and a boyfriend jeans . I made my hair into a french plait . French plait was my go to hairstyle , it keeps my long wavy cream colored hair in check , also I wouldn't have to worry about it flying around .

          My hair was cream just like mum's , only that mine had light blue at the tip . I also had mum's sea green eyes , and her pink lips . Everyone said I looked just like my mum , but I wished that I had gotten a wolf just like hers .

          Mum's wolf was not only beautiful , but she was also strong , unlike my weak wolf .

          " Aren't you done yet ", I head mum yell from downstairs .

         " I'm coming mum ", I said , and I took my bag and ran downstairs .

       The scent of waffles filled the kitchen , and I instantly knew mum was making waffles . I couldn't make it out till I was at the kitchen door , and that was really poor for a werewolf , but I tried my best not to think about it , because I already knew that my wolf was weak .
